The pizza is big enough to share and it's just right under $8. Affordable and quick lunch or dinner. The staff is so generous with the toppings. Plus, you get to pick all the toppings you wanted for the same price. The pizza come out hot and ready after 5-6 minutes. I just wish the crust a little more crunchy. Very new-age and very "now", is what MOD Pizza is. Nowadays with food, people are all about building their own, and customization and MODification (I had to do it). That's the wave that MOD is riding, and they do a solid job at it. Starting with the interior, it's so fun, trendy and upbeat. There's a huge collage wall, with pics of customers and employees, that you can't help but stare at while you're standing on line. A ton of seating as well, any type you're looking for, high-top tables, booths, outdoor, and a cool set-up by the entrance with barstools where you look outside or inside (depending on which side you're seated) of the garage door style lift. The food concept here is simple, modify your food. That food being pizza or salad. It's not necessarily build your own from scratch though (although I think you can), you actually order from a menu that has already crafted "Mods". They each have a name too, for example, my pizza was called the "Dillon James". Ask me who that is, and I'll tell you I have no clue, but the pizza had red sauce, mozz and asiago cheese, garlic, fresh chopped basil, and tomatoes. It was 11", more than enough for one person, and good for 2 people if you add a side, which we did, of cinnamon sticks. The pizza was delicious, I mean, I never really don't enjoy pizza, it's the one area I'm easy to please, but this definitely did the job for a fast, creative, affordable personal pie. The area that they need work on is the assembly line used to create and serve the pizza. There are like 6-7 workers lined up side-by-side, working on different customers, and I noticed them getting confused, not knowing whose was what several times. Then when it was time to get the pizzas out the oven (there were like 15 of them in there), it all was happening so fast that the girl who was boxing and plating looked confused (not her fault at all). I think it'll just take time and consistency with staff for them to get the flow just right. They serve craft beer, wine, fresh juices and craft sodas as well, which is a nice touch and in line with the whole vibe here. Tucked away in a little strip mall in Parkland, Fl is this gem of a pizza place. I would say hidden gem but it seemed like all the locals definitely know about this place. I'm not from the area but was down in the Coral Springs area and first had a taste of MOD Pizza from their food truck at the Palm Beach Summer Beer Fest. The pizza was so good I just had to find a location before I headed back to Tampa. My wife and I were lucky enough to find one practically right around the corner from her family's house, so of course we went. Like I said earlier it's in a little strip mall and parking can get crazy during peak hours. Once you walk in you head to the counter where they assemble your pizza Chipotle style. You can choose everything from sauce, cheeses, meats, and veggies or they also have "favorite" combinations to keep it simple. All of this for about $8.50 for an 11" pie. They throw it in their open flame oven and your pizza is ready in about 8 minutes! Freaky fast for some pizza. We ended up ordering the Mad Dog which comes with mozzarella, pepperoni, mild sausage, ground beef, and red sauce and we added bacon because bacon is delicious! I am quite thrilled about this place and I'm so happy they moved in close by to us! I am always complaining that Coconut Creek has NO WHERE to eat, but I was super spoiled growing up in Coral Springs. So the first time I ordered here, I did it online and when I got there I was able to scope out the fountain drinks, quite a great variety of teas and lemonades alongside the sodas and a great, friendly staff. The second time I came by, I made a custom pie again and made it exactly how I wanted, a replica of one that I get at a place similar out in Coral Springs and they nailed it. The team was super friendly and helpful in explaining their different pizza choices. I like that a mini is filling enough, yet doesn't blow the calories past 400 cals. So if you are watching your calories, it keeps them in check depending on which mini pizza you select. You can add whatever you like to your pizza as well if you want to make your own. The crust is crackerish thin, which probably helps too in keeping the calories lower. It takes about ten minutes for your pizza to go through the process to be ready. As we were waiting, a few people came in to pick up their order from ordering off the internet. They have salads as well that you can select what you want to have in it. Don't order on line! You don't know if the pizzas are going to turn out tasting good or not. They may be crispy or soggy. I asked for extra hot honey sauce yesterday and I didn't get any. We order on line and we get there when they tell us to. Every time! Every time we walk in after ordering on line and they haven't started our pizzas. I have been visiting this location for over 2 years at least once a week. Over the last few weeks this location has been deteriorating every-time I visited. Trash cans overflowing with trash when they have plenty of employees available to clean them. I once saw an employee picked up a container of sauce that was dropped on the ground and proceeded to dump the left over sauce into the sauce container that was in the pizza making station. The employees recently all had bad attitudes and not friendly like in the past. Today when I visited was the last time I will ever visit this location because they require you to wear a mask to order pizza but it's ok to sit in the restaurant with out one. I will not visit this location or recommend it to anyone from now on. You lost a regular customer because of all this. read more

Found this pizzería on my way somewhere else, and glad I did, service was quick. There were people, just not packed "to the gills" with people... The moment you walk in you are greeted by shouts of "Hello!" by all the staff. At first, I was taken aback a little bit because from the entrance, I couldn't see the people greeting me, so it was almost a gleeful assault of a greeting... lol The place seems new so it's very tidy, clean and practically set up. Walk in past the mural, which takes you to the ordering counter, the bar of toppings in view, and the pizza oven behind it. The personal was a perfect size for me- a 6" pie. I love thin crust pizza, and this was right on the mark. The dough doesn't look to be made on site, rather seems like it's bought from a supplier? Not sure, either way, had the Tristan (red peppers, cheese, and mushrooms -no sauce), I added artichokes to mine. They have a few selections of sodas, beer, juices, and condiments for your pie. I've driven by a few times since I live in the area and received a free pizza in the mail with a purchase of either a pizza or salad - I don't know about you but free food is the way to my heart. Anyways, when you walk into MOD you'll receive a hi! Or hello! From the staff no matter how busy or however many people are with you! The staff alone is super friendly and willing to help you with any question you may have or if you need help with what to get for your pizza or salad. The atmosphere is pretty awesome as well, super clean and they have seats from inside to outdoor sitting as well. They have a decent choice of beer from tap to bottle - they have my favorite Angry Orchard! MOD has a good variety of topping to choose from for you pizza or salad. They have a handful of classic pizzas to choose from or if you're the creative just make YOUR OWN! I'm not a salad but you know they have that too if you're into that kind of thing... Pizza did not taste like anything. It was really trippy. The station with the toppings is not clean-- you'll see toppings and sauces getting mixed because they're not being careful about keeping it organized and separate. I asked the employee helping me create my pizza what the white sauce was, she had no clue. She walked away to the back of the kitchen to drag someone else out who was able to tell me it's Alfredo sauce. The employees don't have proper training about their products and basic customer service. Not a good experience. read more

Impressed with how fast and easy curbside pickup was. From ordering at home to it actually being in my hand was less than 10 minutes. There's a phone number on the window to call if you're doing curbside but they came out to bring it to me before I could even call! There are tons of options including several proteins and lots of veggies. Horrible. I'm not sure if this is doordash's fault or mod but I made an order to be delivered through doordash at 9:10 PM. My dasher kept calling me saying mod gave away my order to someone and they were going to remake it and get it delivered. Doordash called me again to explain that it was not their fault and it was MOD Pizza fault. Once I received my order from my dasher the pizza was horrible. First, it was not even close to what I ordered, I ordered a mod pizza with arugula, pepperoni, pineapple, cheese, and mushrooms, with a side of ranch. What I got was a very cold pizza with tons of cheese, black olives, pineapple, and a ton of black pepper sprinkled on. Mod did not even bother cutting my pizza at all. I'm am so upset because I've never had issues with them before and I know the store manager very well, he is a nice person. I'm not sure what happened that night but I am very upset because I felt like they did not care about my order and just mixed up something random and threw it in a box and I also spent $20 on this order just for it to be this bad :( :( read more

When you go to MOD Pizza you get to see all the toppings as you choose which ones you want. You can order a small, medium, or large pizza. Then you go down the line first picking a sauce, then all the toppings you want, and they have a lot of toppings. There's all the standard toppings and a lot more. If you want one topping or every topping they have, the price is the same. If you don't want pizza you can choose a salad. The salads also come in three different sizes. You order your salad just like you'd order a pizza. You go down the same line except the toppings go in a bowl instead of on a pizza. You can order just a salad, or a salad pizza which comes with a warm Asiago pizza crust. I've had both the pizza and the salad pizza. Both are delicious. The pizzas come out of the oven super fast and they smell so good. I enjoy picking out toppings for my pizza or my salad. I order the medium size. My toppings always include Gorgonzola cheese, anchovies, and pineapple. The restaurant is attractive and looks clean. The people working there have been friendly and helpful. Besides pizza and salad they have garlic strips, cinnamon strips, and no name cake. I'll have to try them when I go back. Drinks include sodas, milkshakes, floats, beer, and wine. read more

While I'm typically a fan of Mod, lately it is just so poorly run I don't think I'll be going back. On Friday night around 7:30 I ordered 4 pizzas at the restaurant for dine in. While 2 came out in about 20 minutes, the other 2 somehow vanished. The number of people waiting for food was clearly beyond the establishments capabilities. 10 to 15 people stood over the boxing station at any moment, while the single individual threw pizzas into boxes and must have sent them home with the wrong patrons. After 40 minutes, and without apology, I was told to reorder my food if I still wanted it. In the end it was about 55 minutes to get 2 of the 4 pizzas. Poor customer service and overall experience. read more

They are a bit skimpy on the ingredients, I had to ask for another round of several things like peppers. One of my personal favorite toppings is the burnt broccoli :) The price point is more than fair and makes it a great option for a casual meal out. I also like that they honor certain professions and give discounts periodically :) Never used their mobile ordering, but I'm sure it is a useful option for those in a hurry. First off, I was not "disappointed" by MOD, the food was pretty good. I just have a few pain points with this place. We ordered online and our pizza was still steaming, which is great! The lemonade/tea was also very good. Their topping selection was lacking - they had no banana peppers, like zero BPs. They did have something called lil' mama's peppers, which gave no description - they weren't bad, just a random hotness came over you 30 seconds after ingesting. Hot enough to cause you to violently cough one time. I did get one of their desert pies, it was wrapped in foil like I was in grade-school cafeteria. It was hard dipped in chocolate with a cream center, looked shocking similar to a DING DONG. I am actually convinced it was a DING DONG. The worst part about eating here is the bottom of the pizza is covered in ash. Literally, I have ash all over my hands like I am an avid smoker. It is disgusting. I used a minimum of 50 napkins. FYI - They have the ice that is crushed, you know the ice I am talking about. That good, good ice. read more

This is probably one of my favorite design your pizza places. Their veggie selection is pretty vast. The meat selection isn't as great as blaze though. The employees are always very friendly and willing to help you out if you haven't been there before. This review is based on a handful of visits. It's always clean and the pizza has always come out great. I have not tried the thicker crust, but it is on my to do list for next visit. Not sure if I really can tell a difference in their crust vs other quick fire pizza places. They do make their thick crust just thicker rather than stacking two thin crust like others, which is why I would like to try it. The smaller pizza is definitely a good portion size but if you want a little left over or are sharing the regular mod pie is a good for that. read more
