Ordered my pizza with a "ranch swirl." They opened up the whole bottle of ranch and dumped it on there. This the trash they serve you.

I ordered my pizza with a "ranch swirl." They literally put an entire bottle of ranch on there, which was clearly intentional, since it was an Uber Eats order, so I could not confront them in the store about it. Nobody in their right mind would have served that unless they were trying to piss off the customer.

This place supports local schools and nonprofits through fundraisers. That's why I am giving four stars. Quality is ok. I wish the mushroom is fresher. The worker who puts the pizza together was very attentive and patiently listening to my selections of ingredient, but I wish he could have moved a little faster. Price is fair.

Delicious. Hot and tasty. Made to Order pizza. The staff is outgoing and friendly. Everything is fresh and many options. It's not fancy but a great place to get pizza. Hot oven. Thin crust. Plenty of parking and they have outside seating. They also have delicious salads. Make your own or pick one off the menu. Try the strawberry summer salad. Perfect combination of ingredients. You don't have to spend a lot of money to get good food!

A good pizza is supposed to be good by itself. The toppings should only enhance a good delicious plain pizza Unfortunately, this pizza did not really taste like anything. The cheese was alright. The dough was delicious. The sauce was so bland. It was tasteless. Would not come back

The pizza is so so good! They have an unbelievable amount of toppings. Jill was the best part of my entire experience. She provided great service and is the reason I will return to this location. The location is also very clean and modern. 10/10!

I absolutely love the build your own pizza concept. MOD Pizza offers even more flexibility by offering a 6" pizza in addition to the standard 11" pizza. I alternate both, depending on hunger levels and other factors. MOD also offers an array of salads, but I just can't bring myself to order a salad when the pizza is so enticing. On a future visit, I want to try the cheesy garlic bread! This location has a nice outdoor area off to the side of the store. Tip: download their app to earn rewards! On this trip, I had 30% off my entire purchase!

This is a great place just to hang out and have some good pizza. My family loves it. My kids always enjoy their pizza and I really like the fact that they make it in front of you just like you want them to and your pizza comes in a perfect size whether you want to finish it there or take it to go. The place is always clean always busy bird they get you taken care of on time. Plenty of parking and free. A lot of place to sit inside and outside there is fans outside so it's never too hot.

I love that you can create your own pizza here. I ordered delivery with Uber Eats, and ordering was very easy. You choose the size of pizza, sauce, cheese and all the toppings you want. I ordered mostly veggies and pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and topped off with bbq drizzle. It was so delicious and fresh. The cheese was stretchy and similar to coal fired type of pizza. I will be a repeat customer here.

So MOD (Made on demand) is one of these pizza places where you basically make your own pizza and it's ready in minutes. I've tried several other places in the area and being that I was craving pizza, decided to give it a try. I also saw that one of my Yelp friends had checked in here earlier. I really wasn't in the mood to order it and wait in the restaurant, so I placed the order online. It was very easy! I arrived at the exact time my pizza was slated to be ready and it was handed to me with a smile. Of course I couldn't wait to get home to eat the pizza so I did have a slice in the car! It was delicious. I love the crust. Not too doughy and not too thin. The restaurant, at 7:30pm, was pretty full (and quite noisy). I will definitely return.

This is such a fun place to go. You can choose your pizza and what type of pizza toppings you want on it. Or if you don't want pizza, you can get a salad and add a protein to it. They make the pizza with the toppings right in front of you so you can see exactly what and how much they are adding. It has thin crust and it is tasty too. Make sure you download the app so you can get rewards (then you get free items from the rewards). It is quick and that's why we went there.We opted to sit outside. And it was a beautiful night to enjoy it.

This was the first time the Wifey and I came here on the insistence of our 2 sons who came as our guides lol! On entering we noticed the place was well lighted and clean an airy. We were greeted by a very pleasant lady who explained how things were ordered and then went on to make my pie. As we walked down the the counter all the toppings were neatly placed under a glass cover and you could select anything your heart desired and they had a very large selection. I ordered my Pizza with a double crust, Spinach, ground beef, hoy Italian Sausage, fresh tomatoes with butter extra cheese and Jalapeños and it was amazing! We all ordered our India ultimate pies and left very satisfied. GOOD FRESH INGREDIENTS- GOOD SERVICE-and a Nice clean joint! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

The team working tonight on 4/22 was extremely helpful and made me a really crispy not burnt delicious pizza. The place was really clean as they were preparing for the end of the evening and they made sure to be attentive even though it was close to closing. All of the ingredients are fresh and nicely kept. The pizza cooks paid really close attention to my pie and made sure it was perfection. Highly recommend and thank you to the shift team working for the laugh smiles and great experience ! read more

Keep the MODification coming. The mad dog pizza the way I wanted. The topping is over the top no pun intended. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The dough is so so. However the top selection is very good. The size of the pizza is perfect for one individual serving. After all it is pizza hard to screw it up. This is my second time at this particular location. Would definitely recommend this place for a quick pizza. read more

This is a great place to eat lunch or dinner, love how they are great you when you walk in the door and how they customize the pizza anyway you want it which means as much basil I want and happy they have the gluten-free pizza crust. Love the balsamic fig glaze and the spicy honey sauce I can add to any pizza. This always ends up being two meals and one! Great atmosphere with seating inside and out on the patio area with awesome music selection. read more

We really wanted to like this place. Good energy, nice staff and clean. However, the pizza was flavorless. Mod feels like a blaze rip off - speciality lemonade, unlimited toppings without charge (unlike some other competitors in this space) and specialty sauces. However, the execution is poor. Even my 3 year old refused to suffer through a second slice. The dough falls flat, the sauce tastes like water and the toppings taste inexpensive. Blaze, my pie and others are well worth the calories. MOD is not. Save your money. 1 star for the friendly staff. read more

My favorite pizza place in the whole wide world. Not only can I get a pizza that I want and any way that I want it, but also a mod salad which always comes out so great! I usually go on Mondays because it's MOD Mondays and everything is $5 whether u get a pizza or salad. read more

Nice place with laid back vibe. Pizza is made to order or choose from their own set menu. Prices are the same regardless of toppings which is great. Three sizes of pizza to choose from 6", 11" and a large family size. Prices are so reasonable that it's a great place if you're in a hurry or just want a quick casual meal. Staff is very personable and helpful. You can tell they have great attitudes and are very friendly. Atmosphere is nice with inside tables and outside seating. They have fountain drinks, specialty ice teas, and also craft beers and individual bottles of wine available. All in all, great first impression and welcome to the neighborhood. My first MOD Pizza trip won't be my last! The staff was very friendly and looked well trained. They didn't rush me as I looked over the menu for the first time. I appreciated all the pizza names weren't cringy to say, some places really ham it up with the names. I got the Mad Dog pizza, and at the register when I mentioned it was my first time there, I got a free No Name Cake! They wrap the cakes in tin foil so I didn't know what it was at first. Pizza and cake were delicious. It's a great personal pizza size. Looking forward to trip two. read more

Went back a week later. Beer issue was fixed. They did get my order wrong though. There was one wrong pizza. No big deal, they handled it superbly. Let me keep the pizza and they fired another one up. The staff is really friendly. They work hard, they're one top of things. So, I'll give them 5 stars on the basis of how they handled a mistake, how the beer was cold and how the pizza was good. (and fast). read more

Order from here often and always good. I will not go back after tonight. My name was called out that my pizza was ready drive home put on my pjs poured a glass of wine after a long day at work excited to eat my pizza only to find that I had Shannon's door dash pizza. Not mine or my name. Returned Shannon's pizza and to pick up my pizza I ordered 40 minutes earlier. Was not gluten free as specified was missing other items on top. Very disappointed. Manager offered to make a new pie I declined and asked for a refund. Truthfully I just wanted to leave as did the manager. FYI if you pay with credit card you will not receive a refund for up to five business days. read more

Our first visit was very pleasant. We had coupons delivered for their opening so we tried three different pizzas, local beers, and cinnamon sticks (these were a bit mediocre). This place has a similar structure to Chipotle... you choose the size of pizza or salad and get to add on as many toppings as you'd like for the same price. The pizza tasted great and the staff was super friendly. We told them it was our first time and they were very helpful. I also saw their interactions with other patrons and were again, very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. read more

Firstly, I am normally not a fan of "you order, you pay, you wait, you pick up." We have experienced this style of pizza when in Portland while at a Pieology pizza restaurant (see my review). Mod is an exception. Picking your ingredients was simple almost fun. Zack was very nice and patient and helpful. We each had the Mod pizza. The pie was good not the best I have ever had and very far from the worst. The crust was nicely done and complimented the toppings. The service was very efficient. Overall, a pleasant experience; we'll be back. read more

Honestly my boyfriend and I love the pizza but the customer service is horrible every time gets worse they rush us ordering when we are the only ones in the restaurant, they hate when we ask for anything extra, always with an attitude, would be nice if they could be more friendly, it was 9:15 and had everything packed up and we didn't feel welcomed at all chairs where put up while we eating at 9:25 when they close at 10. No matter the time of the day the staff is never welcoming. read more

After trying blaze pizza and mod pizza i can say that without a doubt mod pizza overtakes blaze and leaves them behind. Not only, in my opinion the pizza at mod is better and tastier than blaze but the atmosphere is much better. The staff are much more friendlier and nice and you feel welcomed the moment they yell HELLO as soon as you enter. The place is very clean and the food tastes fresh. It is my son's favorite place, he is on a gluten free - dairy free diet at Mod pizza caters for this. He loves eating his pizza and then visiting the puppy store next door. read more

I love the staff they are so friendly!! The concept was pretty cool too it's like a subway but for pizza. They have so many toppings to choose from and they even have vegan options. They also have a gluten free crust. I highly recommend this place for all. And it's super clean :) read more

This is a very good pizza place to visit if you are low on money and in a hurry. The pizza is very good and is made fresh right in front of you, and it doesn't take long at all to make. It is fired in a real traditional coal fired oven. read more

Absolutely love this pizza and all its options. Whether you're a meat or veggie lover the possibilities are abundant. The crust is deliciously thin and so crispy... I just love it!!! I ordered the 18" X Large Mizer Park W/Italian Meatballs, Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan and Tomato, I added peperoni as an extra, The Best tasting pizza I have had in a long time, and I love pizza, the Crust was firm, Perfect in all ways. A winner. 2nd Pie, A 18" X Large BBQ Chicken (breaded), BBQ sauce, caramelized Onions. Another Winner! Very good. Pizza District earned my trust, and I look forward to ordering again soon. We take all our friends who come from different states, and they're always so happy with this pizza. The dough is nice and thin, and their fillings are truly extraordinary and delicious. I also like the atmosphere inside. Going to a pizza place with a kid can sometimes be boring, but Mister O1's design and atmosphere make me want to come back more often. They also provide dough for kids to play with and create, which makes it more fun. Their wine selection is very good too. My wife asked that her pizza not be burnt. Pizza came out burnt. They replaced it but she had to…read moresit and wait while we ate. They can't seem to get all the main courses to the table at the same time, so they served us individually. Also had a problem with the way they did adjustment for the pizza they replaced. When it came time to pay my check the server provided the check on an electronic display pad, which is ok. I proceeded to give a tip on the pad which was 22%, $10.67. I asked for a printed receipt which server provided, but did not look at the check. When I got home I noticed they charged me $14.41 as a tip. The way they do a check is to charge for the second pizza and subtotal the whole order and then show the burnt pizza as a discount. Do they overcharge on the tip to everyone who has a problem with their order? Who does that? Guess I got overcharged because I wasn't happy. Food was ok but service was not great and probably won't return

Love love love this pizza! The crust is so good, and all toppings are so fresh. Reason for 4 stars is because they have gotten my order wrong a couple of times and I've had to wait longer than normal for them to correct it. But I must admit it is worth the wait read more
