I don't dine in, so I was shocked to see they have draft beer in addition to the options in their drink cooler. They have fountain drinks, coca cola products, iced tea, and lemonade. Came out to 30 with my fountain drink. What I want to know is why is a small pizza that has barely any toppings (STINGY) so expensive. Other pizza spots for a bigger size would have been a better option. Prices went up it seems like. The pizza is good but stop being stingy like subway. Employees were nice but the hard of hearing. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times to every thing we asked. Also what is the point of giving us a slip of what we ordered if when I give it to the cashier I still have to tell them what I ordered. And coming from a rewards member, I'm disappointed. I rarely take the time to write a review for a fast food place but when excellence is provided it deserves credit. To start I must say that if Mod Pizza employs people like Jayden, Luis, and Kali (Hope I spelled that right) all their locations are bound for success. The service those three provided was nothing short of world class. I came in 10 minutes to close because I was driving home and got hit with low blood sugar and just needed something fast to keep me from passing out. Not only did they show concern for my well being but encouraged me to stay and eat while they finished up. Luis and Kali even came up to me to check on me while I was eating showing real concern. I knew they all wanted to go home yet they never once rushed me. I just moved nearby and it makes me very happy to know such a great Mod location is nearby me. 10/10 would recommend. read more

The male employee making pizzas was moving as slow as a literal sloth. There were only 4 people in line ahead of me. I was in line for over an hour. I ordered to go and my pizza was half burnt. I used to love this place. I would always be able to count on getting in and out quickly. I could've had faster service at a sit down restaurant. I love that they Aren't stingy with their sauces if you want ranch they'll give you a ranch at no extra charge but what I really love is there a special sauce called Sriracha! I love that you can put an unlimited amount of toppings and that they just make your pizza to your liking. Every pizza is filling and I think the price point is perfect. What amazing new place with great faces and even better food. I was able to attending their training day and immediately upon walking in everyone said hello and walked through their process. Horrible Customer Service! I ordered a pizza online through the mobile app as I have done several times before (was a MOD Pizza fan). They made it incorrectly. When I phone to get a correct pizza made, the person on the other line told me "we made it the way you ordered it". I looked at my order it was NOT made correctly. But I am going to write something hoping that someone reads it and cares enough be a little more on top of quality control I'm really broke lately but I treated myself to a mod pizza tonight after a long week... Unfortunately the roasted garlic gloves were raw, the onions were not good, it was like the paper outer layer of the onions cooked on there.. and my favorite part (jalapeños) were forgotten I never complain but this made me sad tonight. The pizza at Mod is good especially when you're looking for a fast food option that's open late, but the last few times we have been to the Queen Creek AZ location the customer service has been awful. we walked into the restaurant at 9:15 ish and we got eye rolls and walked up to the counter to the girl behind the counter closing all the topping options except one. we were made to feel as if we were bothering them or something, They had turned off the oven so we had to wait for it to heat up. noticing that we were clearly putting them out I told the gal that she could put our pizza in a Togo box to which she replied "all orders are being put in Togo boxes since we close in 20 min" pointed to the clock and rolled her eyes again.
