This has become our go-to location since my son loves Olive Garden, and we always enjoy coming here together as a family. Today we had an even more wonderful experience thanks to our amazing waiter, Brian. He was incredibly quick and efficient with service while still being very attentive and caring. Even when the restaurant got busy, he remained friendly, patient, and engaged with our table, which we truly appreciated. It's not easy to stay on top of everything during a rush, but Brian handled it with such professionalism and kindness. The food here is always delicious when it's fresh, and we love the warm, casual, family-friendly atmosphere. It really feels comfortable and welcoming every time we visit. It was also very nice hearing a little about Brian's motivation and story behind his work. His positive attitude and dedication really stood out. If you stop by this location, I highly recommend asking to be seated in his section , he's friendly, efficient, attentive, and truly great at what he does. Then I noticed the sign that says check in online with my parking spot number, so I did. I waited almost a whole hour while other cars kept coming and going. And finally someone came and asked me what I was waiting for, I said the name of my Togo order, and she said someone picked it up a long time ago. We were in Phoenix to attend our graduation ceremony. On that night of our graduation, my friend wanted to eat at Olive Garden. I am not a big fan of Olive Garden. But my friend has two kids with her, and this is the place they can find something they like to eat. We ordered different things. While we waited, we were enjoying a salad, breadsticks, and soup. I chose chicken and gnocchi cream soup, and it was so good. I even asked for a second. My friend and her kids had "Tour of Italy" which came with lasagna and spaghetti. It was a huge plate. I had a lemony chicken dish which was a bit salty. My husband had classic lasagna, and he enjoyed it. I took a bite from his plate, and I liked it too. To my surprise, the food was not bad here. Service was nice .... however, the food was absolutely the worst. I ordered the Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo ..... what was served by looks was correct, taste, far from. First, the fettuccini had been cooked for to long and they tried to keep it warm.... but the noodles were already turning brown. An indication of them drying out. Then the Alfredo sauce had no flavor at all.... and there was so little on the noodles I struggled to get any on my fork for each bite. Ordered the Raspberry Lemonaid, it barely tasted of lemon, much less any raspberry flavor. Went to this location with my wife for date night and as we were eating I was constantly being stared at by a male staff member sitting in a booth and he kept looking up at us, after we ate our food and we decided to leave this gentleman and a chef were in the same booth and as me and my wife were leaving they immediately turned and stared at her lady parts making her incredibly uncomfortable to the point she rushed out the restaurant. That means that people like me who have to avoid wheat have choices other than just salad, which is what I have had to order every time I go out to dine with my friends and they decide to go to an Italian or Italian-inspired place. I ordered shrimp scampi on their gluten-free rotini and it was quite good; their version of scampi deviates from traditional versions by being liberally sprinkled with short segments of blanched asparagus. this place was packed when we went, but we got sitted pretty quick took about 5 mins, i was in a party of 7 and we all took a while to order but the server Serena was lovely, friendly and so patient, she was quick too, the alfredo here is insanely good, the stuffed zitti was a 7/10 i wish it came with mushrooms or some type of veggie inside the cheese made it somewhat bland even with the sauces (i'm not really a cheese fanatic) my friends got the fried calamari and eggplant, the calamari was some what soggy and slightly fishy, i wish it was crispy but the sauce saved it and as for the eggplant it was also soggy.. it tasted good but it'd be better if it was cooked somewhat crispy, i'm rating this place a 3/5 stars because 1. the soggy food and 2. the paying process is as horrible, they don't mention it but the total on the tablet already has taxes AND a tip they force on you THEN it proceeds to ask if you want to tip some more -_- it'd be nice to know the break down of the prices before having to get a manager involved because you don't know where all these random charges came from, this experience made eating at olive garden a hassle :/ read more
