Love that I can create my own pizza with fresh veggies and delicious protein. Staff is always friendly, however they do work fast so go with the flow. Ambiance is great, you can see your pizza being made in an open fire place, the music is a vibe, located in midtown this is a place to visit.

The staff was not ready for us to order, so it took longer than it normally does. They also weren't ready for us at the register, so we had to stand and wait. I think they were training a new person, so I understood. I asked for the Dillon James. They told me they didn't have basil, so I subbed in artichokes. That choice was probably not a good one on my part, because they LOADED that thing with garlic, it was so pungent. The place itself was nice as always.

Never waited so long for pizza. We waited almost 45 minutes just to order when there was only 2 people in front of us. And they lost my wife's pizza after waiting another 30 minutes for ours to be cooked. How do you lose a pizza when there only 4 others in the oven. Staff is slow, has no idea what they're doing and look so confused. Also the pizza was burnt on top of it.

Ok so we have been to a few Mods in many States. Hands down best one ever. If you are lucky enough to have Tristan make your pizza - ENJOY!!

First: Ya! za is my favorite food! I appreciate many different styles. Unfortunately, I liked everything about MOD, except the pizza itself. CONCEPT? Clever! pick your crust & then go down the line & pick your toppings, like a Subway-style setup. EMPLOYEES? The girl behind the counter was incredibly helpful in explaining how it all worked + super upbeat. DECOR? Fun & appreciate the commitment to social justice DESSERT? Copy cat Hoho cakes with the thickest chocolate coating - DELICIOUS!!! PIZZA? I ordered the Mega Dough b/c I thought that meant a thicker crust, but the crust was still thin. It tasted like cardboard - the crust is flavorless; there's not enough salt in the dough. The marinara sauce was too sweet. My toppings were double mozzarella & double pepperoni, which were ok. But the foundation is the pizza dough/crust. If it's not tasty, it doesn't matter what goes. The next day, when I heated up leftover slices, the crust became gummy. Yuck. So many friends/colleagues love this place b/c of the price & concept. But it's a "No" for me!

Horrible the girl behind the counter was like she didn't want to help. No line no one there. I told her in the beginning I have a crust upgrade reward. I told her the mega dough, as we started just the beginning toppings not pleasant and behavior was I don't want to be here. I still try to be kind. Then she starts asking me about once my pizza is complete did I want any sauces. As she starts topping what sauce the coldness of it was bizarre. I'm leaning do I just walk out. No one was in restaurant yet. No line honestly she was an butthole and that's being nice. I then said it's Sunday just let it go. As we start she kept saying mozzarella like we are done after the sauce is added. Then anything else was repeated throughout the interaction. Let it go this little girl is taking me to pissed off. Then we get to the end she scans the rewards oh it's not working for this crust. Didn't I tell you in the beginning I had a crust upgrade. I'm going to have to call someone, maybe it's for the other types of crust. I go to the actual rewards it is not specific as to what type of crust upgrade. But at this point her jacked up behavior and attitude I told her to keep it and walked out. Got to my car it was such a crap interaction and began to type my complaint. I was so pissed I walked back in to get the little child's name if you don't like the job do something else. I have done face to face retail. Part of your job is customer service. Sad because when I have come here in the past the employees have been pleasant but the staff 2 when I walked in were special. - horrible experience the above is the complaint I filed with the corporate office the experience was so bad. Maria if you don't like where you work get another job.

First time ordering from here. I ordered the mega dough pizza w/ mozzarella, asiago, mushrooms, roasted peppers, pesto drizzle through GrubHub. The mega is perfect for 2 people. The crust was soft while it was fresh and then it got cold & hard. The pizza was decent. It's my first time trying the mega dough so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's not my type of pizza as its too much crust. Im sure for people who enjoy that type of pizza they would love it. Giving it 4 stars cuz I got what I ordered. Will be back to try the other pizzas.

I've always gone to this location due to it being the closest to me, while I've been to others on occasions and it's a major difference. Today whoever attended me was in a rush and didn't let me finish adding what I wanted on my mod. I apologized and asked if we could add some more, after the finishing touches I walked away since he seemed to be in a hurry for some reason, and the same person rung me up. After getting my order he must've not heard me??? he put ranch all over my pizza, instead of olive oil. Plus I only got 1 cheese and 3 peppers. That ratio is crazy.

I came into the location at about 11:30am and it wasn't busy at all. I think there was three other people in there. I let the gentleman on the line know that I was a first timer so he went through all of the options of crusts and sauces with me. I opted to try a cauliflower crust pizza. While I waited I was checking out the big open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant that was clean and everything was in full view. I filled my cup with half of the black tea and half vintage lemonade. Let me tell you that this was the most fantastic, off the charts, pucker yo face lemonade I have ever had in my life. There could not be any better The pizza came up in a reasonable time frame but I was delighted when I picked it up at the counter to be offered sauce on the side, no charge! They have red sauce, pesto, ranch and sriranch (Sriracha/Ranch). My pizza was thin and crispy/crunchy like I like it. The sauce and toppings tasted great. I liked the cauliflower crust texture and that it didn't leave me feeling weighed down but I have to admit I couldn't ignore a bit of funky after taste.

Terrible customer service. My order was wrong, I called in and received the I "don't care attitude" Asked for anchovies and received artichokes

Today, I got the special $5 Flash Mod salad bought thru my app, and when I went to pick it up, it looked rather small, I think they gave me the small side salad instead of an entree size salad. See picture. Glad I didn't pay the full regular price. It was good however, maybe a little skimpy on the toppings. read more

Great pizza with friendly and quick service and fresh ingredients. So happy that MOD opened in this area. Was not familiar with MOD but very familiar with their competitors following the same concept. Been here twice now and each time I have been greeted right as I walk in the door. They have a good assortment of pizzas they can build for you or you can choose your own ingredients. They have two different sizes which is great as the kids don't need a whole adult sized pie. The are so easy going and will customize your pizza anyway you want it. Salads have good options of different veggies to choose from and everything is super fresh. Once your pizza is baked they have different sauces they can drizzle as a finisher. Very tasty food and great service.... I plan to visit here a lot because it is so quick and easy to pick up. read more

It's like subway but with pizza! What's not to love? Only thing I didn't like was that one of the employees decided to open the door we happened to be sitting next to and kept it open while it was freaking cold out. It was a lack of common sense, don't open the door when it's cold and someone is trying to enjoy their meal. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, I had ordered online for one pizza I get there over an hour later the app said it should have already been ready instead I wait over 45mins just to ask 3 full times & just for them to tell me they lost my order when I ask for a refund they said they couldn't & would just throw the pizza away & I asked a different employee to give me a refund which I waited another 10 extra minutes till they finally gave me the refund. Horrible service with their bad attitude. read more

This was a first time experience at Mod Pizza and such a great one! I love that you can create your own and even add on top of an already staple pizza at no extra cost. The pizza was delicious and the customer service was beyond exceptional and a memorable one! We continuously were asked if we needed anything during our stay. So thank you! We even received complimentary pizza and cinnamon sticks for the little one, pizza party game was strong. We all enjoyed it! I'm definitely coming back to try the mega dough pizza next time! Waited over 25 minutes to get my food. This is not the normal for MOD but the workers at this location have no sense of urgency or care to assist fellow workers. Smh Update.. waited an additional 10 min.. pizza was burned. Awesome read more

MOD's is one of my favorite pizza spots. I love getting their create your own pizza from there. They have a great variety of toppings. Some of my favorites are the spicy chicken sausage and the pickled red onions. And they give you a good bang for your buck with a 11-inch pie only costing about 10 bucks. I highly recommend anyone to get a delicious slice from there. read more

I tried to come in at 8 today. People were clearly in there but it was locked. Instead of having an explanation on your door some guy made the cut throat motion. It was really unfriendly and doesn't make me want to come back. It's too bad. I do deliveries after I teach all day on fridays and it's my treat. You guys don't have to be rude. Ordered pickup from Midtown Mod, this restaurant chain is usually good; however, my experience today was not good. I ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks for me and my family. When I went inside to pickup no one greeted or even acknowledged my presence until I found my order on a table and was walking out the door. Even then, it was a bland "bye". When I opened up the order at home we found one pizza had been burnt and half of the side of crust was chopped off! The other pizzas were unevenly cooked and barely cut. i dont know what was up with the people working tonight, but they were just not it. took 10 mins to be even acknowledged, only to get a dry "what can i get you" with no emotion at all. the friend i was with order a salad with his pizza, as he was trying to check out he asked if he she heard him ask for the salad & the smaller girl with the clear glasses response was "i don't do the salads" and walked away. he then had to ask another employee. never felt so brushed off, they really seemed like they hated their job. the customer service location was terrible.... unfortunately never coming back to this location again. read more

Love this new location! I just went to the soft opening and had a great experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had forgotten to order the garlic bread upfront so when we asked at the register they were more than happy to accommodate us and add it on the fly. The GM Jenny is so friendly and went around to see how everyone was enjoying their meal! The atmosphere is fun and the pizza is good! I really enjoyed the "MOD" thin crust - build your own. The garlic bread was so good with a touch of rosemary to add that extra flavor. read more

The pizza, pricing, and staff are AMAZING! It was my first time here and was greeted with a kind and very informative staff. A young gentleman stuck out who was just promoted to captain, (i was informed when telling the other member how amazing his service was) made sure I knew how everything worked and even showed me visuals for sizing and gave great recommendations. I love mod but I had a terrible experience at this location. I went in at about 11:30, they were slow. Only a handful of people eating in the lobby and I was the only person in line. They were very unwelcoming and acted as if it was a major inconvenience that I even came in. The lady who took my order just stood there and stared at me until I told her what I wanted, no greeting, no "what can I get for you" it was extremely awkward. And the male working was very sarcastic and rude. I will not be back. read more

So sad!!! We've been coming to this MOD because we live so close for about 2 years now. My boyfriend came tonight on a Sunday and 3/4 workers were so rude just standing behind the counter saying how they didn't wanna be there and pissed about customers coming in and having to roll out more dough? He finally said something to one of the guys when he asked for another ranch instead did just one (normally we have a great experience and they always put 2 ranches in each of our boxes). Definitely upsetting because we are very choosy with where we go due to Covid. read more

Mod is my favorite build-your-own pizza place! The crust is crispy and toothsome and you can choose a regular size or a little one if you're feeling less hungry. You get all the toppings you want for one low price. What takes the cake, literally, is the No Name Cake. It's like a those Hostess cakes but made from the real deal- tastes like real chocolate and creme and not preservatives. I want to order one every single time I go! This new Mod lives up to expectations- already it's a smoothly operating machine. It's so close to my house that I'm gonna have to practice some serious self-control to not go two or three times a week. read more

This was our first time at a Mod Pizza and it was so great. The service, vibe, and pizza were amazing and completely exceeded our expectations. I tried the cauliflower crust and was surprised by how delicious it was. Deb came by and checked on us and truly delighted my 9 and 11 year old boys with her attention and kindness. We live in the neighborhood and will definitely add Mod to our list of places we regular. read more

Very friendly staff, clean establishment, good variety to choose from and you can also make your own pizza. Pizza was delicious and the wait time wasn't bad at all from the time they make your pizza to the time it's ready to be eaten. Definitely coming back again! read more

I love mod. So many options. I'm giving feedback because one of your employees needs some coaching. I hate being that person but I come in quite often and she never greets people and never says thank you or have a nice day. These are such common courtesy's in customer service. It floors me. I'm so nice to her and she does this every time. She has short dark hair and is petite. I think others notice because someone else almost always shouts a thank you. It makes me feel like I've somehow offended her but I'm very nice! read more

I took a friend here, and we both got the ultimate fry bread taco! They offer it with ground beef, or red/green chili beef. The green chili was the spicier option, so we went with that. Shoutout to the lady at the register for taking the time to walk us through the menu so we could decide what we wanted. The fry bread is similar in concept to a pita combined with a funnel cake, I suppose. It's actually quite reminiscent of the Vietnamese Bánh Tiêu, if you've had that before. Texturally, its soft, tender, and cuts fairly easily. Couple that with the toppings of beans, cheese, onions, sour cream, and the beef, and you're in business. It really is like a massive taco, served open face, and you can eat it with your hands, with a fork and knife, or any combination of the two! It's fun! As an intro to the Native American cuisine of this side of America, it's a great beginning. It makes me wonder what other things I've been missing. Okay, it's gonna sound reductive, but the taco is pretty much a ginormous chalupa. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. We also ordered a dessert variant, with butter and chocolate sauce, and, as you can imagine, smothering anything with butter and chocolate sauce will make it taste great!

Second of all... inside voices?? Here's the kicker: it did NOT decline. I had the confirmation email, and my bank showed the charge (I didn't know this yet). Instead of verifying, she told me matter-of-factly that it declined, so I handed her the exact same card I used online, and she ran it again. Boom, double charged. And at that point, I'm starving and not about to fight over a fast food order, trusting that staff are doing their due diligence, not just assuming and casually charging a second $30 like it's no big deal in this economy. I had to go back through the drive-thru line (again), wait (again), and deal with it while my food sat getting soggy (not again, unfortunately, just once was enough). To their credit, the refund was issued and it did hit my account. So yes, they fixed it. That matters. But... this shouldn't have happened in the first place. It's a training issue. If an order is confirmed, don't assume it declined. And maybe don't announce someone's "declined card" across the building like it's a group discussion topic. Still a decent location... would be smart to verify before you charge people twice (maybe my expectations are too high?) and I will never order online again because of this, lesson learned first time around on that.

My first visit was back in 2023 on June 10, the day my life changed for the better. They have a creative menu with seasonal changes that no other Thai restaurant can do. If you're looking for a pad thai, look somewhere else and please expand your horizons. I have tried almost every dish here and two things I will always order is their green mango salad and crab curry. I prefer mango over papaya, and it is the most perfect, refreshing salad I have ever had. The mango is always fresh, and the toasted coconut and peanuts on top pair so well with the lime and fish sauce. The stir-fried crab curry is extremely impressive with their generous portion of crab meat and fragrant turmeric curry. A few other dishes I highly recommend are their beef shank curry, seabass curry, and the stir-fried Tom Yum wide noodles. You really can't go wrong with any of the dishes here! I will be coming back to try the fried whole branzino. We've tried arai kodai, which is their chef's choice option and they personalize the meal for you based on your preferences and group size. Every dish they brought out was unique and so so good. For $55 per person, we thought this was great value considering how full we got and the variety of dishes we were able to try (including some that were off-menu). I also love that they promote eating family-style here and bring out all the dishes as they're ready - exactly how food is meant to be enjoyed. I've never ever seen a restaurant do that before. Really not that bad but really not worth the $20-$40 price tags either. I'm open to coming back and trying other dishes. I really think I may have came on a bad night.

I had the pleasure of being served by Kimberly, who was extremely sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. She suggested that I download the app to take advantage of rewards, and I am glad that I did. Capt. Deb and her squad members, Heather and Marie, embody what customer service is meant to be. Our team traveled from Yuma and had our game delayed over two hours. Not only did the MOD Squad wait for our game to be over, they did us a solid by ensuring that our pizza was fresh out of the over when the team arrived AND also allowed for the team to arrive slightly after business hours to ensure we ate prior to hitting the road back to Yuma.
