Five stars for customer service. The pizza itself was four-plus stars. There was plenty of cheese but the toppings were on the skimpy side. The crust was salty, but I liked the gooey cheese rolled into the crust. The garlic salt is probably what added the salt, I'll get a regular stuffed crust next time. No! It's not pizza "made your way" it's made some other person's way!!! Walked in twice and get 100% failure rate. #1 I was told that my pizza was 'burned' and had to wait while they made another one. I found that to be an incredulous excuse. #2 'Cheryl' is called. No one comes up. I said maybe she got my name wrong, which is Carol. I wait a bit, then I'm called over and was told that there is NO "Carol' pizza in the line up. He opens the box and it's not my pizza, Mine has mozzerella and ricotta with mushrooms with a bunch of other green stuff - but no tomatoes. This pizza had ricotta and mushrooms and some green, but no mozzarella but tomatoes instead. I took the fkg pizza after he offered to cook mine again and I'm thinking I would have to go through the line AGAIN during lunch time so I took the goddamn pizza and left. I think when they give pizza to wrong person - they use the excuse of 'burning the pizza' instead of owning up to the fact that they are mixing up pizza big time on a chronic basis. The lady's review 24 days ago about the COCKROACHES is correct. The rest work behind the counter. Never coming back which I'm sure excites all of them. As tonight I was told by everyone of them I was wrong for filling out an unsolicited survey sent to me by MOD. I should of never told the truth that my pizza was burnt after I asked for it not to be. The ring leader is Dallas. A self appointed guardian of his own lefty ideology pumping up his fellow roaches to basically disrespect anyone that challenges them in a public forum. In a restaurant they work for that they don't own nor do care if profits or people decide never to spend another dime with the whole franchise ever again. I was fortunate enough to visit mod pizza and enjoy the delicious food and amazing customer service. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. When I came in, I was clueless about what this establishment had to offer, but when I left, I was well educated and satisfied. I had the privilege of meeting a lot of very helpful employees, like Ray and others I didn't catch the names of. Ray was very kind and upbeat. She seemed to enjoy her job and her customers. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend visiting! I will definitely be back for more delicious pizza sometime soon read more
