Honestly a terrible place, if you look closely you can see how terrible they treat their fellow employees. I wait at the register get a "one second" and they continue to ignore me. How hard is it to spend a second charging me for my order? I had a kid continue asking "is this the romaine? Is this the mozzarella?" I don't know kid you work there not me! This used to be my favorite location. Me and my bf went here today around noon and there was 3 workers up front. One was a guy who was very very kind. Second was a younger girl with short hair and a bucket hat who not only did she have a rude attitude for no reason but didn't even bother to spread toppings or give proper portions. Our pizzas had half with TONS of toppings and the other half with barely any and there was only like 5 pineapples on my whole pizza... (we didn't notice this until after we left) went to pay with that same girl and she just typed the order and walked away when we were very clearly trying to use cash with her.. (ended up using a card because she never came back to help us). Then we waited for our pizza to be done and our name was called. The third girl who was doing the pizza oven asked if we wanted sauce on top and I told her yes and which one that I wanted as she proceeded to close the boxes anyways. I then told her again yes I did want a sauce on top when she then rolled her eyes, opened the box back up did it and handed it over to me. I really don't understand why the girls had such attitudes but I felt bad for the guy working the dough having to work with those girls! He had great customer service and a positive attitude thankfully! Probably still won't be returning though. read more

We usually go to the MOD Pizza near 192nd but this one is newer and close to my work. I'm so glad we tried it. The concept is fantastic and the ingredients are great. But the staff was the biggest delight, especially Louise, the manager. It turned out we have a common past company we've worked for and share a love of a former manager. In honor of him (he is no longer alive), Louise bought my pizza for me AND earned a loyal customer. We will always go to this location from now on. This place is great if you don't order takeout. Literally every time I place an online order I go in at the specified time, get ignored for five minutes, then when they ask if I'm waiting for an online order I say yes and continue to be ignored only to stand there for another 10-15 minutes for someone to eventually ask again and realize my food has been ready and sitting there the entire time. If it were once, I'd chalk it up to "hey, things happen." but I've consistently had this problem at this location. So, then I've wasted my time and my food is cold. read more

Decided to try MOD out for the first time. Honestly it's not bad. I'm also not hyped about it either. Aside from the ability to choose as many toppings as you like, this isn't a pizza you could have a day later and it still be good! We ordered a bbq and bacon pizza, as well as a white sauce chicken pizza with bell peppers and jalapenos. After sitting in the box ready for pick up it became soggy quicker than alot of other pizzas. However the ingredients tasted fresh. It's possible that it would have been better to eat there instead of togo. I will try it out another day as dine in. read more

This was my 1st purchase at MOD Pizza. I have walked in a few times at another location and left because it seemed overwhelming. Today I went just before lunch time and not too busy, he staff was great at walking me through and explaining everything. With so many choices I had no idea how my pizza was going to turn out but it turned out fabulous! Love the thin crust and the fact you can build your own pizza at a fixed price. Great place! My husband and I won't even eat pizza anywhere else now. There is an employee that is just outstanding. I have allergies and he remembers them each time I go in. Went into this location to order a pizza to go. The gentleman ahead of me ordered a pizza to eat in. So they have a new tipping credit card machine. The gentleman ahead of me left them a tip and got a perfectly baked pizza, I did not leave a tip and received a burnt pizza. And I watched the cashier motion to the pizza baker that I didnt tip. My normal tipping policy is...if I'm eating in your restaurant and you serve me my food, bring me my drink and refill my water glass, I will leave you a fat tip. My opinion....if you expect a tip you should be a server because they work their butt off for it. People behind the counter that don't even serve the food to your table shouldn't be tipped. I appreciated the assorted veggies that could be added to the pizza, I have to say this is the first time I've had corn and cauliflower on a pizza. It was good! I had one size larger for dinner and you still get that initial outside crunch but with the larger ones it's followed by warm and chewy crust.. it is so good. I love mod in general. One of my other reviews on yelp was also mod, but it was my first time at this location. This is mostly about the staff, because I already know (minus a few under cooked or overcooked gluten free pizzas I've had here n' there) their pizza is good! So lets talk staff. They don't know what your day is like, or what's going on in your world. They had no clue I had just spent over 3 hours with my tired 6 yr old in urgent care with an ear infection, and she was starved. Hadn't eaten since her lunch at 11:30 (it was 8pm!) And she picked whatever she wanted to eat, kiddo picked Mod :) They also didn't know I left my wallet back in woodland, over 30 min away from mod, and all I had was a 20.00 bill on me. My daughter told me, dont worry mommy if you don't have enough, I'll help you- she had her birthday money on her. She wanted the berry lemonade, I wasn't sure if I had enough on me to do so- i told her no no you keep your money we'll be fine! So I get up there to pay for our mini and my gluten free, that i had loaded w/ toppings :), and our lemonade! And .. would ya know it, it ripped in half. I stood there like a deer in headlights, and along with 3 young staff members. Could have taped it, I just was like uhm. yaa.. what now! The manager came up and leaned over the counter- I got your meal! What? I asked him super close, dumbfounded and asked him why??! he said- because we all have days like this, and i want to be nice. I was shocked and humbled, and ever so grateful. He probably had no idea what kind of day I had, or that I was just trying to make my not feeling great kiddo smile for the day. Needless to say it meant a lot. Staff there are incredible. There was a gal that didn't have much to do, so she wandered around taking people's plates for them and garbage.
