This place was great! Customer Service was Absolutely Fantastic!!!! At first we were a bit sceptical since reading the Yelp reviews listed so we were prepared for the worst. And boy did we get the complete opposite!!! We walked in. No appointment. Greeted well & was instantly assigned to an assistant named Anabelle. She was incredibly passionate in serving my daughter & giving us the great attention we wanted. Despite the heat & the nearly 3-4hrs we were there literally closing the place down, Anabelle stuck by us throughout making sure of what ball gowns my daughter was really looking for. Finally, we found such a beautiful amazing dress with Patty & Anabelle running around the whole place. Overall, the customer service was excellent. For our first time looking for dresses & the amount of time we spent there with all the dresses my daughter tried on, we never once got any bad attitude from anyone there. read more

We booked our apt about a month before we've been so excited as everyone raves so much about the energy and vibe that you get ... maybe because it was a Friday we got none of that the lady who helped didn't really guide us on what styles or pricing at all just said go ahead pick 3 dresses and seemed annoyed. It was our first time ever trying on dresses maybe this is why she didn't put effort in the appointment. DEFINITELY STAYING LOCAL we traveled 5 hours away to get a basic experience that took no more than 45 min. My daughter said yes to her dress!!! We did a virtual appointment with Rossi A and she was very professional and very polite. A month after the appointment we picked up the dress in person. She tried it on with the help of Martha, who was also great! And also, I finally met Rossi in person! These amazing ladies made the whole process quick and easy. We had an excellent experience at Moda. When you walk in you are greeted by Sandra or Gabriel who have wonderful energy. They are so positive and excited to host your quinceañera. They include the parents and family in the process. They celebrate your quinceañera if you decide to "say yes to the dress!" This was the ONLY quinceanera place we found that had the dress my daughter wanted, but even though my daughter had her eyes on one dress they let her try on all the dresses she wanted..I kid you not I think she tried on every single dress in their store lol and not once did they complain or tell her "no". They helped with a payment plan for us to pay her beautiful dress off and they had every size for the puffy bottom part (not sure what it's called) great customer service and I just love how involved they are with social media. read more

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Let me start by saying that I came in from 6 hours away. We came in yesterday morning. Before we came in I called and asked if an appointment was required, the person I spoke said it was recommended, but they do take in walk ins. I went in early as soon as they opened. There was hardly any customers there, and there were a lot of workers. I walked in with my two daughters and nieces. I had planned on walking out with two Quinceañera dresses and 4 dama dresses, plus ALL accessories needed, bouquets, crowns, shoes, ect. When we walked in we were browsing around. Made eye contact with a few workers, nobody said hello, nobody asked if we needed help. We kept looking at the dresses, the girls took pictures, our presence in the store was known. We looked at the glass cases, nobody approached any of us. We looked at the dama dresses, nobody approached us. We walked the entire store, taking our time, we were there a good 20 minutes and nobody ever said hello, or asked if we needed help. Iwe walked out, and will take the 6k I had in cash to spend here, elsewhere. read more

They had no issue showing me so many different options out of their huge selection of dresses. I hesitated to write this review because I truly loved the idea of a store that celebrates these beautiful young girls. But when I see my child cry at home I know it's time to write. My daughter was so excited to go to this store as we have been here for several friends and it was now her turn. The first day we drove an hr to take a look at the store to make sure there were items she liked and could try on when we make an appt to go with family. The girl who helped us this day was so nice even if we were looking at short dresses for a "sweet 16". The next day we went back with my family and my daughter got to try on a couple of her dream dresses some including the beautiful big gowns and some included short dresses. The woman helping her was very pushy and after I shared my budget with her she then asked my family who was there to help pay for this dress and did that in front of other families and girls trying on dresses. My daughter was extremely embarrassed but held her tears in. When it was time to try on short dresses, plans changed and they made her change and said she wasn't allowed after all to try them on with the other girls. I asked nicely if we could please stay so she can feel special like the others and was told NO again in front of other girls trying on dresses. At this point her eyes were filled with tears. As a mom who is trying her best I am so upset that this 15 year old is embarrassed and was treated differently. They could have whispered to us, they could have not told us in the first place that this wouldn't be an option. I saw other employees who were so personable and doing a great job. I won't say they were all horrible but our personal experience was just heartbreaking. Her dream was to wear one of those dresses, but due to not wanting others to see her cry we didn't get to try on any other big ones as she was scared someone would make another comment about money. I just wish that nothing would have changed after I shared my budget. I wish this employee knew that I'm trying my best and that this little girl who twirled in a beautiful pink dress just wanted to feel like a princess just like all the friends she has sent that way. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. So disappointed with our experience here. Buying a quince dress is supposed to be an important and exciting experience for young women and I don't even know where to begin with how ugly we were treated. It's my sisters 15 and she was so excited to come and try on dresses, we were recommended by a friend of mine that used to model with them. We got here and they told us there was a try-on limit of 3 dresses but we sat and watch girls try on more than 5 dresses. My sister showed her which three dresses she wanted to try on and right off the bat, this lady was rude to us. Told us she was NOT going to let her try it on because our event date was too close and I explained to her that we could extend the date if she wants that specific dress. After trying on each dress she found the one she wanted and was extremely excited about it. We sat and spoke about pricing which was $1300 for this dress. Yes it was pricey but had this lady been nicer with a better attitude about everything we could've convinced my mom to purchase. When we said we needed a couple days to make a final decision, this lady gets up and says "ok bye." I hope you understand how treating people like this makes them feel. Imagine how my little sister felt after that? She was so sad in the car ride home after this. I work in customer service AND sales and honey, you could've sold us with a better attitude. So yea do not come here unless you want to be treated like garbage and if someone would like to reach out to me I'd love to tell you my sisters name so you can figure out who the stylist was that ruined my sisters experience today. Oh not only that but we brought my sisters friend to try on dresses as well and the lady asked several times if she was going to make an appointment with her mom and she wasn't comfortable answering because her mom passed away a couple weeks ago. If someone isn't giving you a straight answer to something, there is obviously a reason behind it. The only good experience with an employee there that we had was the front desk, he was very nice. read more

Horrible place. It took almost an hour to get attended. The lady that was helping us out was complaining that we wanted to try on more than 3 dresses on. Also the dress that was "new" was already dirty and ripped. Including the crown that they said was "new" had many missing beads and they said they would go get another one.
