I had been to this nail salon a few times recently and the young lady that did my nails was very good. unfortunately the last time I went, they were a bit busy and I had a man do my mani/pedi. First he used a small hand-held sander/buffer(?) and it was a tad too hot and hurt. Same with my finger nails and now they are soft and the manicure was not done very good. I will go back only if the young lady can do my nails. If not, then I will go elsewhere. read more

A 1 for a star is too much for this experience. May husband and I come here once a month for pedicure and haven't had problem but today I will never come back again. We went to have our pedicures done, they started my husband's and I sat there for 45 minutes with my feet in hot water without 1 person to help me. I was sweating to death. At 1 point, one of the guys pulled a chair up like he was going to start and then he left. I just got up and waited for my husband. The guy who left came back an hour later and said I can help you, I said no thanks, at that point I was done. My feet were so swollen and shriveled. I was done. read more

The service was prompt and felt relaxing. The chairs worked properly and there is a wide selection of nail polish as well as gels. I gave a 4 because a mani/pedi was $60 with gel and they never offered me a drink. Clean, quiet and next to shopping. read more

Can't give 0 stars so... So I walked in and asked one simple question. "Do you know how to do ombre?" I was told yes. The "first" lady filed my nails down until they hurt...turns out she was in training so I was sent to this guy. I asked again..."Do you know how to do ombre?" He said yes. He got started but looked very confused. They started speaking their language and everyone surrounded me looking at him trying to figure out what to do. Then, another lady walked up and told me she knows how to do it and directed me to her chair. She piled on so much acrylic it was ridiculous. She then shaved it down til there was only acrylic at the bottom of my nails. While everyone gathered around again to see another screw up, she got up and walked away. The owner then asked me to sit at his station and said he will fix... well he proceeded to file my nails even more. I told him they never need to be filed again. He then asked if i would like for him to "try" ombre. I said no, clearly you all can not do so, please even out my nails and just paint them. When he finally finished he expected me to pay FULL PRICE for four hours worth of screw ups. My nails turned out looking barely average! And it wasnt even what i wanted. When i was talking to him about discounting the price, the woman who messed my nails up the most was the loudest one asking me why I thought I should get a discount. After going back and forth with the owner he ACKNOWLEDGED that, "I am the only one that knows how but I let them do it because they said they wanted to try." I did not end up paying full price. Their lack of talent is disgraceful and I wouldn't be surprised if some of them did not have a license. My usual salon is in White Marsh but, I didn't feel like making that drive today. So it's a week later and o had to go to another salon to get my nail fixed a cut down and a fill bc my nails looked bad. I had an infection in one nail too. So I don't recommend going here. read more

I've visited this place three times to try and give it a shot because my co-worker highly recommended them. Each time I have gone, I came for a gel manicure and a basic pedicure. After three times, I must say the customer service is sub par. The first time I came, I just walked in and got one lady (I mean it was the same lady) who worked on my feet and my hands, although I have to give her an A for effort, she did not seem to know how to properly apply the gel nail polish which is evident because it started to peel off after about a week. I just did not enjoy my "girl time" because rather than allowing me to enjoy the little time I had away to relax, the female owner just plopped her phone in front of me to watch this annoyingly loud video about the products they were selling. The second time I came in, I requested the male owner (like my coworker recommended) for an appointment. I was told he would be available, he did my pedicure. However, it seems they know who their regular customers are and treat them so much better because I was offered the deluxe pedicure for $40 dollars, and the woman next to me (who was a regular) said next time she would upgrade to the $60 pedicure, and the female owner said she would do it for $35 "for her"....what?!?!?! So there's a $25 mark up for everyone else? Disrespectful.... Right after my pedicure, the male owner then had to leave because it was getting late and no one could pick up his children from school and I got passed to the female owner for my manicure. I wouldn't have mind so much but why then allow someone to make an appointment with him, if he would not be available? Then to add even more insult to injury the female owner started playing the same YouTube video of some products they sold and telling me how much I needed it in my life. I guess she did not remember doing this to me the first time, so I was subjected to the same propaganda twice. The third time I came in, I once again tried to make an appointment with the male owner and I was told he only does acrylic nails (which was a lie!). A new woman did my nails and she put the a darker color on my toes and then got the wrong color for the gel manicure. I'm so glad I noticed it and pointed it out. I then pointed out how my feet did not match my hands when I specifically walked in and asked for the colors that would match. She kept on looking and saying, "same, same" and I said, no, it is not the same....she corrected it, but it was definitely a negative experience because anyone who isn't color blind could see it was not the "same, same". Then she also did not seem to know how to properly apply the gel color because instead of my nails looking shiny, they look like they are unfinished and have some sticky "tape" like residue on them because she did not let them dry under the special light long enough. I would have asked her to correct it but at this point I was just ready to leave. Needless to say, three strikes you are out, I will no longer be taking my business here... :c( It's just sad because I really was trying to find a place I could go to consistently. read more

Poor gel removal resulting in significant damage to my nails. Manicurist did not respect my request to not cut my cuticles and made rude comments about this request. The actual manicure was worse than what I would do on my own at home. AVOID. read more

I went in today to get an eyebrow wax, because the place I normally go was closed. The first bit of wax was so hot I jumped, and when I told the women she scolded me for moving saying I would make her mess up. The waxing was painful. When I got in my car I realized that my skin had been burnt off on both eyelids and I was bleeding. When I went back in the woman tried to take me back to the waxing room. I refused and demanded my money back. She threw the money at me while waving her hand and telling me to "GET". I will NEVER go to this place again. read more

1st time at this nail salon. I was in the area on business for about a month and needed my nails filled badly. The place was clean. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes, there were 3 other people already seated. Unfortunately they only had 3 chairs in their waiting area so I had to wait outside. When it was finally my turn the guy was very nice and talkative. I was near the pedicure area and each person getting pedicures complained about the water being to hot even after they added cold water. One nail tech seemed annoyed when a girl reminded her she'd asked for a manicure when the woman tried to send her on her way. The worst part was I had called before getting there to ask the price and was told $35.00. But in fact they charge $50.00 for a gel fill! I have never paid that much! Ridiculous! Way to expensive. Should of known better when there wasn't even a sign with prices listed. I complained and was charged the quoted price but was also informed it was normally the higher because their products were of the best quality. Lol...same products they all use. read more

Arrogant attitude. Claims to be "professional", but anything but. Bad gel nail job - peeled within a week. Expensive. Waxing - don't bother. There was no consultation beforehand and they ruined my lovely eyebrows; they took way too much off and didn't measure as required and didn't apologize nor care that I was so upset about it. This place is another one of those salons that don't care at all about customer satisfaction or retention. The cleanliness of the salon is also questionable. I think they need an inspection. My daughter (4 year old) and I came in for a pedicure and manicure this morning. We came in at 11:15 and they asked us to come back in 30 min. We walked next door and returned 30 min later. Upon return we politely waited another 10-15 min...they took walk-ins as we sat there. Finally I was seated directly next to another person and my daughter had to sit on my lap as there were four chairs open on the other side of the person they sat us next to.. we sat and waited another 45 minutes.. as they continued to help multiple other people that walked in to the nail salon.. finally at 12:45 I had to tell them we could no longer wait and I did not want their services. Instead of providing good customer service and offering us a discount for some sort of a gift card... they let us walk out. Clearly they did not want to service me. This was the saddest pedicure experience I've ever had.. I do not recommend going here. read more

The personnel are very nasty here. A young girl accidentally drop a nail polish on the floor it cut her and was everywhere. No employee helped her instead they complained and tried to make her pay for the polish. An older Asian lady yelled at her. Don't they understand this girl could have sued the mans put them out of business. Terrible nail work also! read more
