I paid $100 for basically nothing. I will never come here again. I originally booked a gel x manicure and smoothie pedicure. I did upgrade to the milk and honey pedicure, which was $60 but I should not have paid $100 for basically something I could've done at home. I usually do my own nails or go to a salon and having an infant and has been easier going to a salon but again, I will never be coming back here, even if it's the last salon in the city. Send, they had the nerve to get upset when I said to cut my nails when they had messed up and already had me there for over three hours with an appointment. I am used to being in a salon no more than an hour and a half. I could understand if I was waiting three hours because they were completely booked but when I got there, it was only one lady in the chair, so there was no reason that I should have waited three hours. And by the time I stood up to leave after my pedicure was done. I was told that she could see me for my manicure. Yes, her art is good but service is unsatisfactory.

Today, like in February, the owner found a very nice deep purple gel polish with sparkles, which was a huge help. In February, I only had a fill, but today, I also had a pedicure with a sea salt scrub and callous remover. This was my first pedicure in about a year; it was way overdue. The pedicure and fill were excellent. I was surprised I could make a last-minute appointment for a Friday afternoon, so I was delighted it worked out. First, I called ahead to ask about the price for a service I wanted, and they gave me one price over the phone. But as soon as I got there, suddenly it was a different price. I don't know what they were trying to pull, but why give false information over the phone and then expect me to pay more in person? Very unprofessional. That was the first red flag. Anyway, she still starts doing the service, and once we go to the back, I notice she's doing something I've literally never seen before. I kept communicating with her like, "Hey, I specifically asked for a wax, nothing else."
