It is the newest strip mall on the corner as you pass the Chase bank. They also have a parking lot behind the building for the customer, and I saw a massage bed. I walked in and was immediately greeting from several employees along with coercion for a higher priced service of Pedicure. LADY'S EXCUSE THE TERMS AND DISCREPTION, I don't do this often as you all. I looked at the list and took the $60 pedicure with massage and foam bath and did a manicure. A guy did my foot massage and manicure. :-I So, the saying is true when they say, " it's always a first time for everything". He did a fine massage a pedicure. I would most definitely appreciate a little more patience. I was trying to roll up my pants legs and he started rushing me to sit. They sat me in the massage chair and activated the massage, but I turned it off, it appeared to be broke, it only made noise like it was giving a massage without actually giving the massage. I did not make a fuss as there is a serious language barrier when you go to these nail salons and I did not feel the need to bother with complaining. The manicure that he gave me was fantastic. I have had several mani's. One thing different that was done, (another first) the guy put oil on the cuticles. He applied a base coat and cured it under a lamp and finished it with a gel. I notice that the gel last long and look entirely better than the regular finish. I got a 10% off and coupons for future visits.

Usually, that would've been enough for me to leave, but I hung around looking at colors. One lady was kind enough to tell me there were more in the back. Finally I sat down to do my nails with a gentleman. I told him what I wanted, and he said ok. He then stated to use his tools to remove the old polish. As he did that, he stopped to text frequently, so I asked another gentleman (who had been very genuine in his interaction with me but only does pedicures) if he did nails because the gentleman doing my nails seemed busy. He said something to the gentleman, and he continued to do my nails. The genuine man told me that I needed to tell the man doing my nails to do my nails lol. I know he meant well, but I didn't know that I needed to do that. Long story short, Im not happy with my nails. From far away they look ok, but such a poor job was done that I know I won't be back.

The first time i came here was during the height of the pandemic when everything was started to open back up. They were cautious and took all precautionary measures especially with the nail tool sets in sterilization. I don't know what changed, but went back twice and I got a nail fungus. Plus most of the nail do not speak English, which is a bit annoying because you cannot communicate your needs. If you make a suggestion or comment, they start speaking in their language as if you not supposed to have a say on your own service. The prices are ridiculously high, like most places but I least give me my money's worth. Will not return.
