So glad we stopped! What a great place for good price drinks and you gotta try the cowboy beans! Delish! Eric, who runs this spot, he came out and greeted everyone, so awesome! During the weekend, the back patio and smoker is on, we are coming back for that!

My sister and I always search for the best fish and chips. You would think on the Olympic Peninsula it would be easy to find .....but it isn't. The man who owns the VRBO we stayed at recommended The Model T Pub. We were pleased to find they served beer battered Alaskan cod which was moist and delicious. Served on a mountain of fries with delicious tartar sauce.....I was satisfied. The woman working the bar is an expert wait person. She was filling drinks, taking food orders and cleaning while the packed house watched the Seahawks. Next time I'm in the area, this is my new "go-to" for fish and chips. (Although the rest of the menu looks delicious as well.)

Great place to take a break on a long ride!

Broasted chicken is the way to go! Sat at the bar and the service was fantastic. Ambiance is a dive bar with no bad smells and nice people.

Was here for lunch at the lunch hour on a weekend. Service was slow and the place was popular. Took more than a half hour to get food after ordering. Small footprint for a pub.

Chicken and Jo's and a cheeseburger and fries.

I wish I could give 3.5 stars. We stop here every so often after golfing in the area. It's a great dive bar. This time we had food too. I got the cheeseburger and fries and it was pretty good. My boyfriend got the chicken and Jo's. He also liked his food. If you're in the area, give it a try.

Forget the reviews by the Whiners. Covid times are gone and Model T has Full Staff back. I've been going to Model T for years. Great place!! **Inexpensive $6 Top shelf mixed drinks (Grey Goose Vodka/etc) - Great Cider my wife loves and all sorts of Beers on Tap and in Bottles. This is a small quaint Sports Bar and great place to watch the Mariners - Seahawks - Etc. Food is good with the best Broasted Chicken I have ever tasted. Great Onion Rings/Jo-Jo's and staff does everything to make you happy. The staff is super friendly. Bartender Colin always a pleasure to see and he takes good care of you!

It's not the governor's fault the food sucks here.

Pulled in to town late and they were the only joint open. Sat at the bar and quickly ordered a drink and a burger before noticing that none of the staff or patrons were wearing masks, in violation of state public health code. Then I noticed the sign that said, "THANK YOU JAY INSLEE for screwing my business and my customers!" so you know the owner is an edgy person who probably excels at conducting their own "research." However, it's not the governor of Washington's fault that the drink sucked and the burger was of school cafeteria quality and the owner should really take some personal responsibility instead of trying to shift the blame to Mr. Inslee. Cold bun straight outta the bag, gray meat, literally the worst burger I've had in recent memory and totally not worth $10 and being exposed to COVID and whatever other viruses are probably lurking there. The one waitress was nice but she can't mix a drink for shit. The other woman working made a loud, shitty remark about how woman who was recently murdered by her boyfriend probably deserved it. What a gross place, I should've just gone to bed hungry.

Just OK bar food, average price, the service can be a little dicey sometimes, a lot of politics going on with locals.

Surly waitresses and you wait a long time for terrible food. Just walk down the street. It's an expensive crummy bar.

Before we relocated to the Hoodsport area from Oregon, my husband was told that we had to go to the Model T and have their roasted chicken and jo's.

We went to High Steel Beer Company in Shelton last night for dinner for Ingrid's birthday…read more The food was fantastic and the service was really good. They brought out a small chalkboard sign wishing her happy birthday. They also gave her a generous slice of really delicious cake. I tried their Climber Burger which has pepper jelly and peanut butter on it (and bacon!). The thought of peanut butter and jelly on a hamburger seemed odd, but a friend told me that it was really good so I thought I would give it a try. It was delicious! The pepper jelly gives it a little bit of spiciness and the peanut butter blends in with the other flavors better than you might think. They donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of that burger to a local culinary program, which is very cool. I had some dipping tots, which were nice and crispy and apple cole slaw. It's a fun place with a small arcade for the kids and a virtual golf room for the bigger kids. Give them a try if you're in the area! I should have taken some pictures, but the food was so appetizing that it slipped my mind.

Menu offers a variety of good eats, great wings according to my husband the connoisseur. Daughter had the bacon blue burger, said it was the best she ever had. Great lager that has the look of an amber with a smooth finish. We will be back to our new favorite find!

Delicious, well balanced meal on the Hood Canal…read more Their chowder was AMAZING. Well balanced, colorful, depth of flavor, umami and textures hitting your mouth. I highly recommend it. My wife had the burger which was decent, and I had the rockfish bowl which came with smoked rockfish (delicious) complemented by kale, sweet potatoes, fluffy eggs, chives, and more. Healthy and good. What I love about the menu items here is that they offer very nutrient dense foods. I love their use of colors and vegetables in their dishes. Ambiance is a casual setting. You go to the counter and order food, pick up a bucket with a number on it, and they bring it to you. You find a seat outside by the water or in the restaurant. And you just enjoy the beautiful scenes. Service is spectacular. Very nice and they come and check on you regularly. Parking is relatively easy (there's a parking lot). We arrived around 11am on a Sunday and it was starting to fill up. Bathroom is cleaning meaning the kitchen is clean! This is on my list of places I'd come back to for sure.

For the springtime visit, it was amazing sitting outside in the sunshine. You order food at the checkout counter, and they bring your order out to you. With the sunshine the views and delicious food it could not have been more perfect. The outdoor area is also dog friendly and you can walk around the marina or take a look at the neighboring gift shop. The food may seem a little pricey at first, but the quality is there. It is fresh. It is flavorful, and it is delicious. Parking can be a little bit of a pain, especially during the busy times.
