When there is a significant lapse of time between measure and install, it is best to come back out to site to make sure all parties are on the same page. Communication was fabulous throughout. Installers worked hard and left the area clean and removed all trash. Another plus is they understand working with HOAs and mngmt of high rises. It was inconvenient to have to reschedule, and make a 1 day project 2 days. There also was a price change that through open communication we came to a resolution, and everyone continued to be pleasant and work through it to get the job done.

I just wish we were sold a better quality product. I relied too much on the sellers word without scrutiny. It has been over just a year the floors were installed and we have cracks. The one video shared was recently fixed but we now have another crack upstairs and I am left with no additional flooring to fix any further damages. Per the seller this product is no longer available. I waited to review Vegas Flooring Outlet this long to ensure we were sold a quality product which seems unlikely. I am disappointed with the quality even though they look good we will have a lot of issues with cracking. It's like walking on eggshells- literally. After reviewing online opinions this type of problem is due to the lack of quality of the product. Also the flooring was not leveled properly. New flooring should be expected to last at least five to ten years before needing replacement. I feel gotten over and I will consider another flooring company for future projects.

I told him what I was looking for and what I was uninterested in. He helped me and answered all my questions then scheduled a later date and time to come to my house and measure the areas being redone. After measuring, he sent the quote over that night. We had our carpeted stairs and the vinyl flooring in our common areas, hallway and bedroom replaced with carpet and new baseboards put in. It took approximately 2 days. The men who worked on the house were respectful and so hardworking. They cleaned up each day when they were finished. The craftsmanship was beautiful. I didn't know I could feel so strongly about carpet. My husband said, "Our quality of life has gone up." Miguel is an awesome resource. After my condo flooded with black water, the Turnberry towers had…read morebrought in Summit / Everest construction to do the repairs. Although I had a uniform floor throughout and there was damage in the entry way of two of the rooms Allstate/Safe Co would not cover the replacement stating that the Contractor failed to prove damages to those areas. The contractor then pushed Las Vegas Flooring on us, and they did the 70% of the area, but left two room with the old damaged floor and they also did crap finishing at door ways. This took about 5 months for them to handle and in the end the new floor was full of messy marks and overall quality issues. When we had asked, Las Vegas Flooring wanted $16k to do the additional two rooms. ---Hell No! I called a few of the people that were on the list, and check in the building. Needless to say while there were a few people with issues on Cortes, the bottom line was that they were making sincere efforts in there work where as people such as Las Vegas Flooring (Rip Off). First, when Miguel arrived, he immediately was able to identify the original flooring and where it was purchased. Had Las Vegas not been so pushy, I could have had close to my original floor. Next, he offered to get flooring to match the new floor for me (via Prosource) or I could purchase it on the internet and he would install it. I ordered it from e-floors and they shipped it to my building. Being that I live most of the time in another state, it was not possible for me to be at the building to receive it, however Miguel went the extra mile for me and got it taken care of. Expect this to take months as it did with Las Vegas Flooring and to have them come out multiple times to correct their errors, Miguel's crew had the job completed in a bit less than 4 days (if you count them receiving the new floor) and much to my surprise, they had installed the new floors perfectly on the first shot and blending into the Las Vegas Flooring install (that again took months). Miguel went one step further fixing the closet that was also not done correctly, moved all my furniture out and back and managed not to damage anything. Additionally, I noted that they did not create messy dust such as Las Vegas Flooring did. Imagine that....good work can happen in Las Vegas.....
