5 stars for this Mod Market! I have been a regular since I moved to Broomfield. Every time I come in, the place is clean, smells like amazing food, and the customer service is on point! Everybody who works here is awesome from management to every employee. In specific, I think Ariel is amazing at her job and just an amazing person in general. She is super friendly and her hair is awesome! Usually most businesses receive bad reviews but places need the good ones! Props to everybody here and keep the good food coming. I have tried everything from plates to salads. The meats chicken, steak are always on point. The salmon is a little small but it's a proper portion. I'll keep coming back Thank you! read more

First time trying this restaurant. We ordered the Keto plate. Everything was fresh and delicious. We are very impressed.

I went here to pick up food (to go- due to COVID) and they did not enforce the customers to wear masks OR 6 feet rule so I was surrounded by people waiting in line without masks that were practically standing on top of me. If a restaurant is going to allow people to come in to pick up food during this time they need to enforce strict policy. Not to mention, they took my payment as soon as I walked through the door but completely forgot about me and my order was apparently sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. Can't get enough of their drinks!! Soo so good. Fresh, healthy food and decent portions. Adding extra chicken to my Smoky Chicken plate for a couple bucks extra ensures I'm full as can be. The tofu plate is delish as well. Micah is great and helpful whenever I come in. read more

We did a to go order, and my order was the med bowl. When we picked it up, there was writing on the lid saying they were "out of chimi". I opened the lid and then saw there was also rice in the bowl as opposed the cauliflower rice. I didn't request rice as a substitution. It certainly looks nice, but it's not what I ordered. Not sure what happened here, or why this came out wrong. More than a little disappointed, unfortunately. read more

This place has great food, lots of seating and a very nice staff. I do like Mod Market as I've been to other locations. This one was the best I've been to. Very clean, very friendly staff, ample parking and wifi. If you haven't been to one before, they have a healthier menu than most. They offer soup, salads and sandwiches. You can half order all 3 too. They show the nutrition scores of the food you ordered on your receipt as well. Very good food and awesome concept. read more

I visit Mod Market all the time in Boulder and have a solid food experience. I was in Broomfield so thought I would grab some food. I ordered my food and sat down to wait and wait ... and wait. I check about 20 minutes later and they had mixed up my order. The order had not been worked. There were only about 5 people in the place so that was fairly disappointing. They put the order back on but by this time I had to take it to go. When I opened it at home the steak which was ordered med rare was so well done it was like a piece of old roast beef. Overall this was not a good food experience when I usually get a very good one. Seems like the chain needs to do some work and training at their Broomfield location. read more

Moldy bread on the muffeletta sandwich and no way to call and tell them that they were using moldy bread. Hassle to get there from the east bound 120 th because of construction-plan extra 20 minutes just to get past Bradburn area. No worth a long time to get there only to be dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

I wish I had done a review for a different visit (we've been here a lot). Normally the service and food is outstanding for a 'fast food' restaurant. Not this time. I get that it was late-8:30 pm, but come on guys-you don't close until 9:00. My chicken basil sandwich was lame compared to other times. The bun was rock hard! & barely any chicken...so disappointed! It was a carry-out order or I would've brought this to their attention while in the restaurant. So I guess that I won't stop here anytime after 8 pm cuz I don't want a sub-par entree again. I will say everything I've ordered in the past was great, and the only reason I gave it a 3* review is due to great service. They are always friendly. Sorry. That said I will return. read more

A very nice addition to the Broomfield food scene and a welcome change from local fast food options. Modern Market features real, healthy food. There is a little bit of a wait from order to receiving food, but it's worth it. No microwaved cheeseburgers under a lamp here. The menu supports vegetarian, vegan, Paléo and gluten free diets. Even if you don't have one of these requirements, the large menu has plenty of interest -- sandwiches, salads, flatbread pizzas and full dinner plates. I was surprised to find that they also serve beer and wine. The soda fountain features natural sodas instead of the usual Coke/Pepsi fare. Stopped by for lunch on a Thursday and the place was quite full, both inside (which is rather noisy) and on the spacious patio. read more

My family and I at here on Mar 14, 2018 around 6:30 PM. While the food was very good the attitude of the manager was less than satisfactory. I was in the restaurant industry for over 15 years and managed multiple different types of restaurants and if any one of my managers acted the way this one did there would have been disciplinary actions. Ahh mod market. I'm glad I gave you a second chance. I came here with a coworker grudgingly after having some bad experiences at the Denver location. I was pleasantly surprised that the food seems to have changed a bit or is a bit different. It's pretty busy but the food typically comes out quickly. The menu on the wall stated breakfast served all day. When we went to order we were told that was only on certain items. Order a Sammie which was good. My husband ordered soup the the everything toast. Our items were delivered to our table after about 15 minutes and the soup was luke warm at best. Took it to the counter and waited another 15-20 minutes. No apologies or anything for the cold soup or the LONG wait. In addition the building was cold, cold water to wash your hands and cold air to dry your hands. How can this be a healthy situation for employees washing their hands and returning to work or prep food????? Will not return and do not recommend. read more

Love this place, I eat here on a regular basis both carry out and dining in. The biggest problem I am having with this location is portion control. Almost every time I order online their serving size is way smaller. I mentioned it to them about 3 weeks ago and they replied that the container size is different. I made time to dine in as many times as I dined out to make sure this was so. Well, this is the fourth time they have shorted the serving size only for my online orders. This review is actually for Hannah who was the customer service rep who helped me when my order was wrong. I originally ordered through doordash and when my lunch arrived incorrectly they offered a $4 refund, no food though. I tried calling them, mod market and got dropped and handed around multiple times. Finally Hannah picked up from modmarket and this is what customer service is supposed to be. She talked to me like an actual human being, offered solutions and helped me even though it took her that extra couple of minutes. So now my lunch is on the way and she didn't make me feel like I had to beg for the help. Thank you Hannah for helping me. Been to the one in Longmont and liked it better. Came here and was disappointed with the sandwiches. The tomato soup tasted like someone took ketchup and loaded it witih sugar. This place is way too expensive for what you get, but if you go I'd stick with the salads as they seem the only comparable value on the menu. But really, this place is mainly for those fake "natural" types who'd enjoy frozen french fries if they had an "organic" sticker on the bag. Much like Whole Foods and their nonsense, I'd rather just pay attention to what I'm buying. read more

Ordered with their online app. That was a bad experience!! Got to the store to pick up and the two special orders I placed were both wrong! Rather then remaking the salad they scrapped the wrong items off and called it good. The reason I specifically didn't want those items on the salad was because of extreme allergies. Rather than remaking the salad the employee scrapped the unwanted items off. When I questioned it him he said no it original salad and went to remake it. They also had to remake a pizza. While I was waiting they asked if I wanted some water, nice gesture but really, water is all you have to offer? How about a discount! Love Love love this place. I get takeout here which is fast, and options are many, food is fresh, service is with a smile. I love the plates - the chicken, beef and now the new pork are great. I love the sweet potatoes and salad. Had the new pork bbq sandwich yesterday and the yummy apples and slaw made it very tasty and it was terrific. I get the hibiscus ice tea. Worst mod market EVER. Rude incompetent employees. Ordered 3 plates of salmon,to go. Took 50 minutes! Get it home, they are all RAW. I spoke to the manager, rude but gave me a coupon to use for next time. I convince my husband to give them another chance(can't pass up a coupon). When I went in, they didn't know how to use the coupon, and had BAD attitudes like it was my fault they don't know how to use their system. I used to love mod market. :( read more

Obsessed with this place. So nice to have options for a healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner. I've gotten the super food salad, which is very good. I've also gotten the chicken place with roasted veggies and the sweet potato mash. Everything has been really tasty here and I keep coming back for more! I love that they have Kombucha on tap!
