I've been here a couple of times in the last year. Two of them were for wine pairing dinners. I must say, although there are a lot of people there and it can be just a touch hectic, it is a pretty good experience. The food choices are interesting, some of them are not necessarily what I might order. Yeah, it was a decently cooked steak, but when I come to an Italian restaurant, that's not usually what I'm looking for. But, it's usually a five course menu and the wine pairings are always excellent. Honestly, one of the best ones at the most recent dinner I had paired a really nice Chardonnay with a very interesting salad that I mostly loved. The owner (manager?) comes out afterwards and works the crowd, talks about the food, talks about the wine, and holds a drawing for free stuff. On my first wine pairing dinner visit I won gift cards and that was nice. And on this last one, I won two tickets to the next wine dinner. So this definitely makes me want to keep coming back. read more

We had a mobile order and our dasher was waiting at the restaurant for 15 minutes. Our food came cold and it was missing the tiramisu. When we called to get it refunded or see if they could refire, both managers weren't there and they told us to get a refund through DoorDash when the restaurant clearly forgot to complete the order because they were in a rush to get the food out on time. The to go bag was also not sealed which just allows drivers to steal food as well. Very poorly done. read more

It was girl's birthday. We had a lovely dinner as a family. Even though it was Friday, many cars in the parking lot, we were seated quickly. Our server, Jen, was welcoming. The warm bread with olive oil herb dip was delicious. My husband and I enjoyed a glass of their house red wine. Two of us had the Italian salad, two had the House Salad. All were served on chilled plates to keep the veggies crisp. The dressings were flavorful. My husband enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan with mashed potatoes. My daughter tried the Champagne Pasta with Shrimp. My son dug into the Fettuccine Weesie. I went for the Shrimp and Scallop Linguine alla Vodka. The portions are quite generous. We went last night for dinner I ordered the Shrimp & Scallop Linguine Alla Vodka. The waiter said they did not have scallops, but would give me extra shrimp. I should've not ordered it. I paid $26 for 5 shrimp and some noodles. Serving size was not even enough to feed a 10 year old. Very disappointed! Love their zucchini fries, it's everyone's favorite dish. We always order two baskets when we visit Carrabbas. The other dishes we ordered were okay. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, it's a great size. I took some home for next days lunch. Their customer service is what truly stood out. We lost our gloves and left our phone number with them. We were seated immediately when we walked in at 6:30 PM. Decent crowd, most were finishing up. One large party, ample open seating. We then waited for 15 to 20 minutes, and watched our waiter service 2 other tables, a couple, and a family of 4. After memerizing the menu, the waiter finnally approached us, stated his name and asked if we wanted to start off with a water or drink, then started to walk off. I told him to hangon, we were ready to order. I told him we would start with a calamari and 2 coors lights, and he took off. We just looked at each other. Then another 15 minutes, he shows up with bread, cold and hard, disapears again, 5 mins later, he brings our beers. 7 minutes later, brings the calamari, and takes off again. Im thinking, he is not busy with a total of 3 tables. The calamari is cold and too crispy, but we were starved, so we started. Maybe that's how they they serve it here. As we dug in, it got warmer and softer towards the bottom. He comes back, asks, did you want to order something else, Well yes, we were ready 30 minutes ago. We both decided on the lasagna and sausage soup. 15 minutes later, he drops it off and walks away. It looked good, 2 inches high, covered with grated cheese. I took a bite, room temp, I mean sitting out in the kitchen for hours cold. The wife's as well. I raise my voice as he is leaving the other table, "waiter?" This food is Ice cold. Sorry he says, grabs them walks away. Our beers are empty, and we watch him give them back to the cooks. The cook grabs them and places them in some kind of oven, not sure if it was an element oven or a microwave, but they put our plates on the topshelf. meanwhile we are looking around for our waiter, as we twirl our glasses, and low and behold we notice the bar tender grew up with our kids. We shout to him as the place is emptying out by now and he comes over. We ask WTH? he states the place has slowed so much they have laid off kitchen and wait staff. The manager is cooking, and our waiter is on his first official shift. He then gets us our beers, and mentions he will get our soup that we never received. He brings back our beers, as our waiter returns with the warmed up lasagna. It's a good thing it was my wife, because he didnt know who's plate was who's. It now was a puddle, the top was level with the top of the plate. It was hot, but was reduced, to 2 lasagna noodes, covered in meat sauce. What the hell, we started to eat it. I looked over, and the bartender was busy, so, the soup was not coming. At this time, I asked the waiter for my bill. I had to go to the bathroom and had to walk by the kitchen. he was standing there chatting with the other staff, and I thought, nope, not going to let this slide. I informed him I expect a huge discout, as we waited 20 minutes seated before being acknowledged, both the appetiser and main were cold, we had to go to the bar to get our drinks, and we never got our soup. I informed him, I am not going to tip you. He said well this is my first night. Well, they should have told us at the door, it was your first night, and the service and food was going to be abhorent, but we we expected to pay full price and tip you anyway. We eat out once maybe twice a month, and I expect to get treated better than a 7 11. I paid the bill, it was just for the beers. AS I walked out, I gave the bartender a 20 dollar tip. As he waited on us promptly when asked. I told him I didnt tip the waiter, his response was dude you should that's rude. I laughed and said, good you can split the 20 I gave you with him. He can put his money where his mouth is. When the food service industry is screaming how bad they are having it, it seems they have become spoiled coddled children and demand we turn a blind eye, to their ineptness and continue to support them for the inability to actually focus and work. If I told my customers "hey it's their first day, I'm sorry your Thousand dollar product is falling a part and the wrong size" You know what they would do right? We may never go back to that place as it was our first time to try their food. You just never forget bad food and bad service. I can forgive one, but not both. read more

Went to Carrabba's tonight on a date night with hubby. We went before the dinner rush and it was stormy out so only one other family was there. It was cozy, I like the open kitchen. Our server RJ was awesome and was super attentive and friendly, it's always so refreshing to experience good service. We ordered the combo appetizer which came with three sauces and was hot and very good. My husband got the filet and shrimp toscana pasta which he loved and wasn't able to finish from the portion being generous. I got the grilled sirloin which was done exactly how I ordered, with a side salad, fettuccini Alfredo, and mashed potatoes. Everything came out promptly and was yummy. The ONLY complaint I would have is that in spite of it being slow, the floors were dirty, had trash bits and crumbs, which I've seen is the norm for this location unfortunately based on other reviews. Honestly, I love Carrabba's food. I go for the bread and olive oil, appetizer salads and all of the pasta dishes. However, this particular Carrabba's is always dirty. Every time I come, there are crumbs and trash on the floor and dirty tables. It's clear, a lot of children and families come here, but the sanitization after kids eat is not great. If you want to eat here, opt for takeout. It's a shame because prices here are not cheap, and at $20+ an entree, and I expect more of an upscale experience. read more

I haven't been here in years, Mostly because it's a bit of a drive. Decided to come in, sit and the bar order a beer and then get our food to go. We let the bartender know this was our plan and we would be ready shortly after. He took over 20 minutes to come back to us. Then my husband ordered a 2nd beer, the keg popped, no big deal happens all the time. Problem was he didn't even put our food order in, the keg had no CO2 (according to the bartender and his exact words were "that's probably why your beer doesn't taste good") took him over 10 minutes to figure it out, then finally puts in the food order. It came it way faster than we expected, had to finish our beers as we waited to finish another server came up and put our zucchini fries in the bag and said "oh this was sitting back here" so had we not had to finish our beers we would have taken off without our appetizer. We get home, food is already cold, the lobster ravioli was $25 for 9 small under sauced pieces. The bread and the zucchini fries were the best, my daughter's spaghetti and fettuccine were just ok. We were regulars here and it's been a while so we were excited to come back. It was a total disappointment tonight with the food. Everything was overly salted and the flavors were just not the same and off on everything. I had mussels and the sauce was of a thick consistency and full of butter with a sweet taste to it. Really not good. The only thing that was the same was the bread and oil. Same great bread and oil is oil. We were all so excited to go out tonight for an old favorite and although still had family bonding time, , it would have been so much better with better food. I used Carrabas catering services for my wedding of 175 people in the mountains. Taylor, the manager, is truly the reason we decided to hire Carrabbas. From day one, he was so generous and kind. My fiance was unexpectedly ill for the night we planned to do our tasting so I had to go myself. And Taylor made me feel so calm and at ease during my solo tasting. He also went above and beyond by making my fiance an entire to go box for him to try at home. Not only that, but he hosted us again in person a month before our wedding to finalize the menu options and allow my fiance to meet him in person. When wedding day arrived, Taylor and his staff traveled all the way to Bailey CO, brought a catering trailer, prepared all the food on site for optimal freshness, organized an entire cocktail hour with class, manned the buffet line so efficiently and even helped clean up. I cannot brag on them enough. Not to mention, while they were cooking, a massive hail storm came out of nowhere (in true Colorado fashion) and this team wasn't even phased despite having a full outdoor kitchen setup. Our praises cannot be shouted loud enough for Taylor and his team. The food was portioned perfectly for our crowd and tasted like it came right out of the restaurant. Please consider them for your catering needs you will not regret it. We received so many compliments from our guests about how phenomenal the food was. Wow, used to love this place years ago. It was mediocre for the price of the food. Service was friendly but our waiter was overwhelmed and it took over 2 hours to eat our meal with only four of us. We asked him about the $49 Dinner and Dolce for two, as it was listed on the website but wasn't listed on the menu. He checked, and it was available. Fresh, hot bread with olive oil and herbs was a great complimentary start to our dinner. We ordered the Chicken Marsala, broccoli side with Italian Salad and the Mezzaluna with Caesar Salad. The salads were freshly made and plentiful. The Chicken Marsala was a bit dry, and the Marsala sauce with mushrooms was more like gravy and could have used more marsala flavor, but was tasty nonetheless. The Mezzaluna was very flavorful. For our Dolce, we ordered the cheesecake with strawberry topping. Aside from the too-sweet crust, it was top tier. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and we will return. read more

So I take the little woman out to Carraba's for Valentine's Day dinner. We get sat in a reasonably amount of time and our waiter was top notch. The table next to us was very close and an employee from the front of the house came out to talk to the couple next to us. The restaurant was crowded and the employee was in the other side of the table talking very loudly and excitedly, he was non stop. The seater needed to seat a couple in the booth behind him so he moved over to our side of the table. His ass was right in my face. I was patient but he didn't move. I should've said something but who knows how Mr. Clown would've reacted and I didn't want to upset my wife. I still should've said something...so the following day I talked to the manager Taylor Bishop. Bishop asked for a description and tried to end the call. I asked him for some compensation and he eagerly agreed. He said he would "send me out a couple of gift cards". In the mail I got only one gift card and it was for $20, that was exactly what I tipped the waiter. I spent over $120 at this restaurant and all I got was a lousy ass in my face for my troubles! read more

Made reservations for 2:30pm on a Sunday. Not busy at all. They placed us in the back corner at a bar booth. The temperature was freezing due to a vent blowing nonstop over our booth. I was excited for our hot food to come to the table and warm me back up. After sitting for 15 minutes after our salad, I noticed the bartender glance at us and realize she had not brought our food to us. Our food arrives; chicken piccata, mahi and a kids Mac n cheese. COLD!!! I was so mad that she had allowed our food to sit for pickup so long that it was cold. She was busy stocking her bar and forgot she has customers to attend to. I was so excited to try the new chicken piccata too. Word of advice. During slow times do not sit in the bar section while the bartender is trying to wait and stock the bar. For take-out orders, Carrabba's did beautifully! I was really impressed with the tasty Caesar salad! They even went as far as including a packet of E.V.O.O. for the bread! Hey, where is the balsamic vinegar? (just kidding). One of the fellow Yelpers recommended the Pork Tenderloin entrée and it was perfectly cooked with a little bit of pink in the middle. The chef treated it as a steak and as long as it's safe (we didn't have any problems afterwards, just so you know!), a little undercooked helps the texture of the meat immensely, well done! I asked for sautéed spinach as a side and it was too salty and greasy, only a small step back though. You should've seen the envious stares from the other movie goers at the theater before previews started to play, all they had were lousy popcorns and here we're slurping on Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and green peas, the smell must have attracted attention! I must have been real hungry too 'cause I don't normally care for peas but this was still a good dish. Can't wait to dine in and try more of Carrabba's creations! read more

Were really good about bringing out enough bread for my family's endless obsession. Ordered the calamari for an appetizer. Quality: the Calamari was crispy on the end pieces but the round pieces could have been crispier. The marinara sauce was a little bit on the thin side. Almost though it was a salsa. My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves to a nice meal tonight, so we chose Carrabba's in Westminster, Colorado. It had been some time since we had visited the restaurant and were surprised to find that we were almost completely alone. Our server was very polite and took very good care of us. That is the only aspect of our visit that was pleasant. A thuggish, wannabe body builder bussed the table behind us making so much noise that we almost got up and left! This behavior was COMPLETELY unnecessary and unprofessional! Next up was the furry faced waiter that seemed to think that everyone in the restaurant should know that he has a complaint in with the Colorado Department of Labor! This conversation should have been held AWAY from customers and at MUCH lower volume!!! Also, I could care less how much he made in tips during his shift! The next intrusion of our meal was the high-pitched voice of the tiny waitress going on about a customer that had "melted down" on her. Was there a manager on duty this evening? If so, where were they and why were they NOT correcting such unprofessional behavior? When our food came, both meals were extremely SALTY!!! How the heck do you OVER-SALT a Ceaser Salad???? We are both sufferers of High Blood Pressure and this meal was actually dangerous for us to eat!!! This led us to NOT finish our very expensive meals and leave!
