Best nail salon. I won't go anywhere else. Always very clean and they are really trying so hard to make things work with covid changes. Barriers between stations, everyone wears a mask, you will see them wiping down chairs and sanitizing stations between customers. Obviously every technician is unique and some are better than others. The owner genuinely cares about her employees and customers. She wants you to have a great experience. Her dedication shows. Highly recommend - you won't regret it! read more

Great pedicure by Stephani. My feet feel and look great now, they were a hot mess before. This salon is owned by Kortni who used to own Hollywood in Alliance. A lot of the AMAZING staff from the previous salon are here. Neng, Charlie, and other favorites are here. They offer lots of wonderful and yummy pedicures. The chairs are relaxing and they give you complimentary beverages while you are being pampered. They all speak English very well and are focused on customer service, not trying to rush. I am so glad I found them again. If you have ever had to find a good nail salon, you know it can be tough. So I am glad to say this is where I will be coming from now on. read more

Manicure was great, Pedicure was very disappointing. I've been here before so perhaps the issue was the person who did my pedicure. Manicure was pretty and exactly what I wanted. The pedicure was rushed and sloppy :( the exfoliant and lotion was slapped on the tops of my shins, not applied to the sides or backs of my legs and not rubbed in at all. The hot towels were thrown on and loosely/poorly wrapped around my legs. The massage was rushed, she also got up to wax someone else's eye brows and go talk to another staff while the timer was running for the massage. I will come back because I have had better experiences here before and I do love my manicure but next time I will try a more standard or cheaper pedicure (I got the Aloe pedicure for $54 before tip) because I paid for the extra amenities that were done poorly so I will try a pedicure with no amenities and just hope my polish looks good. read more

I use to love coming here for my sets but seeing as I go there more the staff has been rushing sets more then taking time to perfect them. Shaping is rushed and application is in my nail beds u can see bumps in the acrylic and some of my nails are just straight up crooked, some of my nails aren't even the same length .Time to find a new salon. read more

The gentleman that did my pedicure also did my nails. During the pedicure he managed to cut my toe when he pulled a piece of skin, he also left cotton from the cotton ball in the polish so I ended up having a bump on my nail. Guess I will have to redo them myself. I came in with dip nails and needing a small trim down. He chopped my nails to barely there, then proceeded to use the drill to take off as much of the dip instead of just sing the foil. This would have been okay if my nails hadn't heated up, when I told him he just responded with "eh" then proceeded to continue even though I pulled my hand away. When he grabbed the hand file, he filed my skin more than he touched my nails. My nails have ridges in the top, they aren't smooth and he ended up putting more of the binder on my skin than on the nail. I spent ten minutes picking it off around my nail beds. He also managed to get the stuff on my Apple Watch. Do not recommend this place at all. I only went there to treat my niece to a mani pedi, but next time I will make sure to take her anywhere else! read more

It's the best nail place around. First, I have to mention Courtney. Not sure if she's the owner/operator or what, but she is a huge part of what makes this place exceptional. It's almost like they took a survey of what people don't like about other nail salons and then made those corrections in the way they run this place. The way each person is greeted (usually by Courtney) from the minute they walk in, along with the attention to customer service and satisfaction puts this place over the top. I always feel like I'm an old friend returning for a visit every time I go. The nail techs are all also very nice and accommodating. I get my nails dipped but I'm very particular about wanting my nails to have a little curve to them instead of having a flat profile when you look from the side. Courtney always makes sure to put me with someone who is good at achieving the look I like. Also, when you get a pedicure here, they actually give you a real foot/leg message rather than just moving their hands around aimlessly. Anyway, I could go on and on but you get the point.
