They were there instantly when we got there which was because we didn't have to wait too long. I had my massage and it was really good. I loved the therapist that I worked with and she was great. After my massage was over, I met back up with my SIL and sister. My sister seemed kind of unhappy and when I asked why, she said that she had booked her treatment for cupping and an intense massage but that isn't what she got. She didn't want to make a big deal about it. My SIL eventually went to the front desk and after awhile got it sorted out that they had a system error in their booking. They could still offer my sister the cupping but we'd have to wait a bit to do it. It was good that she was able to do the cupping but disappointing that her relaxing had to be disrupted and we ended up being there longer than anticipated and had to move some plans around. Overall it worked itself out and we still enjoyed our visit. They did a good job of handling the hiccup.

Maybe just a couple of rooms apart but in the same building. Can you believe I had the nerve to ask this during the Christmas season? The posted House Rules are sensible, but enforcement is inconsistent. Pool manager Claire frequently singles us out (phone use today, our daughter with pool noodles, snacks/drinks placement) while other kids build slides out of floats and noodles. She also overlooks shouting, rough play, and other prohibited behaviors. Other staff don't enforce these rules. We support fair rules for everyone's comfort and safety. When applied unevenly by one person, it detracts from the relaxing experience. We hope management retrains the team on consistent enforcement and hospitality so we can continue visiting regularly.
