We were initially given an estimate of 2-3 weeks for the project, but the entire thing was completed ahead of schedule in just 10 days. Nick is a true professional. He responds immediately to calls/texts/emails, and he came by multiple times to check on the progress and answer all of our many questions. The team who actually installed the floors was also phenomenal - polite, hard-working, and highly skilled. I have such respect for them! I usually come to these reviews looking for an idea of pricing. After meeting with Nick, my husband and I didn't bother getting an estimate from any other companies. We agreed that even if someone else came back with a lower estimate, we would still go with Toscani because we felt THAT confident about the quality of work and the high level of service we were going to receive. We were right and are so glad we made the decision we did. Our experience with Nick and Toscani Flooring has set the bar almost impossibly high for other companies. Imagine Architectural Concrete came in, redid all of the surfaces and completed areas the other contractor had not yet started. They applied an acrylic lace that looks terrific, and so far is holding up well. My hats off to these guys for their professionalism and high quality work. I couldn't be more pleased.

You have no idea how installation work will go until it actually happens, and I gotta say, Chris did a superior, meticulous job!!! John Broy was our salesman that consulted with us . He showed us many options and how his company used superior products to those used by the nationwide bathroom remodelers. Those large companies charge about $10K more than Home Time. He explained Home Time's longer-than-lifetime warranty that went with their service. We were able to negotiate the final price over the course of a week, then finally settled on a very fair price that included the demolition, installation of the new shower above the old sunken tub, the mold abatement and stud replacements, along with repairing the walls and replacement of the large window that was not up to current code. Oliver Pense and his brother Paul showed up about 2 weeks after placing our order, and completed the demolition, haul away, and mold abatement within a couple days. Then Chris the master installer came and hand crafted our custom shower installation. He was extremely thorough and a perfectionist desiring to make sure we were happy with the results all along the way. He let us choose the strategic placement of the seat, safety bars, and shelves. I am handicapped and they all were very considerate of my special needs throughout the process. It took a little over a week to get the demo & install done, then a couple days later Dan & Kage from the window division of Home Time, called Affordable Windows, came and removed and replaced the large window with privatized safety tempered glass, and the job was done to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend John, Chris, Oliver, & Paul of Home Time Bathrooms and Dan & Kage from Affordable Windows for their great care, highest quality materials, attention to detail, and assurance of our complete satisfaction. Since they were doing the whole roof, we asked them to install two solar tubes. Our house is not as dark now! The care with which they worked on the solar tubes was excellent. They explained how they go about that, since it involves cutting holes in both the roof and the ceiling inside. I was able to watch their work and see how careful they were inside the house. They cleaned everything inside and out very carefully. No fragments of old roofing were left behind. We are very pleased with their work. The office and scheduling were ok, but the actual roofers were very good: polite and efficient.

I strongly advise against using Cabinets by C & F or their manufacturer, Superior Cabinets. I hired…read morethem for custom cabinetry throughout my home, and the experience was a nightmare defined by poor workmanship and a total lack of integrity. The issues began when C & F had to remove and reinstall an entire wall of kitchen cabinetry due to their own measurement error. During this process, they caused significant damage to the cabinetry. Rather than being honest, they tried to hide the damage; I had to be the one to point it out. They even attempted to blame my flooring vendor for the damage, yet they refused to meet or speak with that vendor when I offered to facilitate a call. Their "solution" for my brand-new custom cabinets was to use wood filler and faux paint to mask the damage. They also had to lengthen three different areas because the cuts were jagged and sat too high off the floor, handling the kitchen island with the same subpar patchwork. Despite my repeated requests to have the damaged pieces replaced, C & F flatly refused. It is entirely unacceptable to pay full price for "new" custom cabinetry only to be left with a product that has been filled and painted over to hide installation errors. This process caused immense stress and significant delays in my home remodel. Paying for custom, "new" cabinetry and receiving a patched-up product is a major breach of contract and industry standards. Applying wood filler and faux paint is a "cosmetic band-aid" that does not provide the structural or aesthetic longevity I paid for. Both the owners of Cabinets by C & F and the manufacturer, Superior Cabinets, were difficult to work with and refused to stand behind their product or their promises. Save yourself the stress and find a company that values quality and professional accountability.
