John chose to place a Mechanical Lien on my property. I resolved the lien debt back in early April and he has promised on several occasions that the lien would be removed. Come to find out from the company he uses to service liens he never paid the bill. He has been challenging to deal with and will make a lot of promises to get the money but once he gets the money. Good luck on him fulfilling on those promises. I am now having to employ an attorney to motivate and deal with John as he is in violation of not removing the lien.
