Dan the owner spent a lot of time at our in home visit to review the scope , made great suggestions on 2 new pots and pan drawers and assured us we would not know they were refaced but would look like new cabinets . We chose a beautiful Maple wood with new drawers on amazing soft close silent hardware . The work crew was professional , skilled craftsmen that figured out every little corner and angle to perfection . I am amazed at the quality of work . The transformation is stunning . My adult daughter just saw the new kitchen today for the first time and was so impressed she thought it was all new boxes from the ground up ! Then Dan came to our house and spent a significant amount of time with us explaining our options, showing us samples of cabinets, and answering all of our questions. We opted for several additional options on top of our initial estimate, but we never felt pressured to add or upgrade anything. We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. And the work was done as scheduled and on time - the entire project only took 2.5 days!! I didn't receive estimates from other companies, so I don't know how the price would have compared. But we feel that the finished product, the quality of the materials used, and the professionalism and skill of the team were worth what we paid. At this point, we're too worn down to try to do anything else to fix. Update: After this review was posted, the company acted quickly. A representative personally picked up the damaged drawer, and a replacement was delivered the following day. We appreciate the effort and urgency once the issue was escalated. We were also provided a $25 Starbucks gift card. **Extremely disappointing experience.** We initially exchanged emails with the company and were told the cabinets were expected in **3-5 business days**. Based on that timeline and the communication we received, we decided to make the 45 minute drive to their showroom to look at colors in person. Once we got to the showroom, the same salesman changed the estimate to **5-7 business days**. Even though that was already different from what we were originally told, we still decided to move forward and paid in full on **June 5**. At the 5-business-day mark, I checked in and was told they were waiting on one base cabinet due to container delays, but that it should arrive "early this week." By midweek, at the 7-business-day mark, I followed up again because I had not heard anything. I was then told they were still waiting and would check for an ETA. From **June 15 through June 23**, the updates continued to be delays and unknown timelines. When the cabinets were finally ready, our contractors picked them up. They wanted to test/QC everything before leaving, but were assured that the company had video of their own rigorous QC process. In hindsight, we should have insisted -- because what arrived was nowhere near properly quality checked. These "preassembled" cabinets were anything but. A tower cabinet still had to be fully assembled because they considered that part of "install." Drawers were not sliding properly, cabinets were not closing correctly, they forgot to include one of the skins, no touch-up kit was provided, and one of the drawers for our tower was busted and completely unusable. Because of the poor assembly and missing/damaged pieces, we had to pay our contractor far beyond a typical cabinet install just to fix issues that should never have left the company in that condition. Now, more than **30 days after purchasing**, we still do not have a complete cabinet order. The company is unwilling to simply bring us a replacement drawer. Instead, they expect us to take on the time and cost to drive back to them first to drop off the broken drawer before they will even begin working on a replacement. They have only offered to possibly deliver the new drawer "whenever" they have a future delivery in our area, with no confirmed ETA. At this point, the entire experience has been delays, poor communication, poor quality control, incomplete materials, damaged components, and zero urgency to make things right. We paid in full, paid for assembly, and still ended up with incomplete cabinets and extra contractor costs because of their mistakes. I would absolutely not recommend this company unless you are prepared to chase updates, absorb delays, pay extra to fix their assembly issues, and handle the legwork yourself when something goes wrong.

July 16th, 2024 we paid half of the cost to remodel our kitchen up front to Desert Prestige. We…read morereceived the cabinets in the middle of December 2024. Work began on January 2nd, 2025 and has yet to be completed. From the start, there were multiple delays, miscommunications, and out right liberties taken with our time from Desert Prestige. While certain delays are expected, there were weeks to a full month where no communication was given for us to know what was going on. During these times, we would need to take the initiative in contacting them for a schedule as they were not responding or proactively contacting us. Workers were also arriving at our home throughout the day, often without notice, including in the evening. Despite the owner, Eric, telling us when the workers would be on site, they wouldn't show up, sometimes until hours later, sometimes not at all. Towards the end of February, we were notified that we had to pay the rest of the project in full even though the project wasn't complete. We had to correct them on the contract on the things they purchased versus the things we purchased outside of them. One item, at least, still hasn't been excluded. There are also still multiple pieces of leftover trash and debris that has not been removed, even though clean up is in the contract. No one from Desert Prestige kept track of work that still needed to be done. They relied on us for this or simply didn't do it. Every time we were met with excuses and passing the blame as explanations for this behavior. After a month of no communication from Desert Prestige, we contacted them, and were told they would arrive on site between 11-12 the next day. They did not show up on time, and arrived at 1pm, only after being contacted again and told they didn't keep the schedule. Eric told us that because our "availability" was between 10-4, they were still on schedule, regardless of us telling them if they didn't show when we were told they would, they would not be permitted into our home. Desert Prestige's unreliability and irregularity caused us to have to work from home for multiple months and made us uncomfortable in our own home not knowing when or if they would show up to do the work they stated they would when they stated they would do it.

Trinity Home made our house a showcase with custom cabinets installed by one of the best in the business. Anthony's gift for designing was spot on. If something was not to our liking, he made sure we were satisfied. Our home is beautiful with a total redo of our bathrooms and a professional grade kitchen with an 11 ft quartz countertop. All sorted out before 9am on a Saturday. Speedy, friendly service. By 11:45 they were done and on their way to the next job. Now, that said, here are some more outstanding points: * Communication . They sent me several text messages throughout the morning to let me know their status. They said they would arrive between 11 and 12 and they arrived just a hair after 11. * Equipment. Gabriel rolled up in a shiny, clean, European style white box truck. It had the big built-in contraption for heating the water and sucking it back out. All the hoses were clean and the pretreatment smelled great! * Friendly. Gabriel and his coworker (sorry, I didn't get his name) were both smiling and were happy to explain about how the pH can affect the carpet, and why the water they were using made all the difference in the quality outcome I could expect. * Professional. Attention to detail. All the vacuum marks lined up and looked great! Gabriel even put plastic under the feet of the sofa to protect the wood and under a large mirror too. He spent extra time going over a dirty soap spot left over from a previous cleaning (provided by my apartment complex) I'm going to have them back to do my sofa and love seat. Then the morning of the second appointment I get a similar call and he said that he is not sure exactly how long it will take to get the grout but that he should be able to get it eventually. Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen. It's more about how it is handled and Gabriel was disrespectful of my time and a poor communicator throughout. I recommend that you avoid this company.

I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!)
