My appointment was rescheduled four separate times, often last minute. As a mom of 10-month-old twins, my schedule is very structured, so the repeated changes were especially disruptive. I understand things come up, but the lack of reliability was disappointing. I ultimately had to move forward with another company. **Update: After the owner's response, I went back and reviewed our messages and he's correct that there were two reschedules, not four. I appreciate the clarification and understand that one of the cancellations was due to a family emergency. Hope all is well with your mother. That said... scheduling delays, limited availability and multiple reschedules still impacted my timeline and planning, which ultimately led me to move forward with another company. I understand that unexpected situations come up, but reliability and consistency are important factors when choosing a service. Sharing this for transparency so others can make an informed decision.

After getting a few quotes, we decided to go with SoCal Woodworks, and I'm so glad we did. James and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with: professional, punctual, courteous, and always respectful of our home. James patiently addressed all of our questions and offered thoughtful, expert guidance, especially when we found ourselves wavering over details (who knew choosing the perfect shade of blue could take 20 minutes?). The craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly exceptional. The final result is stunning, and I'm already looking forward to working with them on future projects.

This was my wife and I's first major home renovation since buying our home eight years ago, so naturally, we were a bit nervous going into it. John made us feel completely comfortable and confident right from day one by laying out a clear, step-by-step blueprint for a successful project. What stood out the most was John's exceptional communication and flawless execution: * Proactive Communication: He checked in with us more than we checked in with him--a total rarity in the contractor world! * Seamless Timeline: Every single phase was coordinated to perfection, from demo and drywall/mudding to recessed lighting, cabinet installation, countertops, backsplash, and final appliance hookups. * Flawless Execution: The entire crew was professional, punctual, and attentive to detail throughout. Most importantly, John built my wife and I the absolute kitchen of our dreams. If you're looking for a stress-free experience and top-tier craftsmanship, I would recommend Inland Cabinets 100 out of 100 times. Thank you, John!

After working with them I can say the rating is 100% justified. I reached out and was called back within less than an hour by Johnny. The installer also showed up on time both for measurements and install day. The work looks beautiful. I would highly recommend working with this company.

I had no idea he would be a complete no-show and NOT show up. Not only a no-show, but no phone call, no explanation no nothing. What's even crazier, it was just 24 hours before April 14,, that one of his employees or partners named Andreas called just to tell me how excited he was to install my kitchen and that I had nothing to worry about they would be there and get it done. I have to be in my brand new home by May 31 st. So I begin to call around kitchen cabinet/kitchen installers all over Riverside County the Inland Empire and beyond. Every place told me that it would take it at least six weeks just to order the materials to make my kitchen counters and cabinets, and then I would have to find a date they were available to install the kitchen. After literally about 14 phone calls, I found Summit Cabniets! By a stroke of good luck , they had just had a cancellation but the owner said it was still going to be difficult to try to fit me in, but he would do his very best to accommodate my timeline. Anyone who knows me, knows that I can be redundant, part of that comes from the career I am in, because redundancy can often save a life! The phone rep Morris, and the owner of Summit cabinets didn't judge my emotional phone call, he just sat and did what very few people can do any more who are in business or selling products..... he listened compassionately. I think a lot contractors and building vendors forget that, though it may just be another project for them, it is a huge emotional and complex process for the homebuyer! Especially when it's someone like me who has saved and dreamed to build my own custom home. Vendors in the construction industry can become callous. This certainly was not the case with Summit Cabniets. Corona is not just a hop skip and a jump away from where I live in Cathedral City, However, before I could even get to his showroom in Corona, he had already been to my home, taking measurements, looked over my previous designs, the blueprints of my house, and had a fully designed kitchen, waiting for me when I arrived at the showroom. His budget was very fair only costing me a little bit more than the other company that completely ghosted me on the day of Install and still hasn't explained to me what happened. All I can say is , THANK GOD for Summit Cabniets. The showroom is awesome and professionally displays your many options for building a kitchen, he assisted me in picking out modern hardware for my kitchen, and he is the first person to understand the type of island I wanted built. The other company said it was impossible to build that type of island. I knew that simply wasn't true . Within moments, Summit produced a set of plans with the kitchen island, cabinets and counters that I dreamed about since I've been saving up for this beautiful home over 20 years ago! His calm, nonjudgmental, customer first attitude , and willing to listen to my dreary long story, was healing and exactly what I needed. It was also comforting to hear the warehouse attached to the showroom where I could hear construction of cabinets and kitchen countertops being constructed . The owner of Summit cabinets produced a very clear, itemized contract, and gave me his word both in paper and on video and to me personally that my kitchen will be completely installed by May 1 if not earlier. And the fact that the owner is also a general contractor, gives me even that much more peace. Im lucky to have a wonderful, and incredibly talented general contractor through a company called LEVEL UP construction. They have built me a perfect home exactly as I dreamed. And now thanks to Summit, I'll have the kitchen to go along with it! Had the owner of Summit not been able to do what he did, there is a very good chance I would not have a place to live after May 31st. My wonderful general contractor at LEVEL UP construction has almost completed the home, but the kitchen was one of the couple major things still needed so we can get our permit to move in. I will update this review once the kitchen is finished!!! But so far I am very impressed, and look forward to the finished product!

Absolutely Outstanding from Design to Installation!…read more We could not be happier with our new office from Closet Factory. The finished space is absolutely beautiful and, just as importantly, incredibly functional. Every detail feels intentional and customized specifically for how we use our office. Our designer, Ana, was amazing to work with. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She really listened to what we needed and guided us through the design choices without ever making us feel rushed. Her recommendations on the colors, textures, cabinetry, wood finishes, lighting, and overall layout were perfect. Everything works together beautifully. What impressed us most was the attention given to functionality. Ana designed specific areas to house our printers, office equipment, supplies, files, and everyday work items so that everything has a place. The expansive custom work surface gives us plenty of room, while the cabinetry provides an incredible amount of storage without making the office feel crowded. The full-extension soft-close drawers, floating shelves, under-cabinet lighting, and custom cabinetry are details we appreciate every single day. The installation team was equally exceptional. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. They took their time to make sure everything was installed properly and treated our home with tremendous care. We had just installed brand-new flooring the week before, and they went above and beyond to protect it throughout the entire installation. When the job was finished, they thoroughly cleaned everything and left the office immaculate. From the design process through the final installation, this was truly an exceptional experience. The finished office is even better than we envisioned--beautiful, organized, functional, and completely customized to our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Closet Factory, Ana, and the installation team without hesitation. Five stars all the way!

When no one arrived, I texted at 11:15 AM to see if she was on her way. She responded, first saying she assumed I wasn't able to meet. Later, she explained she had a severe migraine and had gone to urgent care. I completely understand that medical emergencies happen. What I don't understand is why I wasn't notified before the appointment. We already had a scheduled appointment, so I was disappointed that no one reached out to let me know she wouldn't be able to make it. Instead, I waited without any communication. I also reached out to the company at 11:15 AM, but four days later I still had not received any follow up. I was ready to move forward with designing three closets, but the lack of communication from both the designer and the company did not give me confidence to trust the process
