I did call back today and got confirmation from the staff that it takes a week to get results back, so there is no resolution it appears. Funny enough, I actually got notification on my end from Modesto Radiology that results were available, but when I relayed this information I was told oh maybe they don't have our fax number and we didn't get it. I had to ask several times to get someone to offer to even try checking with Modesto Radiology about this. To further elaborate the point when I went into Modesto Radiology, the paperwork was not filled out correctly at the time (7/28, Tuesday morning) and I had to call your office to have them talk to the receptionist at Modesto Radiology to correct the information. When I took the xrays the radiologist was also concerned that my hand was already in a soft cast before xrays were taken and said results might be hard to decipher. I went to a different urgent care this morning (7/31) and got results the same day which confirmed my finger is in fact broken, which doesn't appear to be the determination from the xrays taken on Tuesday morning, likely due to the concerns of the radiologist. Staff continued to gas light me about the situation and offered no apology. This series of events with a more serious ailment would likely constitute medical malpractice. If I didn't follow my own intuitions and seek an alternative urgent care solution I would have opened myself up to serious permanent damage on my fractured finger. Avoid this urgent care.

He woke up with a fever and we had to get him in somewhere fast, as we suspected it was an ear infection. We get there at 4:40, and are "greeted" by an insanely rude employee saying nothing except "We're done here" in what I would consider a pretty aggressive tone. Not a "hi, I'm sorry we're closing down, but here are some other options for you.." or anything somewhat pleasant. And again, I recognize this is very last minute but the hours of operation state that they're open until 5, and we didn't have a lot of options (other than an emergency room which is not going to be our best option for ear infection.) if you're going to close at 4:30, that should be your posted hours! It's insane to expect people to just know when you decide to close up shop if it's not outside of the posted hours. And I could forgive that, and even maybe understand, if the employee wasn't so extremely disrespectful and crass. Unfortunately we just won't be returning here because honestly I don't have enough grace left in me to interact with that employee again. Sad when what was once a great business can be ruined by one horrible employee.

Urgent care is closed down!! I have went multiple days at different times and it's been closed…read moreevery time. They do not respond to emails or nor do they answer the phone. This happened very soon after they took me off work for a week with a stubborn respiratory infection. I called after submitting the note for work because I'd need to take a leave. I was assured they would handle the paperwork. They did not. I had to go to my regular doctor to get released back to work and wasn't able to get in timely. So now I'm out weeks of work on an unapproved leave. My employment is at risk! Please beware that this urgent care is completely closed down with no warning at all!

However, I recently developed some bothersome symptoms and thought it was important to get checked out coming from a family of diabetics and heart problems. I heard about Kind Clinic via word of mouth. I had the pleasure of seeing PA Edgar. I was thoroughly impressed by how attentive and approachable he was! He never downplayed my symptoms and took the time to get to know my family history and work life to see if it was attributing to my symptoms. I really like that he took the time to explain why he was ordering certain tests and what he was trying to rule in and out and made sure I was comfortable with it. I later got my labs and turns out I had a thyroid problem all this time and feel pretty good about our treatment plan! He also reassured me I did not have diabetes and ways to prevent and monitor in the future.
