Norvin from MAG has always been helpful getting me the best deals out there. Every time I've gotten a car from MAG it has never disappointed. If only there was a 10 star review.....I don't know how to condense all the positives into one review. Norvin and the MAG team were responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and absolutely delivered exactly what we wanted. It started with how quickly Norvin replied to my message. I told him what we wanted for my daughter's car and Norvin said to give him a day and he would provide some options. In less than a day, Norvin had found exactly what we wanted and was able to not only get a price without the dealer markups we were experiencing but below MSRP!! We were so excited that Norvin had found the car for us so quickly. But then he called us back to let us know that he found the same specs but in the Premium Plus level for the same price! What?? I was shocked and it was then I realized Norvin is the real deal. We were already happy with what we initially delivered and he did all of this on his own. That is a mark of a truly great broker and most importantly, someone I would go back to over and over again. That evening we were able to go to the dealer and Norvin went out of his way to be there in the evening and meet us at the dealership. Not only was he there, but he got there earlier to make sure the car was detailed and even had the finance dept start the paperwork before we got there. The entire process was so effortless and smooth, I had never had such an easy car purchasing experience. As we finished the paperwork, Norvin stayed throughout that process and when we walked out, he surprised us with a beautiful pink bow for our daughter. She was so surprised and felt so special. He truly made it feel so special and memorable for her. I can't thank Norvin enough for his above and beyond white glove service. MAG is a company I would recommend to anyone and everyone interested in getting the best deal and treatment when buying a car. Norvin is simply elite at his craft and will always get my business!

I've used MAG for at least 5 years now every time I need a new car always easy process and get you best deal possible there definitely here for the clients best interest and Anna made this new purchase on my new sprinter easy and went out of her way to get me a crazy deal and best interest rate possible she got me my van signed and delivered in less than a week.

If I could add more stars.....There are so many positives with the experience we had with Norvin, it's difficult to summarize it all in one review. He was initially very responsive and immediately understood what we were looking for. Within a day, Norvin had already found the exact car my daughter wanted. It was incredible that he found the car with every single request my daughter had. It would have taken me forever to search for this car on my own. Once that was completed, Norvin asked for a couple hours to make sure he can get the best price for us. The car we wanted had a dealer markup where ever we searched and Norvin not only got us a deal without a markup, but below sticker! What makes his work even more incredible is that he later, without our request or knowledge, found an upgraded car of exactly what we wanted for the same price! It's something he didn't have to do, but this is what sets Norvin apart from other brokers I have worked with. The entire experience with Norvin felt like I was speaking with a friend that was helping me out and our happiness and satisfaction was all that he cared about. I thought that would be enough to make this beyond a 5 star review, but the evening we went to pick up the car, Norvin didn't just greet us at the dealership, he made sure that the car was detailed and ready before we got there, had the sales rep start all he paperwork beforehand and we were done within 30 minutes! It did not feel real having such a smooth and pleasant car buying experience. The cherry on top of all this was seeing Norvin place a bow on the car and make my daughter's car purchase feel so special! This is not a good salesperson, this is a relationship building expert! I know without a doubt that my only contact for our next car needs will be with Norvin. He is living proof that great service still exists! Norvin is the absolute best! He was able to find me the exact car I wanted. Not sure where these reviews are coming from but I would never recommend Modi to anyone looking for a broker. My experience began on August 31st where I had reached out to Anna at MAG. She was very helpful convincing me to leave the dealership I was at and promising to buy my current vehicle for a higher price. Fast forward 57 days to October 21st which is when Anna was able to have my vehicle appraised at their Sherman Oaks location and also the last I ever heard from anyone at the MAG. During those 57 days I had a vehicle picked out and "delivered" to the dealership only to never have a follow up response from Anna to move forward on the purchase. The vehicle was sold during her disappearance. After meeting Anna for the appraisal on the 21st of October she again went MIA after I was promised a call later on in the day. She still has not responded or called me as of November 8th. It's a very shady business with the worst communication I've ever experienced. My family and partner have gone through brokers our entire life and have never seen anything this poorly handled and managed. I'd stay as fae away from this place as possible if you're looking for any type of communication and honestly. They were quick to ask for a credit application to be completed only to never respond back. Leaving this review is making me uneasy due to their business practices but I want to save someone else 2 months of their time. PLEASE use any other broker, I'm not here to tell you who ended up helping me out and delivering a vehicle in under 4 days time. If any business owner at MAG is reading this, I have text messages asking for calls and text responses back throughout the two month process if they would like to discuss this review further. Thanks for nothing MAG. read more

I have leased many cars in the past but my latest experience with Norvin and Modi Auto Group (MAG) has to be the BEST. My wife and I were in the market for an SUV but we weren't sure which car we wanted. We just had certain criteria the car had to meet and Norvin was very patient and gave us multiple options with great pricing. Once we chose the car we wanted, the leasing and signing process was pleasantly easy and quick. MAG handled the delivery of the car and Norvin made sure the paperwork was ready to go once we had to sign. The car was already washed and ready to go once and we couldn't be happier. Wow, wow, and wow. By far the most amazing car shopping experience I have ever had. Norvin and his team at MAG are some of the nicest and most professional people I have ever met. He was able to help with my previous lease return and made the process smooth as butter. Car prices are crazy right now and I couldn't believe the amazing deal he got me on my brand new 2023 Audi A5 Sportback. The entire process from start to finish was so easy I couldn't believe it. I didn't even have to step foot inside of a dealership to get my car. Everything was explained in detail, no hassles and 0 headaches. With my busy schedule it's hard to coordinate time off to take care of difficult tasks like these. He had the car brought to me and I am so grateful for doing business with them. Just license, fees, and first month's payment DAS (due at signing). I started the process on Sunday afternoon when they were closed and went to the dealership on the following Saturday to pick up the car. This was the most stress free car buying experience of all time for me. Once I told Sam about the make, model, and trim I wanted with no add-ons, he went to work getting me the best quote. There was a dealer that quoted $13 more than the first dealer and Sam tried to get the dealer to come down in price to match the first offer. He didn't so we went with the first dealer to lock in a low monthly payment plus tax. None of that "cap cost reduction" nonsense you see in the car dealer ads that fool you into thinking you got a deal. You are just prepaying the lease and lowering your monthly payments. The deal that Sam got me was low selling price for the car, standard residual (set by the bank), lease rebate, zero upsell. In fact, I just dealt with Sam 100% of the time. I got the contract emailed to me to sign. Sam met me at the dealership to sign a couple of DMV forms. I wrote the check to the dealership, then Sam drove the car out to the pick up area. ZERO CONTACT WITH ANYONE AT THE VW DEALERSHIP! No games at the finance desk, no wasted time going back and forth, honest selling price of car, and standard money rate with the lease. Sam basically shielded me from all the high pressure sales tactic and made sure I got the best deal. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional like Sam to battle the dealership. This was truly and EZ experience and there was no fee or bill from Sam.

He searched low, and although we didn't get the vehicle in the color that I wanted, we found the vehicle I wanted! COMMUNICATION: Garry was outstanding at taking all of my calls and text messages and always replying to me even when he was busy with other customers he would always let me know he would get back to me and he did! Tips to the buyer or leaser: I strongly recommend women using this Auto Group broker. They are exceptional at understanding the needs and having multiple conversations until you are able to figure out which vehicle you want versus what you actually need. As this was my first time leasing a brand new car Garry helped to organize the structure of how to go about getting the vehicle. I think the only thing I would've liked that did not happen is that he would've been able to actually go down with me to get the car at the dealership in Culver City. Typically how it works is you do everything online! Garry does all the heavy lifting and negotiating and getting it down to a price that is within your budget or finding you a vehicle or having you wait until the time is right. My lease was coming to an end and I heard from co workers about their experience with Modi Auto Group, although I was used to the old fashioned way of buying cars (going to dealerships all day until finding the right car/price) I figured it wouldn't hurt to call them and give it a shot. A week of going back and forth with Norvin, he didn't give up on me being indecisive; we spoke everyday about different cars I might like until we found the one I liked. After my decision was made it took less than 2 hours to have the car delivered to his office which wasn't to far from me. Couldn't believe how easy it was to get a new car and it was all thanks to Norvin. Outstanding customer service and super convenient, all I did was tell Norvin what cars I was interested in and he got unbelievable deals for me. The best part was that I got to pick what day I wanted the car, what time I wanted it, AND I DIDN'T EVEN GO TO THE DEALER ONCE! Fantastic service! I didn't want to go to the dealer due to the hassle and time I would waste. I've dealt with dealers before and they are a headache. I saw this auto broker in Tujunga and went in to ask a couple questions. The lease they offered me for lexis is250 was the cheapest I had seen. Within no time, it was delivered to my house. I worked with Anna. She was great! she did all the negotiating so I didn't have to, and she even coordinated for the dealer to bring the car right to my house. If you're like me and you don't like the high pressure environment of the dealership, then I recommend you let Anna do the tough stuff for you.
