Later: "It also comes with a safety package -- that adds about $30/month." Then: "The original car was sold, but we found another one in the same color with a different package..." Each conversation added something new. Each change increased the monthly payment. By the end, the lease terms were dramatically higher than the original quote -- roughly 30% more. It felt like a classic bait‑and‑switch structure: hook you with one number, then slowly move the goalposts once you're invested and think the deal is almost done. If you speak with Armen, get every detail in writing upfront -- exact VIN, exact MSRP, exact package breakdown, and final monthly payment including all fees. Do not rely on verbal assurances. Transparency and consistency matter in leasing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I had several car models in mind and Evan took all my requirements down and he quickly came back with some cars for me. I wanted to test drive them which he arranged with the dealerships fleet mgr. let me tell you that was great because I didn't have to worry about the salesman trying to sale me their car. I just showed up and drove the car then left. Evan was so patient with me as I had changed my mind a few times. He walked me through looking at some comparisons and I finally made my choice with the 2026 Lexus RX350 Hybrid. He even helped me with deciding whether to use my old car for a trade in. When I saw I wasn't getting a good trade in amt, he suggested taking it to Carmax for a quote. In the end I went that way since I didn't want to hassle with selling the car on my own. I sold it to Carmax and didn't have to spend time trying to haggle with a buyer. The best part was the new car was delivered to my house and it was quick and painless. If I ever decide to buy another car in the future, I'll be sure to always use a car broker and Okuma Enterprises. I'm telling all my friends and family they should call Evan.
