Pressurized air so you can blow the leaves out of the crevices and the dirt and dust out of your dash. Gentle wash with pretty colors and good smelling. Right next-door to the Harris Teeter gas station where I get my discounted gas. New, tidy and friendly, so I don't know why I would go anywhere else. But the best part is the super helpful staff, management and ownership! Goodbye Sam's, and all of the real estate around town you're buying up with everything you own. You never have any towels anyway. And Autobell you should just be ashamed of not doing anything to respond to the legitimate terrible reviews you have. When they first moved in, my husband was probably one of the first customers. He raved about it. Being a bit of a cheapskate who only cleans my car when there is a blue moon, I scoffed. It is is a dollar more than Sams car wash, I'll just go there. Today, I had to admit my car was gross and needed cleaning. I didn't want to drive to Sam's so I thought I would try Modwash. After all, the colors are cool! I don't say this often but my husband was right! They were amazing. The outside of my car looks shiny but the tools for the inside are even better. The vacuums are super strong. A nice young man named Robert took my mats over and cleaned them for me. WOW. They even had cleaner and rags for the inside of my very dirty car. First time to this car wash and I really liked it! One it wasn't packed which I love especially for a Friday (maybe because it is new in the area). The gentlemen working were nice. As soon as I came through the car wash, parked and started wiping my car off, Adrian (I believe that's his name) asked if I needed anything which is rare for other car washes around this area. They provide towels to dry your car off. Now my ONLY complaint is the towels can be a little more dry BUT I just went to the bottom of the pile and got the one's that felt more dry. They're vacuum is DEFINITELY strong...LOL! I was vacuuming under my seat and was trying to get a plastic fork with my free hand, instead the vacuum took it...LOL! Overall the customer service was amazing! The tenant who took my payment was polite and also gave me all the information I needed to know about the car wash. The other attendant with the glasses she came up to me as I was cleaning out my car and offered an air fresher for my car. She was so sweet and polite. The appliances were well kept and the parking lot was clean. It wasn't over crowded either. I highly recommend this place to all who want to get in and out and also have great customer service in the process. read more

This is the best automatic car wash in the Charlotte metro area. The service is amazing, they even helped move a couple of things that I forgot were in my truck bed before going through the wash.
