If you like Mediterranean food, I highly recommend trying Moe's gyro here in Hurst. I ordered the chicken kebab, it's delicious. The chicken is cooked to perfection it's served with rice and two side items, when I ordered I had a choice of hummus, salad, tabouli, and I believe there were other side choices. The price is right, The portions are good, iand the food is very tasty, overall, I give them 95 out of 100, or 4 and 1/2 stars. I never give anybody five stars, as there are always little imperfections with every meal. But they come as close to perfect as you can get. I highly recommend trying Moe's gyro in Hurst. read more

I couldn't eat the whole thing it was huge. The customer service was great and friendly, said they only been open 4 months. I've been meaning to stop by since it opened, and I'm bummed I waited so long! I ordered takeout on yelp, and it was ready to go once I got there. Once I got home everything was still nice and hot which is a big plus for me. I got the gyro combo with extra sauce-do not skip this. The sauce has so much dill in it and it's addictive. The fries were also great. Nice and crispy with seasoned salt all over it. The gyro was stuffed with meat, and toppings but not so much that it all fell apart. Small little Greek restaurant in a strip mall just east of Northeast Mall. Very good gyros, Greek salads and chicken wings. Highly recommend if you like Greek food. Great for take out. Ok for dining in because they don't have a fountain soda machine. They do have canned and bottled drinks. I'll be going here more often. read more

This new and small unassuming little place in a strip mall is very deserving of the 5 star rating I gave... the place was clean and although only a few tables it had a very steady flow of people coming in to order... we had the gyro platter which included two sides.. I got the hummus and a salad... but the gyro meat and warm pita was so good!! The gyro meat I was told was sliced off the rotisserie for each order so it was full of moisture and oh so delicious ! The taziki sauce was the perfect compliment to the gyro meat.... do hesitate to check out this little gem. We will be back! read more

Moe fo' Sho We moved to Hurst recently and have been performing an ambitious amount of home renovations. During this time, and without a kitchen, we have thoroughly explored many of the restaurants in Hurst south of HWY 183. The food here is tasty, fairly healthy, and Moe is super nice. Generally I get the Gyro Plate with double Greek Salad because I'm not that crazy about hummus here, but the salad is fantastic. The portion size is very generous. Typically, a plate from Moe's will last me 2 meals, or a meal and a half if I show less restraint for the first session. Other people have complained of the excessive use of tzatziki sauce, but I have not had this issue. I have always received my sauce and salad dressing on the side in small containers. Also, recently we had a gathering at our home around 10 people and ordered some food from Moe's for the occasion. We will definitely be doing this again. Everyone enjoyed the food, no one was hungry. My only request would be to expand the vegetarian options. My Wife is vegetarian and is pretty much limited to the falafels when we eat here. read more

We have eaten at Moe's twice now and it was delicious both times. We have had the gyro sandwich and the chicken schwarma sandwiches with fries. We have also had the hummus and pita. I would like to try the Kabob but it takes 20 min to cook and we were in a hurry both times. The only drawback for me is the drinks. I prefer fountain drinks and they only offer can/bottle...even for water. But that won't keep me from coming back. Best gyro in the area. read more

I love Moe's...frequent there 1-2 times/week since they opened. Usually, have the Gyro/fries maybe the dolmas. The Gyro is the bomb and that's why I haven't ventured too far away. Last week they introduced "wings". So, I said give me the combo deal with the wings...honestly was enough to feed 2 people. Gyro is loaded with lamb off the spit and a delicious Tahini dressing. I had the lemon pepper wings. much to my surprise...Moe says they are "fresh". I questioned that...he says they buy unfrozen wings local...not frozen pre-seasoned. Big, plump and juicy...not from a frozen bag already seasoned. They have a few flavors and are adding more. It takes about 15 mins to get the wings...so call Moe up and tell him you are on the way.
