First time in Foley, let alone this establishment. I had no idea what to order but the nice lady at the front gave me quick suggestions and was very nice. We ordered a pulled pork platter, ribs, and the pork salad. All of it was very good! The only gripe is that we needed a little more dressing for our salad. We honestly stopped here on the way home to try their white sauce. We make it here in Ky but it never compares to Alabama's. It was the best thing we have ever tasted. This location is near the farmers market in Foley & had a great amount of choices for everyone. I had a Moe Salad, which for $10 with cornbread & a drink was a great deal. Not impressed at all. It's really hard finding good bbq after living in Texas. However, I do realize there are other places which are top rated throughout the country. I had the combo platter with the Conecuh sausage, and the smoked chicken. The sausage was pretty good, the chicken not so much. It came also came with two sides which I chose the Mac and cheese, and the house made potato chips. I have to say both were bland. I won't be racing to eat here again anytime soon. read more

My family and I were actually planning on going to Lambert's for lunch one day and it was absolutely packed and I am glad it was because then we wouldn't have eaten at Moe's. My wife found this place on Yelp and when we realized it was just down the street we decided to give it a try. The place seems fairly new - it is very clean inside with a large dining room, open space, and lots of flat screens with multiple sporting events going on. You order up at the counter and they have your typical BBQ menu with a lot of delicious desserts such as banana pudding and an oreo pudding combo that is heavenly. The food was delivered to us quickly and it was pretty good quality. I am very happy we stopped into Moe's and next time we head back down to Gulf Shores I wouldn't mind checking it out again. read more

Delicious pulled pork, baked beans, skillet corn, broccoli casserole, and burgers! This is one of our favorite local BBQ restaurants. Sweet tea and fountain drinks are all good, and they have to go cups and boxes sitting out which is nice. My friend and I decided to eat here yesterday after shopping at the outlets. Based off the reviews, we were really excited to try it. I ordered the bbq pork salad and my friend ordered the pulled pork platter. My salad was delicious and the cornbread is probably one of the most unique versions. It is spicy and looks almost like garlic bread on your plate. The baked beans and Mac n cheese were good. My only complaint is that we had to wait about 45 minutes for our food which seems to be out of the ordinary in my experience at counter service bbq restaurants. read more
