The red sauce is a tangy mild sauce and pairs perfectly with their chopped BBQ. Price is great for this much meat ($16)! My wife ordered the All American Burger and fries. It was not your typical everyday plain ground meat burger, but an herb infused delight full of flavor and the fries were excellent as well. I ordered a cup of gumbo along with the shrimp and grits, and I thought I was dining down in New Orleans. It was some of the best gumbo I have eaten outside of Louisiana.
