Fun stop when in Rainbow City. I'm a Kansas City BBQ guy and was impressed with their ribs and turkey. Ribs fall off the bone. Great choices on sides. I did greens and beans. The service, food and outdoor seating was amazing! We ordered upfront, got a table number and sat outside. We wanted to sit by the water. That was really my only goal, plus hopefully good food. We weren't disappointed. The brisket was the special that day with two sides. We were able to order it extra marbled. It was very tender and delicious and their barbecue sauce is tangy. It came with cornbread that was on the savory side. They have wine and beer. The views were great of the marina! The indoor seating, feels like a deli. Walked in, very welcoming! Not fancy. Very clean. Service great. Selection was wow! But I choose what I could compare to several restaurants in the area! Hands down it was great!! My niece tried the ribs. She gave me a bite. Yum yum. Next time maybe. This is my newest favorite place. I had the roasted chicken and broccoli casserole taste was great but it was a little dry from dry ingredients in the casserole. The chicken was moist and super tender and tasty. This is the Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association and thought my wife and I would go have supper in a new location, so we chose to come to Little Bridge Marina, and I got the Smoked Turkey Plate with potato salad and a Side Salad, and my wife got the Pulled BBQ plate with beans and potato salad. We love the meatloaf on Mondays. Their greens are really good, too. The moved chicken with white sauce is also a family meal favorite.

They refuse to put BBQ sauce in my to-go orders. Every single time I have to go back in. Today the idiot said "your sauce was in there" , as SOON as I went back and told her how many trips I've made back over there because they forget the BBQ sauce. I try to give them the benefit of doubt but I think I will just give up and go a little bit further and get my lunch from Local Joes BBQ in RBC. Local Joe's has NEVER disappointed. LBM is a disappointment every single time. So enough is enough. No worries though. Local Joes is incredible, LB is slightly convenient but ordinary BBQ at best anyway. read more

Delicious. I love the pork. They chop it up for some reason but I guess that lets the sauce cover it more. They have delicious bbq sauce and white sauce. The white sauce is tangy too. They have sides like red potato salad and mac n cheese. The potato salad is not the usual mayo kind. It probably has mayo but more based on sour cream. The BBQ here is fantastic as is their salads which are large enough to take home. ORDER salad with dressing on the side. In the event you have leftovers your salad will stay crisp. I've been driving by this place for awhile now and wanted to check it out. There are so many water front areas around here and I am surprised there aren't more resturant's along the river, particularly casual ones with bars. The place is unassuming, walk up ordering. They have lunch specials so check them out. We had the pulled pork sandwich and smoked sausage sandwich with sides. The sides were nothing to write home about, but the smoked sausage was incredible! Make sure you try it. The BBQ sauce was also very good. I'll be back and will buy some of that smoked sausage by the pound for my own recipes! read more

It was ok. Not anything to jump up and down about. I ordered a stuffed baked potato w/bbq pork. The potato was dry (gave me one pat of butter for a large potato), but I couldn't get the butter on the potato. Bob Gibson's in Decatur AL is the place for a stuffed potato. It's quite a drive, but if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed. read more

This place was cute inside and had lots of seating both inside and outside. I was visiting from Nevada and where we originally wanted to go was closed. This place was a fantastic. It was counter service and they bring it to the table. It was pretty quick service. When you're in the south gotta have sweet tea delish. I had ribs with baked beans and potatoes salad. The ribs were tender and i tend to like less sauce i was still ok with the amount of sauce that was given even though it seemed like alot. The beans were sweet and tangy with a small bit of heat. I like Potato salad ok its never been anything that I want to eat regularly at a bbq, but this potato salad has literally ruined all potato salad I'll ever have. I will judge every potato salad from this. I hope it's as good for you as it was for me. I would say with it being close to a big waterway. Id hope for a recyclable container in case any of them get into the river when folks eat outside. read more

All in all not too bad of an experience. When you walk in you go to the counter to place your order, then find a seat. Note, there is plenty of outdoor seating, also kind of nice that you can seat yourself at the bar height seating that overlooks the river/boats that are stored here. Food came out pretty quickly, we were kind of later in the evening and they had run out of a few things we asked about. They have a pretty good menu, so we were able to find something else pretty easy. My wife had the pork salad. Looked really good, and at first seemed like it may have had some really fatty cuts of meat - as it turned out it was just the first couple bites. When she got further into the salad it was really good. I went for the ribs (really reasonably prices) with a side of mac and cheese and pasta salad. Ribs were actually really good and fall off the bone. Great flavor! The mac and cheese was just ok, seemed kind of dull. Added a few scraps of rib meat though and it made it a huge improvement. The pasta salad wasn't bad, could have used a little more flavor, but I'd go with it before the mac and cheese in the future. Good environment and glad to see them back after the fire caused them to lose the original building. Check them out! read more
