I love moes but this will be the last time here. Ordered a chicken club quesadilla but it was DRENCHED in pico de gallo.. made the whole tortilla absolutely disgustingly wet. A CUP of queso is $4.59 now LOL... my meal was $22 for just 1 person. That's INSANE. Tables were dirty, floors dirty, trash was overflowing, no napkins, half the soda machine was out.... I used to manage a fast food restaurant and lord this place isn't being managed at all. 2 young girls maybe 21 working front that's it. Went into the restaurant, had no white chicken. waited 20 minutes for them to make it (not sure why you're not making chicken when youre close to running out) but then followed by the queso I got ( filled up 1/3 of the way. worst moes ive been to in my life. read more

I just paid for delivery, I love moes...been to great ones. But this store obviously does not care, I saw other poor reviews and still decided to order. My stack wasn't even crispy, which is how it should be to eat. Instead it's slightly burnt on one side while other parts are ripping....and the whole inside is dropping out. Chips taste kinda stale, they're bearable....i usually order queso but it's very expensive now. Settled for the salsa...something has went bad in the salsa...threw it out. Not happy! read more

My second time to a Moe's! First one was on Dale Maybry in Tampa where they yell "welcome to Moe's!!!!!!" Not here. Greeted with a very quiet version. very quiet for five o'clock Saturday night. I ordered the chicken bowl. It enormous, with fresh looking sides. Comes with free chips and salsa everyday. Husband got the bacon chicken bowl he enjoyed. Chicken did not seem real warm. During my meal I noticed the young girls cleaning the cook area and they did change their gloves frequently but I didn't see hand washing. Went to the ladies room. Was clean but could use a good sweep to the floor, and a dusting on the top surfaces. The whole store needed a good floor sweeping as I saw crumbs and food debris everywhere. Will revisit. I hope they restart the expected welcome. Ample parking outside. They offer a lid for your bowl with a bag to take home your leftovers. read more

I ate at the Trinity Moe's. The last time I ever eat there!!! I ordered the Home Wrecker Burrito. It was Awful!!! The counter was filthy! The food was dried out! The servers were rude! The server that made my burrito asked if I wanted Guacamole to which I replied absolutely. He grabbed a teaspoon and scooped the guacamole and shook off half of it. I got about a half of a teaspoon of guacamole! Then I got to the register and was charged for that half a teaspoon of guacamole to which my reply was the guacamole is included in the Home Wrecker according to the menu on the wall. She told me that guacamole is not included in the Home Wrecker burrito because it is a bigger burrito. For what I paid for that inferior burrito I could go a couple of blocks to a real Mexican restaurant and get a complete meal! read more

I just ordered a burrito at 9 pm through DoorDash. I was sent someone's else's order. I am extremely upset because the order I was sent was from over THREE hours prior to when I placed my order so I was sent four hour old food. This is quite upsetting and disgusting and when I called the store the lady who picked up just said "ya the guy didn't look at the name when he grabbed it" and I said "so you watched him grab the wrong order and said nothing???" I fell for Moe's when I was in Florida, not knowing they have restaurants in NYC. This location is very clean. The food is great! They should be more popular than Chipotle. Busy on Monday's because of the Monday burrito deal. I've had the taco salad and nachos from this location. Not crazy about the queso it tastes like processed cheese. Free chips and salsa with every order. That sold me. The salsa is so good my favorite is the guacamole one and also the green one. I signed up for the app to earn points. SO, I went to check out this Moe's yesterday and was not really impressed. The food was like any other Moe's or what one would expect. It's a chain, its all the same. I am not here to review the food however. My review is about the staff. Unlike any other Moe's I was not greeted by the "WELCOME TO MOOOOOE'S!" I received a glossed over look from the "Kids" who looked thrilled to be employed. No smiles. I felt unwelcome. Normally, I don't care about this. I understand you are making burritos and not CEO at your dream job. I get it. But would it kill you to crack a smile? Scream welcome to Moe's just to get some steam out even! I believe in putting 100 percent of your best self into what ever you are doing. I know you may not be where you want but FAKE IT. Fake it till' you make it. The was the first Moe's I have ever ate at, but I've had Chipotles numerous times so I knew what to expect. The best way I can describe this type of restaurant is basically a Mexican food Subway. You can have burritos, quesadillas, burrito bowls, etc made how you want. There are options for everyone with steak, chicken, pork, and tofu as the primary proteins. Rice, beans, and dozens of other things to have added to your food order. Service is fast, friendly, and get you through even the longest of lines quickly. When I went I get a smoked chicken bowl. The bowl is heaping with flavor and food. A large scoop of rice, chicken, and black beans. Plus a dozen other fixings. Nothing was dried out or over cooked. It was excellent. I would recommend anyone to try this place out. Especially on Mondays. Each Monday you can save a few bucks and have chips and your drink free. BTW, the soda machine is one of the new Coke fountain dispensers with dozens of flavors and ability to make whatever combo you want. read more

Finally, I spoke to a person who identified themself as a manager and I had to re-order item and then drive to pick up what should have been a simple delivery. I read a review saying this place is like the Subway for tacos/burritos and it's true. They give you free chips and salsa with every order and they're bomb. We normally eat at Wire Grass Moe's, they have always greeted us with a big welcome. Not in Brooksville. Staff not very friendly, the cashier seemed to be even annoyed we were there. The music is a bit loud, the sanitation and attention to details ( out of ice at 4:30 and sweeping floor with regular broom) is a little lax, but the Tex-mex foods are acceptable. read more
