It has been a hot minute since my spouse and I have eaten at a Moes and we stumbled across this one. It was great. Staff: Very friendly and attentive. Great interaction. Quality: It didn't disappoint. I got the burrito and it was awesome. Spouse got the bowl and she' loved it. The salsa was awesome as it has been always prior to Cost: Quite appropriate for the amount of food you get! Ambiance: Music was not too loud. Eatery section was clean and temperature was cool but not overly. Cleanliness: very clean. The bathroom was clean. The tables were clean. Two stars because the girl who made my burrito and cashier were friendly. Pico is tasteless and you can see the Tabasco chipotle sauce in it. The green salsa was watered down. The queso was so salty it burned my throat. Adobo chicken was tasty but the portion they scoop is about 2oz I had about 6 cubes of chicken inside. Chips were stale. Lettuce was brown. This is was my first and last time coming here. Also paid $16 for a chicken burrito and queso no drink included. The dining area is filthy and smells. Dust everywhere and the chairs are stained- they desperately need sanitized and steamed. Behind the salsa and drinks area you can see the layers of built up dirt, dust, and grime. Decent food - I've been to a lot of Moe's locations and they're all essentially the same when it comes to quality & freshness (aka not super fresh like certain other chains, but it's decent). However, this location is slowww. There were four employees behind the counter, only one person in front of me, yet it still took ages for me to get my food. I have been going to this location for several years without issues, but today was a total failure. 15 people waited in line while the employees filled internet orders. After waiting 30 minutes to get to the front of the line they tried to give me the leftover burnt steak in the bottom of the tray. When I asked for fresh steak and the proper amount, the employee gave me attitude and said I would have to wait and started to skip me to move to the next person in line. Good food and a good value but, half the time I go to Moe's, they have the dinning room closed due to staff shortages. So, you should probably call before expecting to get a seat. Went to take my girlfriend to Moe's here in Clermont and we both agreed we won't be coming back. First off, I don't like how they serve you in portions. I asked for a bowl and I feel like I got a cup. Stingy on the just about anything you asked. Second, was the staff. First overall, where was the greet? I get it if you're having a bad day but, to not be greeted by ANYONE is a bit ridiculous since you work in a food industry serving customers. Just came to one of my fave locations and this is the LAST TIME we will ever come here. We walk in and immediately get yelled at they are closed even though there are 5 guests in line. It is 7::10pm, I asked why and the tall/skinny manager just raises his voice and said WE ARE CLOSED! July 29th 2017 will forever be remembered by me as the day the saddest quesadilla in history was served. It happened at this Moe's in Clermont, Fl. Maybe this employee has never made or even eaten one before. Not only was the cheese to bean to steak ratio far off, two of these ingredients were all lumped together on one section of the tortilla. I saw this happening right in front of my eyes, but was too shy to say anything. I asked her if it could be cooked well done, because I like the cheese to be extra melted and an extra crispy tortilla. She looked at me and smiled as if I was speaking foreign language, then puts it on the grill. The male employee who rang up the order seemed very angry. He didn't smile or even say hi, he just rang up the order and for no reason given by me, slammed my credit card on the counter after swiping it. He then gets my order from the grill an mere 30 seconds after it was started by the girl whom I requested it be well done. As soon as I picked up this sad creation it fell apart in my hands. The main lobby's floors were dirty but I did not notice until I was almost done with my meal. Which I happen to notice that the napkin dispensers (all of them) were very dusty, indicating that have not been clean in a while. The wall trim was also dusty, showing the same carelessness. As I noticed this my eyes turned to the crew and I started observing their food handling practices. I observed a team member stay with the same pair of gloves handle food and cash, and not changing to a new pair before handing food again. At this point I wondered what their ice machine looks like inside and I was glad I did not order iced tea. I will not return here until their crew receives a refresher course on ServSafe and the cleaning is improved. read more

They always greet you when you enter and you feel welcome. I do always enjoy the food but the quality of assembly does vary. I have had a burrito here so big it was like getting 2 of them in 1 and I have had the smallest burrito I have ever seen here too. Service is fast but someone always seems to be in training and I inevitably get them. In my experience they do better when you walk in than when you order through the app. We go because we prefer them to the alternative. Keep working at it guys. read more

So here I go again. I don't know why I tricked myself into thinking that I would be comfortable eating here again. So my issues is with the extra dollar for 1 extra tortilla. I was under the impression that they were .50cents each since last time I got 2 tacos and it was an extra dollar for 2 tortillas or at least that is what I was lead to believe. After all the confusion and the actual dollar charge for 1 extra tortilla I guarantee I will not be back again. I have never seen such a difficult fast food franchise as MOES. This was the worst Moe's I've ever stepped foot in (and I've stepped foot in a lot)! I arrived around 1 on Sunday for a (what I thought would be) quick lunch with my husband while running errands. The line was not very long, only about 6 people ahead of us, but it took 20 MINUTES to order my food and pay! I didn't even know that was possible at Moe's. It was almost comical, but not really because I was hangry. It wasn't even due to lack of staff... it was more like lack of management/no one knew how to be efficient. People working the food line kept running out of food and would stop prepping the orders to go cut mushrooms, cook meat, etc. There were other people working that weren't making orders, so I'm not sure why they couldn't handle that. I will say, there was a woman named Chelle working who was trying her best to manage the staff, take orders and prep food but she can't do everything. She was the only one who apologized for the wait. On top of that, the food was not great. I've had plenty of burrito bowls from Moe's and this one did not taste good. Usually my husband and I go to the competition right down the street when we are in this area, but wanted to switch it up a little. Big mistake that I will not make again. read more

Food was good. Fast and fresh. The chili queso was great. They offered us a sample and we bought it. No "Welcome to Moe's" which was disappointing. The soda fountain was out of the first 3 drinks I tried. The freestyle machine is great but someone should keep up with the syrups. On the bright side they were out of regular cups so we were upgraded to large for fee. A good experience but it didn't meet my expectations. This is a solid Moe's. Never had any issues with the food. It gets busy but the staff have never been rude or unhelpful. It's a small counter area and they work as fast as they can. I don't really like the food I've gotten here, and one time it did make me sick. The service can also be hit or miss, but usually it's poor. I don't like the chips very much either, they either have too much salt or no flavor at all. I do like the salsa bar and the white queso. Save yourself the frustration and just don't go. Moes is pretty much my favorite so when I saw that they were opening one near my house we counted down the days till its opening. But after 5+ terrible experiences, just don't go. The restaurant is consistently dirty. There is never salsa at the salsa bar. Even if there is 5 people in line, you will always wait a minimum of 25 minutes. Since my experiences were so bad, I even resulted to ordering online figuring If I didn't have to look at the dirty restaurant and spend a half hour ordering it that it would be a much bettered experience, but when I walked in 6 minutes passed the time my order should have been completed and it was never even started I gave up. I waited for them to make it and as I waited, not one person was able to check out during that time because that's how long it takes. It is either seriously disorganized or understaffed. I receive text messages regarding their special promotions. Their very last promotion was sent to me in a text message on Tuesday 8/31/2016 informing me to download the app to receive a free burrito so I did and also my mother did the same due to her receiving the same text message. No code for a free burrito came up so I contacted Moe's via email through the app and was told by a representative that the promotion expired on the 14th so I emailed her back letter her know that I got the email on 8/31/2016 she never responded after that so their guest service sucks overall and they send our expired promotions to their guest!
