Qdoba is way better with portions and not charging for queso on your meal. Today I got a burrito bowl and the rice was hard and nasty. I called in hopes of getting the next lunch free since this $15 meal was so bad and the manager told me I would have to bring it back and they would replace it. I said I couldn't since I was at work and after work I would have to pick up kids and get them where they needed to go. So then he proceeded to tell me to bring it back whatever day I could make it. He also continued to say it was fresh rice and he was looking right at it and there was nothing wrong with it so insinuating I was lying. The manager was ungodly rude! i thought my pick up order was missing a burrito so I went back she was nasty as can be said no it's in the bag of chips, since when does the meal get thrown in with the chips? My favorite moes by far! Any moes out of town we have traveled to have horrible service and the food is sub par. This moes location however has the friendliest and happiest staff! The manager who checks you out is always so nice and caring, you can tell he wants you to enjoy being there. The food is amazing as always, always made fresh! It's nice seeing the staff actually cooking the chicken on the grill so you know it's fresh! I love that the chips are refillable and FREE to do so! Don't be surprised by your small scoop of chips, just ask for more! Their policy is to waste less, so don't be afraid to go up and ask for more chips if you need them! When are they ever open? Every time that we try to go there, they have different hours. When we are able to actually get something from there, it's fine, but not as good as some of the other locations I've been to. It seems like the manager hovers over everyone (and no one looks happy) and I've never been to another Moe's that has been as stingy with toppings. So I live in Georgia but have been here the past two weeks taking care of family. I got excited that I was going to get out for a break on Sunday, May 5th for Cinco de Mayo at Moe's. $5.55 burritos and maybe a t-shirt. I called the day before to see if they were doing the tshirts thing still. It's been a while since I have been in on time to get a shirt. No one knew. I went into the national page and found that they still do the tshirt giveaway and the cheaper burrito!!! Yay!! So Sunday morning I went with mom and my sister to visit my dad and then we all were going to eat an early lunch and try to also snag a shirt. WALKED IN AND ASKED IF THE SHIRTS WERE GONE. THE EMPLOYEES ALL LOOKED AT ME ODDLY AND THEN THE OWNER MUMBLES SOMETHING. I asked him to repeat. He says, " we don't participate in that promotion". I then was like dang so I asked if they have the $5.55 burritos and guess what!!!?? NOPE. He doesn't participate in that either. So I was like never mind on our business today. I have never in my entire time of going to Moes, been to one that doesn't participate. That is just the pits. You will not be earning my business unless I have a free birthday reward and then I may just try to use it at your location just so you have to give something away. Stingy. I enjoy Moes Monday because you get a deal on less than cheap food. However this location is a cheese dip policeman. The only time they will talk to you is to inform you that cheese dip costs extra lol. They could definitely do a better job at keeping the food fresh and clean. Atypically dirty. The food prep area appeared quite disgusting at the time of our visit. There was sour cream dripping from the tray behind the glass. This has been our family's go-to spot since they opened, I would have given 5 stars up to a year ago. Even used them for catering a few times. Now the portion sizes are waay smaller and staff isn't what it used to be. We tried to give it another chance tonight but they were closed at 8:00 on a Saturday night so we went to QDoba. My family loved Moe's for years until recently. The staff has gone downhill, the food quality has suffered and the single beverage machine is a bottleneck. How about we hire and retain better staff, have that staff be friendly and clean the restaurant in a timely manner and add another drink machine. read more

Not a good experience: flies on the food during prep, server dropped his marker in the rice then scooped some for me--I declined it. My feet stuck to the floor as I was walking thru the serving line. An employee was sweeping large amount of food from under tables to the common area where all customers walked thru for drinks, etc. causing people to walk on food and drag it with them. The sweeper ignored people around her trying to get out of the way and kept sweeping. Very disturbing overall. Will not return. read more

The best Mexican place ever!! They are so nice and fast!! They are like a Chipotle but 1000000000x better Chipotle sucks that I heard.

I didn't care for this place the first couple tries, but now it's grown on me. I loved the queso with beef when they had it, wish they would bring it back. The selection of salsa is good, try and venture out with new flavors, I've found combination that I enjoy a lot. They steak is a little over done so if you like it well go for it, otherwise stick with chicken. The fact that they have tofu is great for the vegetarian customers, I love seeing more places offer that! Sometimes they even have marinated chicken, I would highly recommend those as they have way more flavor. Definitely a nice environment with decent food. Not a must go, but a should go. read more

Food was good. Restaurant itself was dirty and a turnoff while dining in on a Sunday. Arrived at the 11:30AM, which means we were one of the first guests of the day to arrive for lunch. Restaurant was not that busy, but almost every table had food, trash, and/or drink stains on them. After looking closer, the floors and seats were fairly dirty as well. Went into Moe's around 9pm Saturday and was greeted with the most sincere "Welcome to Moe's" I have ever heard. I gave Sidney a smile and he exclaimed, "Aha, I made you smile!". He then prepared my tacos as ordered and they were delicious. One Moe's greeting he gave later was almost a mini James Brown concert. After devouring the Tacos and FREE chips and salsa, (kaiser salsa is primo), I stopped by the counter and thanked Sidney for enjoying his job and making my dining experience a pleasure. He then thanked me for making his day and gave me a big smile. The next time I go to Moe's I hope Sidney is manning the counter. read more
