The customer service was great. I went in through the drive-thru, and it was quick and friendly. The food was well prepared and presented.

They have started to water the queso down with milk now and it truly ruined my nachos.

Wow my trip here was amazing the man taking my ordered really listened to what I wanted & was very nice & helpful. Please go to this location & ask for Eugene he will fix you up. Most people get upset with you when you don't know what you want but he didn't he just waited for me to decide & gave me the right amount of everything not skimpy. Overall review of this location. I've been to this location more than 10+ time and it's always a mixed bag of thoughts. There are days the staff bring their "A" game and other days they are not. Lately they have been on the lower half of service. This week I walked in and I still felt like I was outside. They had the ceiling fans on but in GA heatwave they should ensure their AC is fully operational. I really couldn't enjoy my food because of how hot it was in the dine in area. I am not a fan of floor fans in a food environment. Around the register there was a big industrial floor fan facing the food. There are all type of things that can fly into the fan from the floor and be in our food without notice. Considering they barely cover any of the food items. Please get the fan off the floor and FIX THE AC UNIT! Unacceptable! After being a customer in multiple Moe's around the metro Atlanta are I feel like this particular Moe's falls short on cleanliness, sauce station, and beverage standards. Different locations have different additional drink items. Keep in mind not all Moe's locations are created equal. This is especially disturbing for this location because it's located in the suburbs. You would think this would be a location to be an example for other other locations. It is not. I particularly enjoy going to the store in Stockbridge more than this location. I truly believe this location needs renovation; bathrooms, sauce stand, drinks, and replace some seating. Lastly, the food is still decent. Believe me when I say if the food goes bad then I would rate this 1 star. I honestly dislike leaving bad reviews but in hops of fixtures here I am leaving this review. read more

3/10/25 @6:20pm. This location is awful. No one even acknowledged us as we walked in. It's about 4 people working the front with no one in the line. We walked up to the counter and stood there waiting our turn, still no one said hello, we'll be with you or anything. When we asked the young lady if they were working she said yes and continued doing what she was doing. After letting her know a simple acknowledgment with we will be right with you would've been nice and shows good customer service. She still didn't say anything and continued to pick chicken off the counter. I walked you will not give poor customer service and I'm paying with my hard earned money. This Moe's is located right at exit 218 off of I-75 behind the waffle house. This location usually has above average service and the food is usually good. The location is generally clean and there is booth seating usually available. There is not a lot of open lobby space, so I wouldn't bring a large stroller in during a busy time. Rush hour will usually have the line backed up here. This visit, I ordered a Joey, naked with a side of Queso. The young man that was doing the second half of the burrito creation buffet was having a hard time getting it together. I heard the man in from of me tell him corn pico three times and the worker still gave him regular. I had to repeat myself twice also. He wasn't focused on what he was doing. The staff should enjoy their jobs, but don't have so much fun laughing and joking that you are messing up orders. read more

First of all every other moe's I go to have there bar set up to dip your salsa but this particular moe's in McDonough you can't and i asked the Spanish girl who doesn't do nothing but ring you up never see her fix a bag of chips just lazy and it explains what I'm about to say. you know who you are told me it was too much work to run the salsa bar wow smh and the salsa you gave me in the containers were spoiled for sure the smell was horrible I'm glad I didn't taste before I smelled..obviously it's too much work to make fresh for the containers too. I went there on Monday and everything tasted old and dang near spoiled even the burrito bread tasted spoiled. It was a bad experience. Needs to be shut down with old spoiled food but fresh money there taking from customers. If any body thinks this is a good moes have an iron stomach and no taste buds. The people running this establishment should be ashamed the moes in locust grove too with India people. Low budget food quality at its finest but cashing in on our hard earned bucks. read more

Let me start this review off my saying: I hardly ever give bad reviews this is solely from my recent experience. I ordered the food on the delivery app. They did inform me that my food would be delayed. I ordered around 5pm that day and I didn't receive my food until 6:15. I knew these things take time and I didn't go and pick up the food. I ordered the cheese quesadilla with steak and the works fixings. I tried the chipotle ranch sauce and to me everything tasted fine. Roughly an hour or so went by and my stomach was hurting very bad. Like really bad, I will skip all the gross detail but me and my stomach were at war. I was beyond shocked and in complete pain for most of the night. Stay away far away. Just had the most disgusting experience ever. We just left we saw roaches crawling around on the food buffet where they fix your food. The staff didn't seem too concerned with the situation. We left immediately and never will return. I filed a complaint with the health department. read more

The customer service can be a hit or miss here. The last time we dined in the cashier accused me of spilling salsa on the floor when I did not. Another time the male cashier was really nice, so it just depends. The food is usually pretty tasty. I like to go on Moe Mondays, so I can get the steak burrito for the $5.99. The line moves pretty fast. The salsas taste really good, and sometimes I like to get the guacamole and chips to go because it makes for a great snack. When my daughter and I arrived at this location I opened the door and asked if it was okay for me to enter without a mask as I have a medical exemption. I was told by the girl towards the front that it was ok to come in. My daughter and I waited by the menu for my father and son to enter. My father was masked. When we approached to order, a young man asked about my mask. He was told by the young lady up front that I was fine. He proceeded to get a mask out for me and tell me I had to have one. I'll start by saying the food itself is very good; definitely a step above taco hell. And the coke machine has that customizable flavor thing, which is cool. On the other hand, I would suggest not eating inside. Flies swarming around us and our food made it nearly impossible to sit and enjoy eating (it was so bad we ended up taking the food home after about 5 minutes). It seemed like they either don't have air conditioning, or just don't turn it on, because it was really hot inside (though they did have 2 fans that were turned on, they didn't help at all) The kid who made my order couldn't fit all the food in the burrito, so he ended up having to remake it; no big deal, but kind of expected a little better. Parking in this strip is a bit challenging, but not too bad. Will visit again, but only for take out. read more

Well...what can I say. I was told by the new General Manger David that I'm holding up his other customers because I order my nachos with the chips on the side. Wow!!! When I explained to him that his line was mixing the online orders up with the orders of customers in the line, which caused them to restart orders and backup his line...his response...we are not serving our nachos like that at this Moe's. Even after explaining that I felt singled out in the store in front of the other customers....Same response again. That doesn't sound like a smart way to take over a business, especially in the middle of the pandemic. It's crazy that customers are putting up with rude managers who are basically telling you to order your food the way they want to fix it and the customer pays for it too. Where is that done at. I actually love going to this Moes simply because they give you a lot of food , however the last time I went in there , they were kind of rude . Friday night date with my hubby. He ordered the billy barou nachos with chicken, I ordered the homewrecker burrito on wheat tortilla without the rice. Great atmosphere. Great customer service. Food was delicious. We chose take out because of the crowd. Only downside, my hubby said he didn't get enough chicken on his nachos. My :( was it took about 10 minutes for the staff to find the wheat tortillas. I hated to hold up the line. The original queso and chili con queso was great with the chips. Will definitely go back!!! Moe's is okay. Their burritos are pretty alright. Their tortillas are a bit hard for me and their chips kind of always taste stale. Their salsa used to be really good until recently when they changed it and now none of it really tastes good at all to me. I wish they would have fresh chips and better salsa. The place also tends to look like a tornado ran through it there, hopefully they can get the staff to keep more of an eye on the condition of the place. read more
