Clean bathroom (my first stop). Service was good. Order was made as I stood there. Hubby had a bowl with rice, beans and ground beef. I had a salad which is just like a bowl but with lettuce. Upgrade to include guacamole or queso to go with all those chis you get with your meal.the upgrade also comes with a drink, self service from a machine you can concoct many different soft drinks with added flavors. Fresh brewed iced tea is my beverage choice. Northern style (unsweetened). The place is quiet, lots of light coming in the windows, clean, relaxing. Thankfully the TVs are on but with closed captioning--no unwelcome noise. Thank you for having everything is stock, made and ready to serve. Moes is always a good go to burrito place. Im gonna be a little picky in this review just so you can know what to expect going into it. First kf all if they are really busy (they were today, post church crowd) then you really have to watch them make your food and correct if needed. Also you might have to ask for different tortilla chips. It was busy and because we had all the kids in the car my wife just ran in to get the order (sunday to get the free kids meal with purchase of adult you have to go in and order you cant order online and get the discount). She ran in and had to wait really long. Then they rushed making our order and they loaded my burrito with beans and rice. Yes I wanted them but I also wanted to be able to taste the other ingredients. I will say everything does taste fresh and workers are always polite. The tortilla chips were all burnt and my wife didnt get a chance to check before we left because she was carrying everything. So overall they are a good option just dont expect it to be perfect. It can be better if you have the time and not 3 hangry kids in the car and you can give the workers some guidance. They have a few tvs in there and its a pretty chill place if you want to stay there to eat. Theyve added some sauces or dips to the salsa bar as well. read more

I ordered a stack to go and ask for a bowl to put it in to take it home and he wouldn't give it to me. He offered me a plate. He still wouldn't give me a bowl after I needed it to take it home. It was not cooked well and I'm hungry still and he won't give me the bowl. All he would do is give me my money back and I don't want my money back I wanted a meal to go. read more

The food is good and I have not really had a bad experience here until today. From the moment I walked in through the to go order door they had an attitude with me and promptly locked it. I had ordered 2 bowl meals. A bowl of guacamole and a bowl of queso. The guacamole and queso were for two different people and since each is supposed to come with its own bag of chips I requested a second bag since they had only given me one. I was polite and said please but the attitude got heavier and I was met with a blank stare. I eventually got those chips. After I had left I realized that they also failed to give me the free chips and salsa that I had ordered with each meal and they also did not give me any plastic ware with which to eat said food needless to say I am extremely disappointed in this experience * also just found a long black hair in one of the bags of chips too * read more

Walked into moes on my lunch break for a meeting at work, always so welcoming. My brother used to work for a moes on LI, NY and he loved it. I haven't had the food I. Friendly and one of the cleanest moes I've been to. This restaurant was fast and got us in and out in no time. My two sons spilled water and they didn't make a big deal about it. That is a plus. So I never eat at Moe's to begin with and probably never will now. I've worked in customer service and in the service industry and If i was this boys manager he'd be written up. The hours weren't posted on the door and the door was unlocked at 9:27 so we walked right in. As soon as the door opened a kid threw his hand up and said "we're closed, the door should have been locked". I completely understand it was outside of business hours but with how rude that kid was I'll probably never give Moe's another chance. There's a way to talk to people with respect. Hopefully Moe's food is better then their employees manors or this chain won't last long. Wish I could give zero stars. I'll always be giving my business to Chipotle. read more

I must say that I like Moe's food. However, today a friend and I stopped in. Of course with social distancing and masks, many of us are on guard about cleanliness. A guest came in behind me with a list of orders, handed it over the window shield, and the manager took it while fixing food on the bar. He laid it down with the food and slid it along as he fixed all to the meals. When I advised the cashier, she called him up, and he tried to justify his carelessness--referring to me and my friend--we are trying to enforce social distancing but people are not doing that either. I informed him that I was trying to warn him quietly, but he couldn't quite understand my concern nor his lack of concern. The cashier was openly rude as she checked me out with disdain. I frequent this Moe's quite often but stick to Mondays for the Moe Monday deal. $5.55 for a burrito, chips, drink, and salsa. I order via my iPhone app, and even pay through it, run in, grab my good and go! My order is always correct and ready when I get there. The food is great and fresh and there is always enough for two meals unless I'm starving. They also have a Come Freestyle machine, which is awesome! read more

My wife and I frequently here weekly, food has always been good since your the one choosing your own ingredients. Staff have always been great and even if an issue came up (very rare) they went out their way to please you. The 5.55 on Monday's, Kids eat free Tuesdays are just some of the great deals they offer and usually their most busiest nights. So it's worth a visit and great place for kids. This Moe's blows! Large chain with both corporate stores and franchises should all be the same, right? I try to avoid the chain fast food places but Moe's is usually pretty decent. However, this Moe's blows... portion sizes are 1/2 of every other Moe's I've ever frequented. My daughter's kid sized burrito was nearly the size of one of those taquitos that gets served in public school cafeterias. My wife and I each had a normal burrito that was also micro sized. Their standard sized burritos must have come off the Taco Bell $0.99 menu. If you're driving down I-85/I-40, AVOID THIS MOE'S unless you're not really hungry. You'll be paying full price and receive only half of what you pay for. read more

This moes has recently been very greedy with their portions. Instead of looking like a full burrito I've had some look like jr's. They lack attention to detail. Even with being super busy they gave me chicken instead of steak or put things on that I haven't requested. Disappointing because this used to be one of the best. read more
