Mozzarella was extremely cheesy in a way that was overwhelming, in both good and bad ways. Southwest Egg Rolls were forgettable, should've tried something else. Chicken Crispers and fries were dependable solid. Felt classic in their own way. Not extraordinary but good and familiar. Mac & Cheese w/ it was nostalgic. Overall our dinner was enjoyable and the waitress was friendly and helpful. We don't go to Mad Mex super often, but it's a good choice in the Robinson area and the prices are fair. As a chain restaurant hater most of the time, I do like Mad Mex.
