I never get on yelp but my experience yesterday at this restaurant was ridiculous. I came into the store at 8:30, I am aware it closes at 9. The lady who made my food was very nice and I have no complaints about her. On the other hand, another coworker of hers, I believe was named Olivia, had the worst attitude I have ever witnessed. She was openly upset she had to serve customers. When an elderly lady walked in, she very loudly said "I hate old people" And she also was openly hitting her vape. Having a bad attitude is NOT cute and someone coming in to simply order food is not the end of the world. If you don't like working there than you should quit rather than taking it out on customers. read more

This was a quick stop , along my route back to west coast , this MOES is very clean , welcoming friendly staff and I ordered my usually Joey bag of doughnut chicken , a small tip this location has option of dark or white meat . for that option is very nice ! The owners obviously don't care about this location. It's quite sad to see a restaurant in such a good spot doing so poorly. The place was a total mess, the service was pretty slow - but I can work with that given the struggle restaurants are facing right now. Therefore the service wasn't a problem, it was the sanitation and cleanliness that was. You could see backed up gunk in the drain of the cooler that has zero ice in it. The place was empty and napkins and plastics were all over the floor. Everyone was coughing. The manager coughed in her hand right before she put my sauces in with my chips. I asked to add lime onto my burrito and the guy laid lime wedges on top of them lol at least I found some humor out of it. I wish all the employees well and I hope the owner(s) see this and take it seriously. I hate to leave such a poor review, especially bc I work in the industry. read more

This place was a mess. The first food prep's mask kept falling down and he would pull it up over his nose with his gloved hands and continue handling the food. Another employee didn't have a mask and talked and laughed incessantly, saying how they should strike so they get paid more. The whole time I was wishing she would stop since she's talking over the food. Once they made our order it just sat there wrapped. I paid for it and asked for it twice while they continued to make online orders and ignored that it was sitting there ready to go. We finally got our food and it was cold. read more

I know what you've heard on this page doesn't paint Moe's in the best light but let me set the record straight. It is amazing, beautiful, eccentric, and scrumdillyumptios. These workers put in good effort to keep their restaurant top notch and yes there may be spills and little hiccups they run into but they are trying their hardest. Plus lets not forget that nobody is perfect. Also remember that these yelp reviews are, in a way, biased, sadly even mine. People usually (not always though) come to yelp when they've had not the best time at a restaurant, so don't take these too close to the heart. Talking of biased reviews, I must admit that I am biased. And I must say that I've lied. When I stated above that nobody was perfect, I forgot about him. When I walked into Moe's one day I saw him. I must be honest and tell you that I would not be surprised if God himself made this man cause holy moly was he the most fine man I had ever seen in my entire life. He put Timothée Chalamet to shame. I walked over to the front of the line and ordered my usual Chicken and Cheese JC. As I told them what to put on it I got closer and closer to this man (who was working the cash register at the time), I could feel the butterflies start to fly in my stomach. When I reached him, I'll never forget what he said, "Cash or Credit?" I looked at him, the blood starting to rush to my cheeks and said, "Credit." he took my credit card and then BOOM. He started to turn into Woody from "Toy Story" he told me that we should run away together and I just nodded, completely shocked on what just happened and he picked me up and put me on his horse Bullseye. He told Bullseye to run like the wind, but just before he did I accidentally slid off. It was too late though. He had already gone. Anyway, I got my food and left. Yes I was heart broken that my cowboy Prince Charming had unknowingly left me, but I do not hold it against Moe's. It was nice constellation food though. This place looks like a third world country, it's filthy, as soon as we walked into the restaurant we had to ask the manager to have someone clean a huge spill on the floor at the doorway. After ordering we find no tables are clean and the dinning room floor is filthy. They had an army of employees working but they all were standing behind the counter. We again had to go ask the manager to have someone come clean the dinning room and an employee and manager came out and washed all the tables with the same rag with no cleaning spray or cleaning bucket. Though I came in 15 minutes till closing. Nothing looked appeasing and the meat is huge. They looked ready to shut down them to serve.

This food was good but the restaurant was absolutely filthy! The place was pretty empty when we arrived but every empty table was dirty. We picked the least dirty table to eat, but I was uncomfortable the entire time so I ate pretty fast. The floor under that table was dirty with pieces of chips, napkins, and crushed cookies. When looking around, the entire floor was like this as well. There was no iced tea in the either of the containers. The employees were laughing playing around, since they didn't have a lot customers but no one came over to clean tables or the floor. Unfortunately, this will be the last time eating here. read more

My suggestion, go to a real Mexican restaurant!! Food was okay, but seems the crew have a short attention span. While at this restaurant, an employee was makeing my food. Another slid the next order to him, they whispered something to each other and a fight broke out between the two. My food almost went flying, I had to repeat numerous times how to make my order and finally just stood there until the two dimwits finished their little fight. No one in the place wears a name tag so I could not tell who was a manager. I went home and made a complaint via their website. Asked to be contacted via phone but received a illegible email from a so called manager. My 9 year old nephew could have spelled better than this guy. I like Moe's because I can make the food the way I want it. The tofu is great and well seasoned. The queso is expensive! I only buy it when I'm splurging. And they have that drink machine that makes practically any time of Coca Cola product you'd want. read more
