I ate here a few days ago on october 2nd and I was debating on leaving this review but I think this needs to be known. The customer service was pretty well, and everything was really nice until around 6 when I believe this young female (she looked mexican) was getting off of her shift. She went to the back where the restrooms were and a few minutes later she came out without her shirt on??? It looked like she had a bra of some sort on and I don't think this should be allowed at a restaurant especially if you're an employee. If you're a manager and you see this please have a word with her. This was really unacceptable, I did not want to see that. read more

Food is always good. Cashiers are always friendly. Unfortunately, the burrito makers are always terribly rude. I won't recommend this place to others solely because of the stale, unprofessional, and unforgiving attitudes. They're truly the putrid armpit of what could be an amazing atmosphere. Worst moes I've ever ate at. The employees were gathered outside talking about unemployment. I drove 30 minutes out of my way for the worst meal I ever had. I'm truly wondering - when was the last time the manager inspected the food on the line or when the employees received training on customer service or basic burrito rolling. Not my favorite Moe's. This is a convenient stop in Prattville just off the interstate, but I'll probably go somewhere else next time. The service and food quality were disappointing. The employees acted like they hated their jobs and got my order wrong. I asked for chicken and they gave me beef in my homewrecker. I didn't notice until I actually was eating afterward in the car. The meat was also cold; it was cooked, but didn't taste fresh(thank God I didn't get sick). Some of the rice in the burrito was also hard-not cooked all the way through; the only thing that was great as always was the cheese dip-warm and tasty. I think I've said enough but given the other not-so-stellar reviews I won't be returning here to eat when I head down to the beach. I hope they will improve! read more

I was ok until I watched the young person, after cleaning up a mess on the floor proceeded to use the same broom to sweep out the booth seats. Nasty. I am not sure he was even aware he was coating the place where you sit down with a mixture of floor debris and salsa. read more

Welcome to MOE'S!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been dining at Moe's locations for several years. This one has been in operation for a little while and their food is consistently good. They are careful to provide enough meats, cheeses, and other fillings to make their items a good value. My kids love to go and listen to the music while they eat. The addition of the Coca Cola Freestyle machine makes it a blast for them. I like the burritos and the nachos, but the tacos and quesadillas are good as well. If you are looking for authentic Mexican, keep looking, but for quick Tex Mex, it's a great stop. read more

as my coworker said, moes is like chipotle without the ecoli. good food, I wouldn't say it's as good quality as chipotle, but it's a good runner up. prices are fair, there's s good amount of variety in menu. venue is pretty clean, workers pleasant. they have a sauce bar for the free chips they give with each order. cool Coca Cola machine to make your own drink. I ordered the taco salad and it was pretty good. I will remark that the chicken is pretty bland. I thought it'd have at least some marination on it like the pork has. service was great. very polite. had a sense of urgency. and, 10%? ish discount when you're in uniform (military/police). Moes is prototypical always friendly always fresh and FAST, and in a 1 hour lunch that is very important! The homewrecker in a bowl with mushrooms, onions and guac is filling and not TOOOOOOOOOO unhealthy ;-) I will take that with pelegrino water if you please. read more

Very impressed with this place, I was greeted at the door even when 10 people were already in line, the service is extremely fast and you get a lot for your money, IMO it's better tasting than chipotle and there's more options. I'll be a regular from now on. Get the nachos btw read more
