As a Family of 4 we enjoyed the Spacious and clean location. Took advantage of national nacho day deals. Generous portions packed with fresh and tasty ingredients. Including tofu veggie nachos, beef nachos all topped with freshness. Tony and Martin were fantastic teammates who made our casual dining experience wonderful. Moes was so rude I wanted a kids meal with 2 large drinks so I only had to pay for the kids meal and a few cents to change the kids drink to a large and then I had to pay for a large. But they charged me for 2 large drinks and they said they could do no refund not even giving me another drink or anything. We arrived two hours before close and everything had been picked through. Which was fine as one of the staff had said something about a big party being there earlier. But then they said they "weren't allowed" to cook anything that was empty.. no meats no rice nothing. I have worked just behind this Moe's for about two years. I decided to give it a try since I love burritos. As far as cIstomer service goes the petite female behind the counter did not greet me nor did she smile. It seemed as thIugh she did nIt want to be there. She took my order and rang me up. Had stopped by Moe's Southwest Grill (a good spot and clean space to eat at) for a dinner and have a few things to say. While it was understandable that this restaurant was understaffed, it had been disrespectful that the Moe's Monday deal was not honored. When I had ordered the veggie special off the menu, the person working hadn't known the order to prepare and I had to read off everything that I wanted in the bowl. Although it isn't something to be bothered by, it added to how stingy the servings were. I asked for jalapeños and received exactly 2 bits. We had pulled up the new member deal for a cup of queso which wasn't honored either. Because there was a lot of back and forth with ringing up our meals, they neither honored the deals that come with the app nor the Moe Monday deal and became a 20 minute wait. Overall, it had unfortunately been a :((( experience here, hopefully service improves. read more

I haven't been to a Moe's in a few years and now i know why. High school kids running this place. Was with a party of three. Ordered two burritos, a bowl and three soft drinks at $2.79 each. We get to the soft drink dispenser and there's no ice. So i was thinking maybe the soda is cold. Nope, it was warm. I told the kid at the cash register there wasn't any ice. He said the ice machine didn't work. He then said there was a small container next to it with ice and a scoop. The bin was nothing but water and the scoop was sitting down in the water. I said there's no ice and this can't be the only ice machine in the building! He paused and reluctantly came and got the container and took it to the back and brought it back out with ice in it. PRO TIP: Let your customer know if you don't have ice. No one wants to pay $2.79 for warm soda. This place needs to get it's together. read more

We were hungry after work and went out for something great (remembering back to the Stafford, VA Moes) so we stopped at Moes. I love Moes. But, this, hands down, is the worst store we've ever been in. We have eaten at local Moes, off the highway Moes, and other locations, and this tops all of them in all categories. Let's start with walking in the door. The guy behind the counter is on his phone. So we WAIT for him to get off his phone and he starts serving my wife. She goes through the line and doesn't encounter much, which was great. My turn. I start by telling him I would like a Chick Joey. He grabs the wrap, tosses it in the heater, closes the press and opens the press. It was in the heater about 2.4 seconds. He asks me what I would like (rice choice) and while I'm answering, he coughs into his elbow. We make it down the line and he is piling the ingredients right in the middle of the wrap in a big pile. This makes for terrible eating because all of the food is in the middle. As we make our way down to the sauce area, he coughs in his arm again. That's two helpings of cough for my food. We check out and everything went well. We made our way over to the salsa area and immediately notice that it is empty, the salsa is dried around the top of the containers and the entire area hasn't been serviced since it was set up this morning (maybe yesterday morning). We had to ask for fresh salsa, which was met with a friendly ok, as the lady working there was quite helpful and courteous. While I was looking for a way to get a drink without getting food on myself (salsa bar), my wife was trying to find a table. The tables have not been touched since, well again your guess is as good as mine. So, I got some napkins, she grabbed the bottle of cleaner from the cleaning station, and we cleaned out own table. We sat down to eat and we couldn't hear each other talk. They had the radio so loud it was like being at a concert and to top the radio, the TV was on and it was even louder. We again asked the lady to turn one down and turn the other off. Who has radio and tv playing at the same time in a store? Anyhow, the longer we stayed, the more disgusted we became. It got so bad that I thought about the coughs, and ended up throwing my food (about 3/4 of it anyhow) in the trash. We were told the manager was coming, but they never showed up. All in all, I would steer clear of this Moes and if the National Manager of Moes reads this, you need to see this place for yourself. read more

Service was helpful. along with "graves" for foods they used to have, along with then promoting their cheese saying it has calcium and calcium is healthy, which I thought was a little corny. The staff was nice. I got a quesadilla with the toppings of my choice, but the amount of time it was left on the grill made it only lukewarm. My mom got the queso. The queso and chips were both so salty, and this is coming from someone who definitely loves salt. My mom had to get new ones without salt to be able to eat it. We sheared a meal and one serving was plenty for the 2 of us. I especially liked the complementary salsas.My absolute favorite was the Carolina Raper!!!!So glad I was able to try out one of the most hyped about hot sauce of 2018!!! The staff was very friendly. It was Monday and my boyfriend wanted food as he just played a soccer game; i suggested we go to Moe's, noting it was "Moe's Monday". We came through the door at 9:40. It closed at 10. I was expecting a "Welcome to Moes!"... but instead the worker looked at us and scoffed. We started to order our food and i have never experienced such bad service. All the workers had terrible attitudes. They made me feel bad when i added anything to my order. The main worker said to me 2 times " You guys aren't staying right." Was served by a young gentleman who looked bothered, had a terrible attitude and made me a really terrible burrito (did not listen, and basically drowned it in dressing making it a soup in stead of a salad) I was too hungry to complain at the time so I just ate it...Meanwhile, that same young man decided to take a nap in the lobby. (Literally just laying at a table while there are still customers there eating) I got home so angry that I paid money for something I was soooo unhappy with, AND that I got such a bad overall experience that I wrote to the customer complaint line (which I NEVER waste my time doing) but I was THAT angered. Rather than getting any resolution or apology from the manager, I wake up to a private email (to my PERSONAL email address) from that gentleman that made my burrito reading "hey I'm that kid you got fired from Moe's last night" and he continued on ranting about how he felt I mishandled the situation. How is it that I email corporate and I get an email from the disgruntled ex-employee in stead? I am still in shock at how ridiculously out of line this all is and I have YET to hear from anyone from corporate or management at that location. I have contacted the state attorney generals office to alert them of this privacy policy breech. I used to be such a huge fan of Moe's but this is so utterly ridiculous. Fast food Tex-Mex makes this spot busy and clearly the alluring item is the nacho cheese. You see yourself speeding down the food order to get the nachos and that famous cheese sauce! Yummy! The options are taco, burritos, quesadilla or salad. There are junior or normal sizes and the meats are chicken, carnitas - seasoned pork, or beef. Mondays are the day to deal with the crazy lines to get your meal. Plenty of indoor seating and a couple of cement tables outside. The salsa bar offers 3 different options. Soda machine offer free refills with over 100 options too. Bathrooms tend to be clean, garbage cans empty, and staff wiping tables in the dining area adds to the inviting family oriented environment. Only negative - the air conditioning units drop water condensation onto you as you dine and seems to be a normal occurrence for when I pointed it out to the staff, I got a shrug. read more

This place has the worse evening time management in ALL of Moes. The lady who is "in charge" has a terrible attitude. The food presentation is so bad it's hard to capture in words. They close at 9pm. If you pull up at 8:45, you can just about guarantee the doors will be locked. If you do get in, you'll wish you hadn't. The manager whispers in front of customers to her staff to lock the doors .. like we can't hear her complaining... Moes has lost a customer for life because I just can't believe Moes would have someone like this running the show.. pork was so dried out that is was shipped off Sketchers to make leather shoes. The majority of the employees handling the food were not only not wearing a mask, but weren't wearing any plastic gloves either. I watched a guy wipe the sweat off his forehead and then grab for the chip handle to scoop some out for a customer. It was really nauseating to watch. I had to turn around and go. While ordering at Moes last night, I watched a cockroach scurry under the glass between myself and the food and continue to crawl under the buckets of burrito toppings. I was horrified, but did not have the courage to bring it up to the sweet employee making my burrito. I saw yet another roach further down the row of toppings crawl across the top of a bin, but I only asked for cheese, chicken and rice on my burrito anyways. The chicken itself was either dried or rotten, because it had jerkey-like chunks that were hard as a bone- i could not even eat without tearing up because it scratched my throat. The chips were half sodden and half stale- completely inedible as well. Quantity over Quality. First time customer. Had a steak burrito, had no seasoning at all. The rice was dry and cilantro was wilted and brown. Two people in front of me in the line. We all ordered about the same time. My burrito was assembled and folded in foil. The two orders in front were placed on the grill. Then the worker began waiting on customers behind me. I asked for my order and the manager said that they have to keep things in order. So I had to wait while orders in front of me we on the grill! SERIOUSLY? What a joke! I'm truly shocked that this place is still open & that people eat here. Let me start by saying we were greeted by the friendliest gentleman who appreciates and enjoys his job. Thanks to him this Moe's gets 1-star. The other two workers seemed uninterested and bored. And the food was AWFUL! What a waste of money. None of it was fresh or hot...just weird tasting. My husband said that all the meat (beef, pork, & chicken) were all dry, cold, & unseasoned. I had a veggie bowl & there was a weird unfamiliar "flavor" that was scary. We will not be back....EVER!
