Overall I give this place about a 3.5. My family and I have been coming once a month since they opened in November of 2025. It's has its moments ,but lately it's been nothing luxurious. The service is fine, you get what you pay for. Sucks that some nail polishes cost an extra $10-$15 bucks on top on the service. If you try walking in on a weekend it's quite busy and sometimes you end up waiting an hour even if you have an appointment. So weekdays are better if you don't want to wait so long. The some ladies are great and some are just ok and get the job done. Annie (I believe that's her name) and Kira are definite go to's if you want designs. I had a terrible experience with Ken. He kept pulling my hand and fingers, he kept pinching the sides of my nails with his own fingernails, and he kept burning me with the drill bit. He seemed annoyed to be providing service on a Wednesday afternoon. When I finally pulled away because he kept burning my skin with the drill bit. He finally asked if I was ok and I told him "no, I'm not ok" and that he kept hurting and pulling me. After I told him that he finally lightened up and kept apologizing. No more pulling and no more aggression. So my guess is to avoid Ken and my MIL had another ok experience with the other gentleman Kevin. Regardless of the pain and disappointment I still tipped him $6 as he still provided service. The techs typically buzz off your cuticles with the drill bits so you prefer them to cut it then you'll have to ask for it. Annie I've seen cut cuticles without asking which is nice. When they first started they would ask if you wanted a drink because they have a nice bar. But now the owners just walk around and watch the techs work and stopped asking if you'd like a drink. Every month my MIL, SIL and I get fills for our nails and we spend around $60-$85 and never do they provide lotion or hand massages. The luxury part of the salon is lack luster, luckily it's just newer and "cleaner" but overall you get what you pay for.

I have been here now 8 times. The pros of this place are it's beautiful inside, it's spacious so you don't feel like you're sitting on top of other people. The owner SEEMS to really want to provide good customer service but something filters down to the nail techs behind the scenes and the service is usually just average to low average. This is a premium salon charging premium prices, but the follow through on service is lacking. You pay extra for let's say the premium rose milk pedicure. The mail person who I requested and made an appointment with rushes through, and although a scrub was placed on my legs and feet it was immediately rinsed off instead of an actual scrub taking place- what's the point? The point is they are in a hurry to move to the next client. It's as though they don't think you'll notice and who wants to complain?! Twice now a different nail tech has finished my nails than the person who started them. It feels like I'm in the way instead of a valued customer. You can't develop loyalty to a place like this when they show no loyalty to you - to even finish an appointment and execute the service as it is written in their description. As for the actual nail work I've had done here, the pedicures though expensive have been okay. The first time I came and got gel X - they looked nice and I was pleased. When I came back to get them redone, I left with different length, nails and spots where it didn't look like the nail polish fully covered the nail on the sides of the nails. The third time I came I did gel builder and those fell off in about four days. I noticed there's another person who reviewed the salon who had the exact same thing happened to them. Since then, I have not been getting any kind of gel X or gel builder on my nails. I have very mixed feelings about this place - they offer you a drink, alcoholic or soda or water when you come in, which is very nice. The chairs are clean and comfortable, the salon is kept up very nicely and clean which is why I rate it three stars because those things are important to me. But... I always leave feeling disappointed. Just for the record I'm not somebody that wants to make a best friend out of my nail tech , and I'm not a diva of any sort, but I do want to be treated with respect and receive the service I paid for. I'm just not sure about coming back. It's disappointing.

This place was so beautifully set up it truly allows you to feel relaxed once you step inside. They have a full bar with specialty drinks, the first is complimentary. Amy did such an amazing job on my ombré full set nails. Super nice and friendly.

I had such a wonderful experience here and am so excited to have found this salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing. The space feels thoughtfully designed and made the entire appointment feel like a treat rather than just another errand. Vibes were immaculate! I booked with Angie and cannot recommend her enough. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and detail-oriented throughout the entire appointment. She consistently checked in with me, offered thoughtful recommendations, and took the time to explain what would work best for my nails. My natural nails are currently growing out, and she recommended Gel-X extensions instead of what I originally had in mind. I'm so glad I trusted her expertise because the final result turned out even better than I expected. Angie worked quickly without ever making me feel rushed, and her attention to detail never slipped. I asked for black French tips and the detail work on the tips look beautiful, clean, and carefully finished. Five-star service from start to finish. I left feeling so happy with my nails and already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend both Angie and this salon!

Honestly it's a pretty salon a bit overpriced I don't feel the service is anything over the top or exceptional for the money truly. I've been here 5 times and it's fallen flat I have never been asked for a drink or water ect my nails were ok looking and pedi was just ok not great nothing special. It's a blah experience look at the other reviews going down hill. Seems over priced , Your paying for pretty nothing else so save your money girlies , the techs are ok not the friendliest mediocre better elsewhere

This was my first time trying Moyn Nails. I live down the street and have been looking for a good nail salon near home since the place I usually go to is in Anaheim. I was able to make an appointment same day on their website which I loved. The salon is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. It's a beautiful, large, and clean space. I don't know how to describe it, it looks so professional, each manicure station has their logo on the table top, which a tan chair and a black pillow which has the logo embroidered on it. The pedicure chairs are spa chairs. They have these trays that go on top if you are getting a manicure with your pedicure. Most salons I've been to put a towel over a pillow and use that as a table. You can check in via the kiosk on the counter. I got a volcano pedicure because it has been awhile since my last pedicure. It came with callous scrub, paraffin soak, a hot stone leg massage, and more. It just kept going. I was amazed. It felt so good. Thy did my pedicure and was so sweet and kept making sure nothing was hurting and making sure the temperature of everything was okay. I got gel-x nails with Natalie. She did an amazing job. I loved my nails. She always gave me options about everything. Gave her opinion but always left it up to me. I did take her word on some things since she's the professional. Ultimately, for the cost and experience, I'll be back. I'm so glad I found this place.

Móng is wonderful!! The BEST nail salon I've ever been too. They offer you complimentary drinks and snacks and are extremely professional. Every artist is talented and attentive. The prices are very reasonable. Ivy gave me a pedicure today and she was phenomenal. I got the Cbd package. So decadent and relaxing. Ivy did a wonderful job! My feet look perfect. Service is always amazing, everyone is very friendly and my nails always come out great. They'll always offer you water, tea, soda, etc. which is such a nice gesture. I usually do walk-in and the wait isn't long at all. Prices are very reasonable and honestly better than most nail salons in the area. Love this place!

I absolutely love this nail salon! The customer service is amazing, everyone is so kind, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They even offer drinks while you're getting your nails done, like mimosas, tea, and water, which is such a nice touch and really elevates the experience. The nail techs are incredibly talented and can do complex designs. Every set/fill I've gotten has come out beautiful. The salon is luxurious; the modern set up and chandeliers give it a high end feel. Although the salon is luxurious it has reasonable prices. The Gelics are around $71 and pedicures stsrt at $30 I'm not sure if this is the soft opening pricing. I love my nails and pedicure. The technician and owner strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Amazing!!!! Loved every second of my pedicure. It was so relaxing and worth every penny. They have a lot of options that start at $30 and go up. I got the rose and milk pedicure $58 it was more than I would usually pay but I'll pay it again for the quality of service and relaxation. I was so relaxed and it's so close to me.

I've been a loyal customer at their sister location in Buena Park for a while now, but I decided to make the longer drive to check out their brand-new spot in La Mirada -- and it was definitely worth it! The moment I walked in, I was blown away by how beautiful the space is. To my left, a full nail polish bar; to my right, a complimentary beverage bar -- such a nice touch. The chandeliers throughout add a glamorous vibe, and the large tree centerpiece gives the salon a really chic, welcoming feel. The soothing bossa nova music playing in the background tied it all together for a relaxing atmosphere. Of course, the main reason I came was to see Ivy -- she's simply the best! Her pedicures are always perfect, with so much attention to detail, and she's just such a pleasant person to chat with. I truly can't say enough good things about her. I'll definitely be making the drive out here again. The new La Mirada location is stunning, and with Ivy taking care of me, it's my new go-to spot! read more

Natalie is an AMAZING nail tech!! She is very sweet and friendly, makes sure everything is to your liking, and is very patient with making my nails perfect. This salon is very clean and fancy! I don't feel like it is overpriced at all. Gel builder fill is about $50. Pedicure is about $35 base. The owners of the salon are also very friendly and make sure you are satisfied before you leave. They serve you a complimentary drink. They have the most color and design choices I have ever seen!! I am really happy to have this salon so close to home, and I go back just for Natalie! Worst experience ever!! I was told there was no wait for a pedicure to come in. I get there and waited 30 minutes before I asked for the status. Then they said someone will be with you right now. They took me to the spa chair and had my feet in water for another 30 minutes and said the staff was finishing up and would be right over. The staff finished her other pedicure and came over and said sorry o have another appointment and can't do your pedicure!!!!! Most unorganized, unprofessional nail Salon!! Wasted my time and a customer. Not a way to run a business!! read more

I really wanted to like this place and even gave it 3 tries. First time my pedicure was done soooo poorly I had to go somewhere else a couple days later. There's a man at the front who is so so nice but when he's not there I noticed they are not friendly and it's almost uncomfortable. I will say the place is new so it's nice and clean. Overall I'd say the quality of service is very inconsistent and it depends on who you get that day. read more

They need more staff on the weekends. The structure of appointments doesn't make sense. I had an appointment for nails and toes at 1pm waited 15 minutes then She rushed through my toes, did it in 15 minutes. Then I sat there for 20 minutes and had to remind him we wanted our nails done waited some more when I asked how much longer he said 5 more minutes. I asked how the appointments work because people who came in after me are getting their nails done. He said I needed to request online that I wanted them done at the same time because it's hard for them to do nails at the salon chairs. If he had more staff I think the nail salon would be a great place. read more

the first time i went to mogn nail salon, i had a great experience! they removed my gel x nails, filed them evenly, and offered me cuticle oil and coating all for $10. (i also added an additional 20% tip!) my most recent experience unfortunately involved a male employee nicking my fingers 3-4 times with the nail drill, unevenly filing my nails, slightly yanking my arms throughout to move me closer to his reach (instead of communicating?), and throwing my hands back at me after he "completed" my nails for $20. no cuticle oil or coating finish too :( usually the staff are kind but today i am a bit disappointed with how my nails turned out. the shape/finish wasn't quite what i requested. i hope there's more attention to detail in the future even if the service is just nail removal. read more

This was my first time trying Mogn Nails as they just opened across the street from me. I went in on Friday for Gel nails and Gel pedicure. I thought the Salon looked very elegant with all of the chandelier's and lighting. The ladies who did my nails were nice. I walked out happy with how my nails looked at first. Unfortunately my nails are chipping so much and it's only been 4 days. I walked out of the salon paying $117 bucks total!!!! Not worth the price for chipping nails, very disappointed read more

THE BEST NAIL SHOP IN TOWN AND ALL THE WAY AROUND. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with Mogn Nail Shop!! This location is fairly new but I'm a customer at their sister nail salon in Buena Park. The owner is caring and most importantly attentive with all her customers always listens to you and gives you suggestions on whatever it is that you need done. My esthetician's name is Holly and I can honestly recommend her for anyone looking for the natural nail look! She's very careful and does amazing work with French tip and acrylic. My nails look amazing thin and natural. The beautiful owner prepared a cocktail while I got my nails done!! (They have a BAR in the nail shop) It was delicious and I definitely felt spoiled while getting my pedi/mani done. The salon is beautiful and very modern!!! Most other places have trimmed my brows after they're done threading, but I notice they do very minimal shaping and trimming here. Also, other spots will ask what lotion/astringent you want after your service, but here they just put things on you without alerting you to what product is being used. My main issue was Mia at the front desk who, took about ten minutes to walk out to the front desk and acknowledge me at the location. She only walked out to check someone out, and when I gave her my name, she said, "you're an hour early, I don't have anything right now" and then continued to check out the other lady. I sat there and waited for a formal acknowledgment. I expected her to tell the other woman who was sitting in the room with me, you're next and tell me let's see what I can do and give you options. Nothing. I walked out, and had to waste an hour of my time for the appointment. When I walked in, she was still checking out the other lady, and then told me I would not be able to be seen because now I was too late, - 9 minute grace period, even though I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged when I first walked in, too late. She told me there was nothing else left for the day although I had only one small prepaid service I was waiting for. I couldn't come the next day as I was heading out of town, hence the need for the wax. When I looked at my phone as I walked out, I got a text saying I had a no show and had 3 no shows before they don't take my appointments and can only do walk ins. I had to walk back in and ask her for her name - Mia, and who was supposed to be the waxer - Jeanette, who couldn't do the wax because they had just added new wax and turned up the heat. (This means nothing to me btw as I don't work there) She also told me she had been gone for ten minutes because she also has to sweep so they can close on time because there was only one waxer. This is an hour and a half at this point after I originally showed up when the closing was nearly 2 hours out. Not once did she mention, hey we only have one waxer, when I checked in, nor did she say look we are low staffed today can you com back at a different time or day. Nothing. It's rude and horrible customer service, I also don't appreciate the attitude when I called her out on her behavior. I didn't want to argue with a young girl, but I do find it incredibly disrespectful of me and my time. I will not be returning to the location and will be asking for my money back on unpaid wax passes. Additionally, EWC, get more employees and pay them fair wages. It's no wonder why people are constantly leaving, you leave the waxers spread thin, alone, and have compressed schedules for them making them make mistakes along the way. I really liked my last wax girl here, Stacy and ever since she left it's really gone downhill.
