I had lunch at Noah's Bistro today with a girlfriend, and it was such a wonderful experience. We were lucky to have beautiful weather, which made it the perfect afternoon to dine there. We chose to sit inside, and the atmosphere was elegant, calm, and relaxing. The outdoor patio looked just as inviting, with plenty of flowers, lots of natural light, and a breezy, airy ambiance that would be perfect for a leisurely lunch or dinner. The menu was fantastic--honestly, everything looked delicious and it was hard to decide! I ordered the Noah's Special Pasta, which was absolutely incredible. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and every bite was delicious. My friend ordered one of the salads, which was fresh, beautifully presented, and equally impressive. What really completed the experience was the service. Everyone we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I used to love coming here, but my most recent visit was really disappointing. The food doesn't taste the same as it used to and some of my previous favorites were completely different and honestly just mid. On top of that, the food took a long time to come out even though it was early in the day and the restaurant wasn't busy. The atmosphere also felt uncomfortable. The head server appeared to be under the influence and was loudly yelling at the bussers, which made the whole experience pretty unpleasant. I really hope they can get things back to how they used to be because this used to be one of my favorite spots. read more

Came in for a little dessert because I remembered that they have a very good bread pudding dessert. Walked in and we were seated and placed our order. Young server was friendly and attentive. Ambience was quiet and pleasant. Bread pudding was warm served with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with caramel and cinnamon. Dropped in here for the first time in a rainy Tuesday afternoon for lunch. We started off with the four cheese fondue, which was really yummy. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, and my fiancée ordered the chicken parmigiana. My sandwich came out on a HUGE ciabatta roll, so I had to eat it open-face. (I would suggest they go to a smaller roll?). Anyway, the sandwich was excellent. I don't know what the sauce was, maybe a spicy mayo? But it was excellent. Big disappointment (especially for an empty restaurant) is a plate full of cold, shoestring French fries. (The restaurant is empty. You can't make fresh fries?) The chicken parmigiana was not good. The chicken was super salty and the marinara? It was runny....and tasted more like salsa. We complained and they took it back, replacing it with a beet and goat cheese salad. All in all, not bad. I would give 3.5 stars if I could based on what I stated above. But the service was good and the owner was nice. I will be back for the chicken sandwich! read more

Came in on a Tuesday around 5. There were a few tables of people, but it wasn't super busy. It was pretty quiet and very quaint. Everything is pretty close by as far as the door, the bar, and the restroom, no matter where you're sitting. We ordered the calamari, which was pretty good, but not super memorable. I went for pasta this time and went with their signature Noah's special pasta. The pasta was great not too saucy and it had this verde flavor to it but it wasn't spicy. It was kind of light and refreshing for a pasta. For dessert we went with a banana empanada... it was absolutely delish and fried. I think what impressed me the most was the service and how attentive our server was. Never an empty glass and always there making sure we were doing good! Went here for my dad's birthday lunch on a Sunday. Called to make a reservation for 9 people and the host was super accommodating. Upon arriving, we had a nicely set table indoors and the everyone is very attentive. The manager also checked in on us multiple times throughout our meal to ensure everything was going smoothly! Our party ordered a mix of their signature pastas, sandwiches, and appetizers, and everything was a hit! Here are some highlights: - Shrimp Ceviche: super fresh and had a nice kick of spice (medium spicy) - Calamari: super crispy and large portion! Squid was had the perfect chewiness and crisp - Shrimp Spinach Artichoke Pasta: I LOVED THIS. Creamy and rich sauce that was the perfect consistency to coat all the ingredients in that dish. All the other pastas are a hit too! For sandwiches you get a side of fries and you MUST try their pesto mayo!! Cherry on top was the lava cake they gave my dad as a complimentary birthday dessert. My friend raved about Noah's Bar and Bistro, so I had to check it out with her. It's downtown in Morgan Hill, and they have both a nice outdoor area and indoor tables. We arrived mid-week and easily found street parking (I hear weekend parking downtown can be difficult, but mid-week was no problem). Amongst all of our "oh hey, we have to get caught up on everything" girl gab, we managed to fit in quite a bit of food. We started with the Bruschetta, which had melted cheese on crostini, and then topped with fresh tomatoes, garlic, and basil - yum! We then tucked into some pasta dishes - I had the Shrimp, Artichoke, and Spinach pasta. It had huge shrimp, artichokes, fresh spinach, and sauteed red onions mixed with fusilli pasta. It was lightly coated in a roasted red bell pepper cream sauce which was amazing. My friend had the Sausage Penne Pasta which was Italian sausage, mushrooms, red bells, and onions piled high in a bowl of penne pasta in marinara sauce. Both pasta dishes were hefty portions and made for some delicious leftovers. We managed to save room for dessert, which was fortunate because we died and went to heaven over a plate of bread pudding. Their bread pudding was served with fresh whipped cream, walnuts, and vanilla ice cream and then to top it off it was drizzled with a phenomenal caramel sauce. The caramel wasn't overly sweet, which made the perfect accompaniment to the bread pudding. Very friendly staff too. I'm not a local to Morgan Hill but the staff made me feel like a local with their warmth and attentiveness. What a great neighborhood restaurant. We'll be back for sure. read more

Menu hasn't changed. Ever. Not sure if there were specials as I didn't see them posted anywhere, nor did the server mention any. I'll assume there weren't any. There were three young girls sitting at the back of the restaurant where I was sat. They appeared to be there "under the supervision" of one of the wait staff/managers. One of the girls kept going into the staff only back area. They were loud and disruptive. The one girl that kept going to the back was constantly bumping into my chair and yelling back to her friends while standing next to my table. The food is decent and the wait staff are friendly enough. Pretty sure I got the bottom of the basket of fries. It was mostly just little bits of overcooked crunchy ends. I don't enjoy little kids running around my table being disruptive when I'm paying full restaurant prices for my meal. I'm not paying to dine in a daycare. read more

I recently came here with a friend for lunch. It had been almost 5 years since trying this place again because I wasn't thrilled the first time. We walked in and saw only the bar tender talking to a customer at the bar. There was no other employees in view. We stood there waiting to be acknowledged. We were only about 10 feet away but he didn't look up. I said to my friend if he doesn't say something in 10 seconds we're leaving. He moved from behind the bar and picked up menus and came towards us. It was awkward. We ordered cocktails and the four cheese fondue appetizer. The cocktails were ok but didn't have much alcohol taste. The fondue was weak considering there was supposed to be 4 cheeses in it. It seemed to be stretched with cream/milk and rather bland. I'm going to start asking restaurants for the liquor on the side of my cocktails so I get what I'm paying for. The prices for drinks almost equal a meal anymore. I hate feeling ripped off. My love and I went to dinner early so we could take advantage of happy hour. We were told we could sit in the back if we'd like. When we inquired about happy hour, we were told that it didn't apply to the back room; good thing we asked. We moved about twenty feet to the adjacent room to be able to get the happy hour rate for our cocktails. How ridiculous! I ordered mahi fish. I asked for tartar sauce since it didn't come with anything except some very small portion of slaw. Also, you only get whatever starch they have, which was mash potatoes. I'm a baked potato guy, but that wasn't an option. I got approximately one tablespoon of tartar sauce. I found out after the bill came that I was charged 50 cents for the condiment; You've got to be kidding me! Talk about your nickel and dime BS! My lovely woman ordered salmon and got bad diarrhea later. We will never go back! read more

Got shrimp and artichoke pasta and my bf got the ribeye. Pasta was really flavorful and generous with shrimp- kind of wish there was a spicy option though. Drinks and prices were good. I had high expectations with this place being in downtown Morgan Hill and a neighbor told me that this place was pretty good. We got there at 405 and they told us that they had a big party coming in at 530. We said we should be done way before that. We were seated and ordered the cheese fondue. Then the guys disappeared for over 20 minutes. There were 2 other tables where we were sitting. One that was done eating and the other hadn't ordered yet either. 427 the fondue came and we ordered. My daughter ordered the New York steak, medium. My mom ordered the Chinese chicken salad and I ordered the Noahs special Pasta. The New York steak was literally charred and tasted burnt. Definitely not medium. I asked the waiter for bbq sauce to try to make it taste better. But it was $36 in the trash, my daughter couldn't force herself to eat it. I don't blame her. We all tried it and it was plain gross. The chicken salad had pretty much no dressing on it and the waiter kept disappearing. So my mom just ate about half of it. It is some grilled chicken, onion, red bell pepper and cabbage. Nothing special. My pasta was ok. The fondue was the only thing that was good. Service needs improvement. read more

My wife and I ventured out to Morgan Hill to grab a bite for lunch. We had Noah's years ago and we decided to check it out again. My wife loved the bruschetta appetizer here years ago, so we ordered that to start. The bread was really soft and not crispy as bruschetta normally is. Plus, it was heavy on the garlic. Honestly, that was the only negative. The rest of our food, my steak sandwich (get the chipotle Mayo with it) and her grilled chicken sandwich both tasted great. The French Fries reminded me of In-Out's, but better as they had a nice crisp to them. The customer service was great. The whole time, frequently asking if we needed anything and always had my refills ready. The bar area, if I lived in Morgan Hill, I would definitely grab a drink, grub and watch the game here. read more

Stopped at Noah's on our way down to the peninsula on a Thursday around 645pm. Friendly staff upon arrival, and they had live music outside! Service was warm, welcoming, and so speedy. After we ordered, the drinks came out quick and the food wasn't far behind. My husband had the chicken sandwich which was so freaking delicious! I had a small hiccup with my order, but the owner - Sadik, who happened to be our server - was so accommodating and fixed it immediately. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience so enjoyable. It's the perfect restaurant environment, where you can dress up for a date or be casual (like us) passing through town. We ended up here for dinner on a Saturday night on a short road trip To be honest the food was good but not excellent but.................. The wait staff was incredible. It seemed like every person on the wait staff from the owner to the busboy was working as one and hitting on all four cylinders. My water glass and iced tea glass never went empty. This has sadly not occurred for me since the covid crap of 2020. Simple things like good service and actually being waited on made us very happy. You should try it read more

Held a wedding rehearsal/out-of-towner's dinner at Noah's Bar & Bistro for about 50 guests on 9-6-24. The food was delicious! Not a morsel was left. Started off with appetizers: coconut prawns, chicken bites and charcuterie boards. Followed by spinach arugula salad, cheesy potatoes and in season vegetables. Main dishes chicken Parmesan, Tri tip and shrimp pasta. Sadik thank you for making our event a fabulous experience for our guests. Everyone raved about the food and had a wonderful time. I would give this restaurant ZERO stars if I could. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was visiting my family in Morgan hill and decided to go to Noah's after my nieces dance recital. The whole restaurant especially by the bathroom areas reeked. My son went to the bathroom and said there were feces on the toilet and in the trash can. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. We reported it to the waiter working and asked to speak with the owner and manager but apparently neither were in to take accountability for the situation at hand. THEN it took them 40 minutes to even get our food. We tried to get a waiter over and no one came by. I ordered a drink to try to alleviate some of the stress caused by this experience and the bar tender was extremely rude and disrespectful. I attempted to report this to the manager who was also not there. Horrible management, restaurant run by young kids, no managers or adults present. Great place to go to! Went here for brunch and it was worth it. Usually see this place super busy but it wasn't when my wife and I went. My wife had the spinach arugula salad with shrimp. I had the chicken parm. Chicken parm looked like it was going to be soggy but was solid peace of chicken and had a nice crunch to it. Only thing wish the chicken was a little bigger, but still worth the price. The spinach arugula salad was fresh and a good portion size. It came with 5 large prawns and it a reasonable price for the amount of food you get. Would have like to see a bit more dressing, but that may be more personal preference! Service was great very attentive! Only reason it's not a 5 is because the mimosa was too watery. Still highly recommend this place! read more

So last Friday, my friends and I made reservations at Craft Roots but since I wasn't craving burgers we decided to give this place a try. The food and drinks on Yelp looked good and as we were walking to our seats the plates of food that came out of the kitchen looked promising too. For starters, my friends and I ordered a round of drinks, coconut shrimps and chicken wings to share. So all the drinks were super water down. The old fashion didn't taste like it had any whiskey, if you look at my picture, it's super orange. Weird. The coconut shrimps were slightly burnt, the chicken wings were super tiny, tasted frozen and just sad looking. Got seated right away Took a while to get our drink + appetizer order (the waiter assisted a table that seated after us first). 15 more minutes to actually get our drinks And put in our food order... the area was half full so it wasn't an issue of them being busy. Aside from time wait the food was delicious. The appetizers were delicious and flavorful. My burger was really good (tad over cooked, i ordered medium and saw 0 pink), the steak in the sandwich was quality meat. Quite Awhile ago I took my mom-in-law there because a friend who frequented went there recommended it to me. But...it took a long time to get service, the waiter was rude and unfriendly.
