Excellent communication, service, and timely replies. I received a significant discount on the OTD price, even when including the BuySide Auto fee. On top of that, I NEVER had to step into a dealership, talk to a salesperson directly, spend hours playing the "let me ask my manager" game, or have to talk to a Finance manager and repeatedly say NO to unnecessary options. All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me. Even my request to remove all dealer installed options was negotiated by Kim and granted by the dealer with no hassle on my end. I paid the BuySide Auto fee to reserve the car for purchase and when the car was available I opted to pickup at their office in SF. Home delivery to SF is also currently no charge, while delivery outside of the city is available with a modest fee. Upon first contact, I asked if weekend pickup or delivery was available, since their normal hours are on weekdays. Kim made note of it and remembered my preference even after the sale was completed. Chris was able to make himself available for Saturday pickup! We took a walk around the car took a look inside. We spent no more than 10 minutes reviewing and signing paperwork, received my keys, and I was off with my brand new car! Both Kim and Chris were great to work with and I have no hesitation in working with them again for future car purchases.

With $13,000 left to pay on the car, I feared that my only hope was to trade it in at the shady used car dealership to get another car that wouldn't last the duration of the loan and get further and further into debt. With my negative equity in tow, VJ sought to find the best and most affordable solution for my predicament. The first car we looked at, the bank wanted 6 grand down which there was no way. So VJ sat the salesperson down and found a fully electric car that had a rebate that would absorb all of my negative equity... The only problem was that upon investigation, it would make my insurance skyrocket. VJ then asked for a couple days and he researched and found the perfect little Toyota corolla hybrid through a contact at a dealership in Santa Cruz and off we flew that same day. We were able to get the terms negotiated and the bank to approve the lease within hours. This was the best and most efficient way of acquiring a new vehicle. I don't know a lot about cars and tend to take sticker price without negotiation since to me if they are asking for it then that's what I have to pay. It was a relief that anytime the sales person asked or told me something that I could turn to VJ to explain it to me better or strong arm as needed. I have already started recommending his services to coworkers and will most definitely reach out when I am ready for a new leased or financed car.

Can I call you back" 5 minutes later texted my partner back "Hey bud my apologies I didn't realize you were Jamie's boyfriend I thought you were telemarketer you can give me a call back if you're available" He and my partner play phone tag for about a week as my partner was working crazy hours, but would always call Sal back once he realized he missed a call. January 2nd, Sal called my partner to check in, and left a voicemail. My partner calls him back a couple hours later after he got off work. Sal doesn't answer, but sends him a text of "I'll call you back" Well...it's been 3 months and we haven't heard a thing since. It was an amazing car. As usual I got an invite for a test drive, I had my BF test drive the Rolls Royce Wraith. Luckily we both wear red and the interior was also red. It was meant to be ;) What a powerful car it is, luxurious, comfortable and I love the twinkling lights from the ceiling. Mr. JC of Rolls Royce was wonderful, came all the way from the UK, explained everything to us. He must be tired to repeat it 4 days straight. Thank you. Private chef, delicious food, Champagne and wine are flowing all day and night. An interactive room with endless options on the computer to play with. Jet Aviation, Ritz-Carlton, just a few partnership rooms this year at the Rolls Royce Villa.
