I had a code appear on the dashboard the night before I scheduled my appointment. I was pleased to have been able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. What I appreciated most was the fast service; they provided me an uber to work and also picked me up when my vehicle was ready. No BS or pressure. The place is a bit difficult to find, at the end of a cul de sac around rundown warehouses. Ed made sure the car is up to date with maintenance (at the dealership) and got a couple of things repaired under warranty. Missing 5th star is due to their understanding of "detailing" the car before I picked it up. It was washed and vaccumed, but there was dust inside on the dash and in the crevices. It's not a big issue, though. I would buy from them again. (Preferably the beautiful Aston Martin they had in the garage :-)

I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection done when I decided to move forward, and instead of my having to drive from the east bay just for the inspection, they had the car delivered to the auto shop of my choosing.
