He took the time to troubleshoot everything with me over the phone, and when we realized the equipment was dead, he offered to come out with an older router so he could at least get my Wi-Fi working again for my computer and TV. They were able to put the jacks exactly where we wanted, and used a professional faceplate for where the runs terminated in the network closet, as opposed to something open in the wall. They also cleaned up a bunch of non-functional cable from outside the house.
