They had the Switch 2 listed on their website for $499. I completed my purchase and made payment and received a confirmation number. About an hour later I got an order cancelation notice for "unforeseen circumstances." No other details given. I emailed the contact in the cancellation notice and never heard back. Then I went back to their site and they still had the switch 2 listed for sale but now it was marked up to $669!!! So instead of honoring MSRP they are price gouging and inflated the cost by $169! Isn't this illegal considering I already purchased at the MSRP? Very dishonest. Will also be contacting the BBB. read more

BEWARE: I went into store to find a tripod for my daughter. They seemed very friendly and willing to help. I started with a sales person who turned me over to Eric, their tech, he pointed out different things but was wrong as to whether a head would fit on the tripod we initially went to see. This should have been a warning sign but I Just pointed out that the doc said they were both the same size opening. He the show my daughter another tripod from a differ company and a fluid head. He went to the back and came back with a Ifootage head to fit the Ifootage tripod legs. He told me it would 800 dollars for the setup. I then asked if they had a senior discount. He said they did and would see what he could do. He went to the computer and came back with a $500 price. That seemed a great price considering the initial price I was given. He was giving us a student discount. Well as it turns out, there was no discount, that was the retail price at one and cheaper at some other stores. I generally do not buy on the spot since I like to think about it but he seemed caring and honest. The next issue was that I believe I heard the initial salesperson say I had 7 days to return it if it did not work out. But here is a BIG factor, there paperwork which they gave me later and I overlook the verbiage on All Sales are FINAL. They make you sign the paper after you have already paid for the item. In word words once it was already non-returnable. If I could give the zero stars, I would because they were unethical and misleading with my transaction. I know from reading other 1 star ratings that any reply will be rude and untrue. STAY AWAY, unless you want to be mislead, left feeling taken advantage off and being stuck with any item you purchase. This experience was at the Anaheim store but it is most likely the method of operation for this company. UPDATE: I received a call from Manager Mike about my review. He stated he had spoken with his staff and felt there had been a misunderstanding and wanted to find a solution that would result in me being a happy and return customer. I reiterated what had happened from my point of view and he said they had an exchange if the purchase did not work for my daughter. I told him it was not an issue with the tripod and that since we had just purchased, she did not have a lot of time to play with it. I told him the main issue was that I felt mislead by the price and the lack of discount I was lead to believed we were getting. He stated he would look and see what he could do and get back to me. After a few days we did speak and he was able to give us a discount. If and when I need to buy something again from them I would make sure I understand (know) the normal price of the item and remember that all sales are final. Therefore I would most likely not buy it at that time and come back once I am completely informed. Keeping in mind all Sales are Final. read more

They have everything you need but just know the prices are EXTRAORDINARILY inflated. The guy tried to charge me $50 for an SD card, and when I said it was too much, he said he could lower it to $40 as a deal just for me. I go on Amazon and the literal exact same SD card (with the same specs) is selling for like $22. Got a tripod there for over $100 and later found a much better one on Amazon for $60. If you already know about cameras, then this place is fine because you should already know the going price for various things. However, if you're new to cameras and don't know how much things usually sell for, you're better off going to a Best Buy or reputable electronics store where the prices are fixed and not inflated to make as much profit as possible. But if you absolutely must go here, PLEASE get prices on everything you're looking for BEFORE you go in here. read more

The price is the same whether you buy it directly from DJI, Amazon, Best Buy, a local camera shop etc unless you buy it from Mojo, where they are charging $800 for the exact same kit. When I asked the associate about the upcharge, they informed me that was their standard practice for popular cameras.
