They are incredibly responsive - Juanita answers all emails and texts very quickly and always does her best to say YES to requests. She and Martha do an outstanding job and take care and time with the job. JEM will now clean our office every weeknight, put away grocery and office supplies, and run and empty the dishwasher. They have been so flexible when we need special services and to come in on different dates and times (including weekends!), going above and beyond what any other service we have used does. They are incredibly thorough and conscientious. I feel really lucky to have chosen this service to help me with our office. The five star reviews they have earned on Yelp are well deserved.

The person who came was lovely and did some cleaning, but overall, what the person who comes is expected to do is subpar and qualifies as light cleaning at best. We had paid for a deep clean for the extra time it takes to really clean, but it soon became clear that I would simply be paying double for no more cleaning than the basic clean. So I changed it to standard plus. I had to leave for an appointment and when we got back, it wasn't clear whether or not the floors had been swept, certainly not vacuumed, and if they were mopped, it was the most cursory mop at best. A waste of money and a huge disappointment. Use at your own risk. (Meanwhile, I still tipped the person $30 because my aim is not to exploit her and I know she put in the time.) But the company and services being promoted do not remotely meet what is being provided.

There was fine dust and residue everywhere, including inside cabinets and closets, along the floors and baseboards, around windows, and throughout the kitchen and bathroom. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, and the cleaner actually arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was a great start. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly detailed with the cleaning. You could tell he wasn't just rushing through the apartment -- he really took the time to make sure everything was properly cleaned. By the time he finished, the apartment looked amazing. The renovation dust was gone, everything felt fresh and spotless, and we were able to walk into a space that genuinely felt ready for us to move into. There wasn't anything we were unhappy with or felt needed to be redone. It was such a seamless and stress-free experience, especially after dealing with all the work involved in a renovation. Great communication, punctual service, excellent attention to detail, and most importantly, excellent results. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

The price was very fair for the amount of work performed especially since I know the sealer is quite expensive. Not only do I recommend them but I have saved his info for next time. On top of all of this they are genuinely friendly and it's a pleasure to speak with them. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was told that because it had two layers, it was essentially like "hemming two dresses." At $70 a layer, I guess every layer counts. I then asked about simply taking in the waist of a pair of jeans. I was initially quoted $25, but after looking at them again, I was told there was suddenly "a lot more work" involved and that I had been quoted incorrectly. At that point, I took both items and left. I went to another alterations shop and was quoted under $100 for BOTH the dress and the jeans. It seems management may have changed since my last visit, which is unfortunate because I was previously very happy with their work. Hopefully the pricing doesn't continue in this direction, because $140 to hem a simple dress is pretty hard to justify.
