I visited this coffee shop today for the first time and had a very positive experience! The staff were very friendly and very eager to explain the menu to me and help me find a drink I would enjoy. The girl who took my order described some of the secret menu items to me, and I decided to get the cookie monster drink (white chocolate, dark chocolate, and dark macadamia nut flavors). The drink (sorry, forgot to take pictures!) was iced with very small particles, giving the drink an almost slushie-like texture. I drank most of the drink within the hour, but finished the rest later, and unlike most iced coffees that taste rather dismal when drinking them after melted, this coffee held up and tasted good seven hours after it was made! I would give five stars alone just for the incredible service provided here! I will definitely be back :) read more
