Ordered: Small Iced Funfetti Latte (~$6): w French vanilla syrup, cold foam, and funfetti sprinkles on top Aya's take: First time at Mojo Coffee Company and decided to try a drink of their Signature Menu. The Iced Funfetti Latte is basically a dessert coffee drink. If that's what you're going for, this is a good one to get since they nailed it. It tastes just like a vanilla funfetti cake. It was too sweet for my liking, not super well-balanced, and I didn't care for the sprinkles on top. The syrup and cold foam ratio seems high for the size of the cup. Only the large iced cups have their cute logo on them; I wish they used it consistently across all their cups. If I come back, I'd get a classic latte or iced tea instead. Just over two years since my last review and the good news is... Mojo is still brewing amazing coffee! I stop in on walks while in town and always love the specialty coffees of the month, the classic oat milk lattes (my go to) and the small selection of sweets. I also always take a peek at their gifts and goodies and always see something I want to grab for myself or a friend. Most recently it was their cuteeeee tote bags! I stopped myself because I am already swimming in totes, but I might have to make a trip back for one in the future. They allow pups, which is always so nice when I have my lil man with me, they have a good amount of seating, strong wifi and great coffee. There is literally nothing else you could want. Happy to have Mojo (and more than 1 loc) in Hoboken! read more

This is Mojo Coffee Company's second Hoboken location, and it is, honestly, my favorite of the two. The cafe is much larger, with a quiet back room perfect for working, as well as a spacious front area with several tables and a bunch of outdoor seating. I also found that my standby almond milk cappuccino was much more bold and rich here. They also offer a breadth of interesting beverages like a Funfetti Iced Latte. Lastly, the service was very friendly and gracious. Given that this location offers a wide range of both seating and beverage options, I would highly recommend it for a coffee date with friends or a significant other, or even as a spot to get some work done, though the back space would be better for that purpose. read more

I have been here 3 times now since first trying it earlier this week!! I started with the Funfetti Latte which is as cute as it is delicious. It tastes almost like a Starbucks vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Definitely a sweet coffee so I recommend this if that's your preference. The past 2 days I have gone for the Key Lime Pie iced latte. Such a weird, unique flavor combination but it totally works. The cold foam on top reminds me of meringue. I usually go for oat milk as my dairy options, but I would be curious to try it with almond milk or actual dairy next time. The inside of the 8th street location is super cute and has little goods and cards available for purchase. Good seating options if you're not taking your coffee to-go. I'll start by stating that the staff are all super friendly and very helpful! The atmosphere is bright and welcoming - a great spot to catch up with friends or get some work done. When I went, they were out of regular syrup, so they had to substitute for the sugar-free kind. I got the funfetti latte, and it was good but not incredible. Not sure if the syrup would change the flavor that much since I never got to try the regular one to begin with, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I looked for a coffee place to do my work and visited here due to the good review. The coffee is okay but the service was not what i would expect . The attitude of the female barista/cashier is terribly arrogant and was so rude. No wifi worked and so dirty seating table with sticky food. they really didn't clean the table for a long time. there are a lot of better alternatives in the town. Finally got the chance to stop in this second location of Mojo Coffee Company. Why did it take me so long? Loved the outdoor seating and inside had window seats with some tables and a room towards the back with traditional chairs and tables. My cortado with oat milk was delicious- perfect temperature and quite tasty. I also grabbed an almond croissant which was light, flaky and so good I might need to get another one later today! The staff was friendly and professional, and answered my first-timer questions with patience. Mojo is expanding and I can see why. The shop is cool with some space to also do work while enjoying your drink and snacks. It is very quiet so needs background music because everyone can hear your conversation. I got the everything croissant stuffed with scallion cream cheese. It was a little much but glad I tried. Always greeted with a smile, you can tell a lot about a business when the employees are always happy to be there. I'm usually a basic coffee guy with a shot of espresso, but I wanted to try something different. I told the girl behind the counter to make me whatever she wanted . This location is so cute, and much more roomy with plentiful seating (both indoor and out). Came here with my husband and baby. The place itself was nice and very chic. We got the blackberry mocha latte and key lime pie latte. Both were pretty good. The seating inside was very comfy. The interior itself is antique, quaint, and there's minimal (but some!) seating for you to enjoy your tea at. One of my favorite parts of this shop is that their tea menu is all around the shop, right on their walls. So, you walk around the shop, look at the different teas (organized by type, caffinated/non-caffinated), smell them, and read the labels. I had a lot of fun doing this! Their prices are good and their teas are amazing. Definitely a cool experience!

It's located in a quiet part of the west village where you can hear yourself breathe and take a bit of time for yourself. The coffee itself is bold and savory, and has a bit of a unique flavor profile that makes it stand out from most other coffee shops. Definitely notable and high quality, and hope they stick around. No one talks about this spot but it's got great espresso and it needs more attention. It's otherwise a small space without seating and might have a few pastries which I didn't get to try. Will be getting them again if i'm nearby.

Ordered: Blueberry Iced Latte (~$6)…read moreLavender Iced Latte (~$6) Aya's take: This location of Bwè Kafe is more charming & cozy compared to their other location on Adams St. We decided to try the Blueberry Iced Latte and Lavender Iced Latte. They have these as specials with cold brew but we decided to get it with espresso. Both drinks didn't quite hit the same this time. The lavender and blueberry flavors were both good, added some sweetness, and fruity/floral elements but for some reason, the latte didn't feel as cohesive. The staff were very friendly and offered to remake it if I didn't like it. I think the syrup wasn't strong enough or could've been better layered with the milk & espresso. Decent try!

The WiFi is strong as always but my latte was milky as heck. Going to need to remember that this spot might be better for my trusted London Fogs and cappuccinos and drip. Will of course be back!
