Wow, wow! Amazing coffee, first time we had this PR coffee! I will have this again 1000% it was delicious and so fresh. Given to me in a bag which is so cool. Customer service was A1. Tiny location but still was worth the stop.

SO glad to have stopped by this shop while in Chelsea on a frigid cold evening. The barista is so incredibly sweet and said the horchata latte is a best seller. I had my choice of bean for it to be brewed from, 3 choices, which fun and unexpected. She had just made big chocolate chip cookies that were packed with chocolate - drooooool! The latte was perfect - not too sweet, incredible flavor, and the espresso was smooth and rich in the BEST possible way. Plus it was served in the cutest cup! The stickers here are fun to look at, the vibe is funky cool, the seats are comfy, and the bags/shirts are awesome. Definitely check this place out when in the area!

So glad we dropped by! The drinks were great and the staff was super friendly. It can get a bit noisy, there's free wifi, and the outlets were conveniently placed.

Such a cute little coffee shop! I loved the ambiance here and it was so cool that the coffee came in a bag!! Tried the tres leches and the dulce de leche. It was creamy and delicious! It had strong coffee flavor but it was not overly acidic and bitter.

Okay coming from Miami where coffee is amazing, I have to say I finally found a place that compares to home strong espresso with unique and delicious flavors!! A must come visit if you're a coffee lover

Stopped in here for coffee with some friends. It is super small, but we managed to sit down on the swing and the bar stools. The staff here is super nice! I got the cold brew and it was smooth and delicious. Someone else in my party got the matcha latte, and even with the vanilla (which was an extra charge) it was a little bland. Overall, pretty good spot, but would stick to their coffee drinks! Would come again!

Iced Coquito Latte

I originally came because I wanted to find a cute place to read + the coffee in a reusable bag concept intrigued me. The music and grinding machine was too loud to do work- I kept becoming distracted and ended up not reading as much as I wanted to. The seats aren't that comfy and the shop was small so you can hear the table next to you chattering. I wouldn't come here again. The iced coquito latte was good but not worth the price. The lady up-charged me after asking if I want special beans/rum particles? I'm not too sure but I didn't know it would be an additional charge- I wish she had specified that. She also came up to me as I was in the middle of reading and asked if I could write a Google Review. I said yes but she kept standing in front of me and making conversation until I told her I posted one. That made me really uncomfortable.

I really do like this place, especially their unique specialty drinks and yummy snacks and just the overall vibe. I've been to a few 787s before, but this was my first time at a location where there was a ton of seating and the interior was so spacious. There's an insane amount of room here considering it's a coffee shop, and I loved how they laid everything out. The person who took my order was super nice, answered all of my questions, and I walked away with my tres leches latte, which is one I've never had before. It's sweet, but the flavor is subtle. Chicken empanada came fresh out of the oven. Literally the only thing going against it is that I had some major stomachaches afterward. BUT no risk no reward.

Cozy PRican coffee (all around NYC). Been seeing this since PR and wanted to try it in NYC. Drink was fresh and service was good. However, thought $7 was expensive since I'm use to ~$3-5 coffees in PR. But understood this is NYC pricing. Barista initially asked if I wanted to change my beans and it turned out to be $10. He didn't tell me the price of those beans so I had to ask to downgrade after seeing the price on the screen.

Great coffee takes patience, but it's so worth it, coffee from farm to shop excellent quality , I had a chicken empanada too that was delish . The employees that I dealth with was so sweet and nice. Will visit again. They always have a beautiful interior .

Prices! So reasonable!

We came off the train at 14th street, it was hot and I needed refreshment badly! Right near the corner was the sounds of reggaeton music and the smells of good coffee. The establishment is smaller but it's cute with swings and seating inside and out. The gentleman at the register took our order and the coffees came quickly in these little pouches, perfect for Instagram photos. The coffee was delish and just strong enough to keep me moving as I continue to explore NY.

First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The barista was very helpful and walked me through the menu. I explained I wanted something strong and iced and I got exactly what I asked for plus it came in a cute bag what more could I ask for. This is now my go to coffee spot when I am in the city for work

Not many coffee spots in the city is alcohol infused so that was def a unique taste here Tried the rum infused coquito (coconut) latte - it was delish, not your regular latte for sure

The restaurant is open 24 hours and is the perfect place to go for those late-night cravings. One can sit at the full bar, in the dining area, or get items to go. The restaurant is always lively and patrons get seated quickly. The most I have ever waited for a seat is 5 minutes. There are more than 40 empanadas in corn or wheat shells to order. The menu celebrates diversity through its' empanada pairings. Greek - spinach pie, Cuban - ham, pork, and cheese, Americana - cheeseburger, Bombay - Curried chicken, Brasil - traditional ground beef, Hawaiian - ham, pineapple & mozzarella cheese and many more. Besides empanadas, there is a full menu of Colombian delights to eat including arepas, salads, sandwiches, soups, tacos and tapas. They have dessert empanadas as well. Love the USA empanada, which is apples & cinnamon baked and the Nutella & banana one. You can get it topped with ice cream as well. Really looking forward to my next visit.

It was too a big chunk of fried cheese with the jam. But overall would go anytime I get that late night food craving

Palermo was absolutely incredible. I was intrigued the moment I looked at the menu, and it exceeded…read moreevery expectation. We ordered the octopus, tuna tartare, skirt steak, and chicken, along with a margarita and the Palermo Mezcal cocktail. Every single item was exceptional. Even the complimentary bread that came out at the beginning was a 10/10. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we loved being able to watch the kitchen prepare our food from our table. It's a small kitchen, which makes it even more impressive that they're consistently turning out such thoughtful and delicious dishes. I noticed some reviews mentioning slow service, but I honestly think those people missed the entire point of the experience. Palermo isn't meant to be rushed. The atmosphere is cozy, intimate, and feels like you're sitting in someone's living room enjoying a meal they've carefully prepared just for you. We never felt pressured to order quickly or rushed through our meal, which made the experience even better. Every dish was meticulously prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. You can tell that everything is made with care and attention to detail. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, Palermo created an experience that felt warm, intentional, and memorable. If you're looking for a spot that makes you feel like you've been transported to Argentina, where you're welcomed to slow down, enjoy great company, and savor your meal at your own pace, this is the place for you. Palermo delivers more than just incredible food--it creates an experience. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and authentic, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
