Downright decadent. That's what comes to mind when I think of Mojo Donuts. Years ago, I had gone to this location and they were out of donuts. Time and time again, these donuts were constantly mentioned to me, yet I had never tried them for some reason or another. Fast forward time to two weeks ago and my boyfriend's roommate bought a box. I finally got to try them. The donuts are massive and topped immensely. The box that my boyfriend's roommate got had plenty of variety, but despite this, they all had one thing in common. Each donut was legitimately heavy. Whether it was a fruity-based one like the Deco or a plain Jane like the Nutella, oh heavens, they were stuffed to the brim with ingredients. In one sitting, I ate half of a donut and I simply couldn't anymore. So extra, so too much, so fattening. This is nice for a treat once in awhile, or to share (as was the case here), but definitely not to eat by yourself. Well, not unless you mind risking diabetes or obesity. read more

It was my son's birthday and he wanted to bring something special to school for his classmates. After looking we decided to give this place a try even though it was much pricier than I had originally planned. Knowing I needed 4 dozen donuts on Monday, I called ahead of time on Sunday to make sure it was ok. They took my order and I let them know exactly which donuts I wanted and didn't want, paid almost $150 for them and was told they'd be ready at 9 am the next day. Monday morning I arrived at 9 and only to find that they were not ready. The incredibly unpleasant worker at the counter was looking at some notes and mumbling under her breath. She then told me she'd put the order together. About 15 minutes later I walked back inside to see her flinging the donuts into the boxes, the completely wrong donuts. After going over it again, she finally put the four dozen together correctly. If I'm spending so much money on donuts, the very least I'd expect is not to be given a stinky attitude when I did everything I needed to do as a customer. Hands down the best donut shop I've ever been too. My husband and I are avid donut fans and anytime we see a new donut shop pop up... we have to try it! Until this day, I still haven't found another donut shop like this one. By far the most amazing shop. This shop is located about 45 min to 1 hour from my parent house in West Palm Beach, FL. After eating dunkin donuts dulce de Leche one I thought you couldn't find a better one, but my friend recommended this place. The parking is super easy and the service is good and fast, I was used to the salty donuts type of lines. We went and tried the abuelita and the chocolate dream. The abuelita seemed really good until I realized it has arroz con Leche inside, I don't like it and they never specified what's iniae I thought it was just donut. I found out about this place years ago when different marketers would stop by my old job and bring us Mojo Donuts. Luckily our Administrative Assistant liked me and I was called for first dibs lol. I always grabbed the bacon one. OMG it is sooo good!! Before hubby moved here, I bought a box of six and chose some I think he would enjoy. He liked them all! My experience was very pleasant and like everyone else's in the reviews. I went in the afternoon and it was only me. I was happy because this process takes time and choosing wisely. I am not sure if it was the owner that assisted me because he sure knew what he was talking about and was very knowledgeable. This kind of place is where you will probably order something different each time because your mood and cravings change and there is quite the variety to choose from. There are all sorts of icing, toppings, and jellies among the doughnuts. I would suggest eating the doughnuts the day of so you experience the best quality. Mine were in the fridge for a day or two until hubby visited. They were still very good but not as amazing as when I first brought them home. I don't have to tell you this because everyone puts this on their review but just in case... everything is made fresh daily and they close shop when they run out. My sweet tooth was indeed activated today! In the morning, I decided to come here and pick up some delicious doughnuts for my mother and I. It was quite easy to get there. There is plenty of parking spots available. Once I parked my car, I entered inside and noticed they had a hand sanitizer on the table; make sure you add hand sanitizer before you look and order some mouth-watering gourmet donuts! Fabulous display and lots of donuts to choose from even though we got there after 12 noon. We tried the apple fritter, chocolate walnut, chocolate bacon, and caramel. The favorite was the chocolate walnut and the least favorite was the caramel. (Still good, just not over the top like the others) The only unusual part of the experience is that you have no idea of prices until it's boxed up and you're given the total at the register. I've been coming here for several years now and I disappointed to report that the service has gone down significantly. I came in today to sit and have a donut with my kid on his day off. The plan was a donut each, coffee, and a box for home. The selection at 8am was limited and the woman behind the counter made me feel like I was an inconvenience. In the past I've asked for a pistachio donut and if it wasn't in the window they'd make it. Today I was flatly denied. No explanation, nothing. Just "not today". My favorite donuts in Broward County hands down. Their doughs, fillings & toppings make for some scrumptious gourmet donuts. They make a good variety of donuts daily (that change occasionally & seasonally) but they only make a certain amount. When they run out, the store closes. Moral...go early or risk losing out. The store has a couple of tables and couches. It's a comfy cozy set-up. The staff is friendly, helpful & very patient. I need to know what each donut is before I begin the selection process :)) The prices are higher than your typical average donuts. But these aren't your typical average donuts. I was conveniently nearby and decided to get a couple donuts on the way home. Due to the pandemic, all orders are to-go, so you just walk-in, choose your donuts, and leave. The employee was incredibly nice -- he walked my friend (first-timer) through all their donut flavors and drinks, all while wearing a mask and gloves. Although we arrived around 4PM on a Saturday, they still had a decent (15ish) number of flavors left. I got their maple bacon donut, as well as a guavecito with the free donut coupon on Yelp! Wow! If you want to please your customers and get some good face time, trust me, bring Mojo Donuts! So many colors, flavors, toppings! Guava, key lime Creme brûlée, maple bacon, Oreo, carmello, strawberry dream, s'mores, white chocolate, Boston cream, coconut, fruity pebbles.....these are just a few of the flavors offered. The flavors are also rotated so while some of the regulars are usually there (bacon, Oreo), there are always new and exciting flavors to try. Of course there are always seasonal and holiday flavors. I love seeing the faces of my customers the first time I bring Mojo Donuts...pure delight! There are the standard donuts and then the special items (Deco Drive Donuts, apple fritters, cronuts) that are more expensive. Mojo also serves various beverages. I sometimes order a latte to go but I have found all of the coffee drink to be really weak. Even if I go late in the morning there has still been a full variety of doughnuts available. The staff is not the friendliest but they keep the line moving and get the job done. Once again n a while they offer to help me carry my packages to my car. Even if I am buying a couple dozen doughnuts I still like to pick each one. Once when I was pressed for time I did try to call in an order for a few dozen doughnuts ahead of time m, but I was told they would not do that.
