Then when we paid she barely even looked as us while continuing to talk on the phone. Never said anything to us other than our dollar value. Usually have a good time here. Yogurt and toppings seem fresh always. I came out of my way tonight to stop for some and a sign was on the door, "be back in 30". I figured it was up for a minute prior to me seeing it. I walked around some stores for 30 minutes just to be safe. Sign still up, door still locked. So I sat and waited 30 more minutes until giving up. So I am assuming this sign was up well over an hour. Watched easily 10-15 groups of 4 or more try the door in the 30 minutes I sat nearby. It was ok. Not alot of wow flavors like the other yogurt places I've tried. This one just had a few choices. The one that I chose were the chocolate and italian mango. Somehow the chocolate had a coconut flavor to it, I'm not sure why, but the italian mango was refreshing. I was torn between that or skinny strawberry. For the toppings, I chose strawberry popping boba pearls, reeses peanut butter cups, unicorn chocolate/candy, and butterfinger. However, some of the chocolates needed to be refilled because they are like crumbled powdered. Need a chunk or pieces of chocolate so you can get that umph flavor when you get a spoonful of the yogurt Also I wouldn't put a table and chairs close to the tv but my bf chose to sit there because his grandma was on a wheelchair. To accomodate everyone I sat closer to the wall, so his mom's head doesn't get hit. My head keep bumping on the bottom of the tv. Or suggest the tv should be put higher or moved elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this yoga place! The tart is amazing and so is the chocolate!! They have amazing selection of toppings!!! The service is a little on the lacking end, she didn't great us out talk to us through the whole experience besides to give us the total. But taste wise it's a definite try!! I went to MoJo's last night, which was Friday and it had always been one of my favorite places to go for froyo. This time though it was a whole new vibe. The fruits for the froyo were mushy and old, strawberry's, kiwi and pineapple. Looked gross. These are unfortunately my favorite toppings. Instead I opted for peanut butter cups and my daughter got brownies with a few animal crackers. The peanut butter cups tasted soggy like they were wet, brownie did too, animal crackers were stale. The store was not busy we were the only ones there and the check out was dirty. Food and melted dried froyo in the scales, went to grab napkins off the counter holder and they were covered in chocolate. The guy who was working sat back down and played in his phone as soon as we paid. We went outside to eat. Took a few bites and had to toss them they were so bad. $18 worth of Froyo in the garbage. Not impressed anymore and I will be finding a new yogurt place. I'd give it a zero start if I could. read more

This is the first time I've been here and will be the last. The froyo tasted off and there were not a lot of toppings that I really liked. I got chocolate which tasted like it was past it's mark. Your average frozen yogurt joint with 4-5 stations with available combinations. Be sure to ask for sample cups because we weren't aware they were by the cash register. I'm basic and got the original tart and coconut yogurt. Both delicious! There are a variety of toppings to choose from. I enjoyed the fruit and nut toppings. The cashier was friendly. This place is unimpressive and overpriced, also the staff is unsmiling and unfriendly. Shoulda went to the churro place a few doors down 2 small yogurts with minimal toppings was almost $14. The stone faced lady behind the counter muttered and mumbled something but I just wanted to get out of there. Also the chocolate and vanilla yogurt didn't work so some of the folks in my party tried the churro joint close by and that looked delicious. This is a very good frozen yogurt shop! It's open late, has some delicious flavors, offers free samples (on your own!), and has a wide variety of toppings! Plus, they switch out the flavors frequently, so I visit every now and then to try their new stuff. Tonight, my husband and I went after dinner, and he got strawberry and chocolate, while I got cake batter and banana. Over the summer, I tried their peach, vanilla, and original tart flavors. They do have low-fat and kosher options as well, plus seating inside and outside! Their toppings include fruit, candy, chocolate, cookie dough, nuts, and sauce. Saw the reviews about the early closing time and that they closed at 9:00, so we called ahead to confirm, and showed up at 8:45. Surprisingly, the door was locked with no one inside. We called the store and then an employee came out from the back and picked up the phone to respond that they had closed early because there was a "jam on the door." Not sure what that means, but I do know that the other reviews about the random closings were correct. Additionally, we had showed up a week ago at about 6:30pm to closed doors. We asked some people sitting outside the store eating their yogurt what had happened, and they said the store was closed because the employee was taking a break. You can't really go wrong with frozen yogurt so definitely a good place to stop by for a much-needed sweet treat at the end of your night! There were limited options however and the flavors did not particularly stand out to me but regardless, it was still satisfying and relatively reasonable in price! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD Of WINDEX? am giving 1 Star because I just went into MoJo to get a little treat. I grabbed the front door to open it realized it was absolutely FILTHY dirty! Smears of who knows what and finger prints all over! The doors, windows, counters, there was trash and crumbs everywhere! Disgusting! The girl working there was just sitting on her phone so clearly that happens every shift because not one thing was cleaned! To be honest....I'm shocked that the Health Department hasn't been called! You should not be in business to serve customers in this dirty of an establishment. I'll post photos soon. I tend to feel pretty indifferent about Mojo's. Indifferent about froyo? Yeah, as shocking as that seems, it can happen. It is not exactly up to the level of crave-able but not bad enough that it wouldn't do in a pinch. The topping bar is mostly fresh-ish... I say "ish" because I usually end up passing on the fruit due to them looking less replenished and a bit picked over - where the mushy pieces are the last left and newly diced fruit needs to be added. Mojo's seems to have less flavors to choose from than most other places but I can always find at least one to enjoy out of the bunch. Also, they seem to be a bit more on the tarter side than other frozen yogurt places. This is no problem for me, as I enjoy life on the tangy side, but some of my fro-yoing companions aren't always into that sort of thing. Lastly, the employees are often in the back and not on the sales floor. Not a huge issue but it would be nice if they were around in case anyone has questions (that happens) or would like to check out (also happens). But maybe they are just working on slicing up some fresh fruit ::fingers crossed:: #dreams All in all, just middle of the road but sometimes that will do. That'll do, pig. That'll do... (2/22/20) Mojo, a word which invokes confidence, charm, and a man's virility. Interesting choice of adjective to describe frozen yogurt, but so it is. After browsing at the bookstore across the street, we paid this Mojo Yogurt a visit to appease our sweet teeth. This is any other self-serve froyo joint with a suitable variety of flavors and plenty of toppings available. The GF and I filled our bowls high with the chocolate-flavored froyo, and we liberally applied Reeses pieces, peanut butter cups, Kit Kats, and strawberries. It was about $9 for the both of us; not bad! We sat outside to enjoy our bounty. Good times were had, but there were two things I could have done without: the outside furniture, and the staff's attitudes. Firstly, the furniture: the chairs and tables were wobbly, and tiny plops -- compliments of the adorable finches above -- adorned the surfaces. You've gotta keep a clean house, and this house was not clean. Either repair the furniture and move it out of the birdies' line of fire, or do without the lot! Besides, Tempe Marketplace has plenty of seating available outdoors. Finally, the staff! Man, I thought froyo places were supposed to be happy! There were cartoons playing on the big screen and some poppy music a-blaring. But the staff -- stone-cold as they lackadaisically wiped the countertops and ran the cash register. We neither got a hello nor a thank you; a bedazzled iPad would've made for a better payment experience! That aside, as the froyo was delicious, we will certainly come back in the future. Cute place inside Tempe Marketplace, located on the same side as Gen BBQ. I went on a Saturday night, but it wasn't crowded at all. One super nice worker, but I forgot her name! Everything is sanitized and organized. -My husband's order: salted caramel and wild strawberry -My order: chocolate with wild strawberry -My toddler: choco, strawberry and vanilla Our toppings ranged from fresh fruit to sweet treats, we loved everything we picked. It was warm and yogurt sounded really good. Some friends and I went in to see what we could find. I like my yogurt plain and adulterated while my friends go for the sprinkles snd sauce. I just wanted a taste so got very little; just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. I thought the cost was rather high for the quantity I received. The first yogurt I tried was runny and they had just opened. The second try was better and the yogurt held up while I ate it. Nevertheless it was still just what I needed and it hit the spot. You can't come all the way to Tempe Marketplace and skip Mojo, that'd be like going to 2035 in a time machine and not flying a jet pack. You just wouldn't do it, except for maybe if you don't like to fly or are afraid of heights, you wouldn't, but, if you LOVE jetpacks, topped with, say, jet fuel and racing stripes, throw in a fancy push button throttle and electronic ignition, you definitely wouldn't skip it. I'd trade in my space suite for a ride on one of those jet packs. Now if you travel back to the future to prevent Biff from getting his hands on the sports almanac in order to prevent him from taking over the Mojo's of the world, cause where we're going, you don't need roads, and eventually end up riding a steam powered train to get home for dinner, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. Unfortunately, what Mojo lacks in the way of Jetpacks and racing stripes, they make up for in froyo and delicious toppings. If you end up here on a Tuesday, be sure to check out their facebook page for their word of the day, say the word and get yourself half off your entire order of frozen, delicious yogurt. You could end up walking out with the tallest friggen cup of yogurt, for say, about, half the price. That's only 25% of what you would have paid if you came here on a Monday and filled up your cup with twice as much yogurt. Do the math, I promise its better than Monday's. My favorite is always cookie monster, but during the holiday season its usually replaced with apple pie, eggnog, peppermint, or something of the likes, and baby I likes. Top mine off with coconut flakes and at 30(ish) calories an ounce you can feel good about your frozen treat, you'll need to forgo the candies, chocolate sauces, and gummie worms to stay down towards the 30/oz mark though ;-) As always, happy Yelping - see you in 2035 on my jetpack! read more

While Mojo's location is amazing --- right in Tempe Marketplace where you can opt for healthy frozen yogurt instead of Coldstone's fattening creations --- they're pretty over-rated. I must admit though, out of all the other frozen yogurt places I've been to, Mojo has the best atmosphere with their red walls and trendy tables and chairs, Be warned though, seating is limited. That's where Tempe Marketplace's love for outdoor seating is utilized the best. The yogurt itself is pretty standard as well as their toppings. Mojo's is cleanand easy on the eyes, but the cost of their froyo and mediocre service really bumps stars down for me. At least it's not super melty like other places! read more

The cups containing cereal bits and sprinkles were filthy. They probably do not clean the containers at all....or ever. Kind of gross. My kid really wanted frozen yogurt and there was sign advertising happy hour for kids which is M-Fr 2-6pm at 25% off. We went on a Thursday at 4pm. At $.39 an ounce this is another pay as you go self serve yogurt shop to hit the valley. They have the usual suspects, tart, vanilla and also several different "skinny" versions which are "no sugar, which means they don't add any but does contain sugar, so beware. On my visit they were out of 'skinny blueberry.. rats! Had a cup of the skinny yogurt.. again the cups are huge much like Yogurtology so you can over indulged quite easily. I was ready this time and only took just a little bit. The topping bar look great though nothing to really set it apart from the other place with the exception of the fruit looking and tasting fresher. While there is no "skinny" tart version, the vanilla was decent enough with only a slight weird chemical after taste. read more

One of of my favorite dessert spots is Mojo Yogurt. Frozen yogurt has less fat and calories than ice cream, but what draws me here is the cool concept. Like one of my former employers, Cold Stone Creamery, the shop allows you to choose from a plethora of goodies to mix in, from fresh berries, to almonds, to gummy bears. You have the freedom to choose how much you want of each, then it's all weighed before it's charged. I've been told the average treat is $5, but I've gotten full off of much less. Love this place! The location is great, my fiancé and I usually do a little book shopping at Barnes and Noble and head here to cool off. I love their wild strawberry, southern pecan, cake batter gelato, chocolate, peach medley, Italian orange ice and Italian dragonfruit ice (not to mention the myriad of toppings particularly the cookie dough bites and juice poppers) The people working here are always very courteous and friendly.
