This place is a gem! I wanted to try something different other than Starbucks and Duncan Donuts, therefore, I gave this place a shot. I went through the drive-thru and discovered a very tasty Autumn menu that provided some enticing flavors such as pumpkin and salted caramel. This menu provided some enticing combinations as well and helped when it came to making my selection. I went with a sweet and spicy vanilla cinnamon iced latte! The waitress who came out to take my order was very friendly and helpful! When I pulled up to the window I was greeted by a cashier who was just as friendly! Oh and did I mention that I only paid $4.78 for a medium iced latte that tasted wonderful! Not a bad deal in my opinion and I plan on visiting again in the future! Enjoy! read more

This place is a welcome oasis in the desert full of Dunkin and Starbucks coffee stops. And I'll pass a dozen of each, to visit Moka. It's a great little shop. They make great use of the small lot with their drive-thru, and they really get people through quickly. So, it's perfect when you're on your morning commute. I've yet to get a bev from them that wasn't excellent. Their whole-milk latte is great, and their oat-milk latte is even better. Their black tea is fantastic, and what they call their "sport-tea"....what a refreshing iced beverage for a warm afternoon! Love this place! Keep up the great work! read more

The coffee is always terrific, the scones are amazing (huge fans of the white chocolate raspberry) and the people working here are so nice and friendly and seriously THAT probably means more than anything right now. Love hitting the drive-thru here on a lazy Saturday for coffee and scones. Also, the owner boxes up all the coffee grounds and offers them for free to anyone for composting - and our compost bin is thriving now! Love love love this place. read more

We love the entire Moka personal experience. It is a walk-up or drive up only but with some tables outside to chat. The staff is beyond excellent. Super friendly and makes sure you have a personal conversation when placing your order. My only complaint is sometimes the coffee is inconsistent when I order the same drink almost every time, over 30 times so far. I swear Laura makes it the best. I just got to remember to not go on Tuesday when she is off. Oh and they get the donuts from Harners! Yum! read more

I really want this place to work, but a few things need to be worked out. Trying to expedite getting some coffee I parked and walked up to the window. I stood at the window for quite some time, I rang the bell and lightly knocked. Everyone's attention was directed towards the drive thru. Maybe a door bell or camera directed towards this blind spot would be helpful. Also looking forward towards getting the Jamaican blend I couldn't tell that I got the bottom of the pumper based on the foam and coffee residue left in my cup. If I'm stopping for coffee i will expect a better product. Hopefully they will continue to work on these issues. Ok a couple months later and I'm changing my review. I now stop here almost daily. The service is welcoming and the product is amazing from the Jamaican roast to the house roast, americano, and chai tea. All winners! Keep it up Moka! read more

The vanilla tea latte and pumpkin bread that I ordered were really good! I was given the option of Black English tea or Earl Grey, I chose the latter. Drive thru service was efficient although I waited a li'l longer for my order, it was not a big deal as they gave me a free small latte. I love it! Unique taste combinations, like chai & espresso with cocanut milk blended cold drink. Would like to try a banana protein smoothie next. No inside seating is the only star off. Outside seating offered. Really nice owner & staff, while I was looking over the menu posted in the drive-thru a server popped outside and discussed the offerings with me and took my order. We were thrilled to see this in Illinois after visiting it every time we drove out to LaCrosse. Happy to report the personal, friendly, quality people and product are consistent here! Drinks are a little different than what you'll get at the standard chains, but unlike other places, I like most of the things I've tried and they're always happy to customize. Since this review I have been here several times. During this time I have tried different items off of the menu. So far I have not been disappointed. They offer pastries but I have not tried yet. There very friendly. It's nice to see a new Coffee joint in the area instead of the too you normally see. Prices are less than Starbucks but more the Dunkin Donuts. I would give them a 5 Star rating but I think they need to work on speeding up there service. There are times it takes at least 10 minutes to get thru the drive they line and that's about average. i will give it another try. i did have a bad experience. i received my coffee from some teenager and it was extremely water down. i asked for an ice coffee with oatmilk milk and i was told the ice coffee is cold brew but that has never been the case. i was fine with the switch up but it was super water down and just tasted like flavored water. waste of $6 dollars. read more
